[Resolved] Tanishq — bad service | |||
I had purchased a necklace vide BHU/CM/4845 dtd 04.07.2018 from TANISHQ Chandrasekharpur Branch, Bhubaneswar, odisha . Today i.e on 07.07.2018 I had given the same necklace for joining of some extender at around 645pm, the ground billing staff assured me to do the job within 1 hour and gave me the receipt. I came back exactly one hour after at around 8pm. To my utter surprise, forget about completion of my job...even the concerned billing staff had not sent the same to the workshop in 1st floor... even though I had told from the beginning to do the job within one hour as I had some important work to follow up. I tried to contact the shop floor manager to convey my displeasure, but I was told he had gone outside...anyway I had very little time to lodge a complaint.So I left the store immediately. Sir, I can understand sometimes work can not be completed in time...but I am unable to understand why the same was not even sent to the workshop. But, none of the store Manager has contacted me so far. So it is not resolved. Titan Company customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
