I placed an order vide Order No. TG16631 on 18/01/23 and have not received the product ordered or any communication from their end. I have made several attempts to contact them on WhatsApp, Mail and Phone and have not received a response. I fail to understand as to how such fraud companies are allowed to operate and why the law does not shut them down and prosecute them for fraud. I have even tried asking for a refund.

I placed an order with TangyOak vide order No. 16631 on 18/01/23 and made a payment of ₹5399. I have not received my order after a month and no response from them on WhatsApp, mail or phone. I fail to understand as to how such fraud companies are allowed to operate and why the law is not coming down on them and shutting them down permanently and prosecuting them for fraud.

I have ordered Order ID :TG15330 from tangyoak . They have shipped product Via shiprocket Awb no [protected].

However the day when i was going to receive the product i have received a message that your order delivered. I haven't received any call from delivery boy and neither recieved the product.

I tried to call shiprocket but they have worst customer care for reciver i wasn't able to connect with them

The product was ordered on july4th for a world map with payment made during order placement . There’s no response from the team for any of the message, calls or mails . And the product hasn’t been delivered nor have any signs of delivery . Worst website and customer support .

The order was placed on 6th of July and was supposed to be delivered in 15 days . But I hvnt got any response from them neither have received any update on the delivery .It was a world map that was order and the payment was already made . they don’t respond to either calls or messages or mails .

I paid for two clocks but they delivered only one. Now they are not responding to complaints and messages. They really are frauds

I have purchased/ordered one wall clock which is worth around Rs4800 from TangyOak website(https://tangyoak.com/) on 16th Novemeber 2021. But till now neither i haven't recieved my order nor i didn't recieve any update of the order. So please take this as complaint request and get my order delivered to my address....

Had placed an order 3 months before from now and still did not receive product. Have paid 3k.

Ownner_pratik and POC_Priyanka both are not responding.

I placed order similar to TV celebrity Dipika Kakkar and Shoaib Ibrahim_but tangyoak delivered them the product however m waiting from 3 months they are not responding.

What kind of professionalism is this.

In case you are facing and issue with delivery or any other at least respond.
