I am filing this complaint against TangyOak for delivering a damaged product and failing to respond despite repeated follow-ups.

The product was delivered in a damaged and broken condition. Upon opening the parcel, it was immediately clear that the wall clock was not usable.
On the same day, I shared clear photos and details of the damaged product via WhatsApp to the seller’s official number (+91 [protected]). Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no response or resolution from the seller.
This behavior is unacceptable and violates basic consumer rights, especially when the seller’s website clearly mentions a return/replacement policy.
