[Resolved] Tanishq — about ordering a ring for 12th december 2018 | |||
I had preodered a ring at tanishq mysore urs Road shop. I needed the ring by 12th December. I placed an order on 5th December.. A lady named Ranjitha was assisting me. She said she will call me and confirm once ring is delivered from Bangalore. I asked if any payment needed. She clearly said no. When I called after three days, no one knew about my order. Then when I requested they said they will get it on Monday. When I called on 12th morning. They said it is not going to be delivered. When I raised a grievenance She just hung up the call on me. I wanted to get my wedding jewellery done at Tanishq.. But with this kind of customer care, I chose different. Was this information helpful? | |||
