Tanishq — Deficiency in providing services | |||
This complaint is with regard to deficiency in services provided by the tanishq showroom, m. G. Road, indore. I have invested in the golden harvest scheme of tanishq in february 2016 and filled an esc mandate for deducing emi per month auto debit from my bank account. But they have not completed the formalities regarding ecs, due to that my two months instalment overdue and as per agreement after third overdue instalment company has a right to cancel the contract / scheme from that particular customer. After overdue of my instalment i called the marketing person so many times but he didn't reply. Then they collect the cheque for that two months instalment and at that time again i signed the ecs mandate for auto debit facility. At that time they assure me that at this time they will do the things properly and on and onwards from the next month your auto debit facility will start. But nothing could be happened again my instalment got overdue and they request for cheque. This is very irresponsible behaviour by the employess of tanishq m. G. Road, indore showroom. Now i told them to shift my account to some other showroom but they are now even ready to talk. Please do some desirable and needful to solve the problem.
