[Resolved] Tanishq — delay in refund of instalment amount in account no.[protected]

I has received SMS on 4.2.19 regarding auto refund of principle amount. On 6.2.19 I visited the Churchgate outlet and was informed that the cheque for refund is already processed and despatched.
I called the above showroom on 12.2.19 to inform that I have not received the cheque. I was told that the cheque is in process at BKC office and would take minimum 20 working days and Churchgate showroom has expressed their helplessness.
In view of inordinate delay, I request for immediate refund of the instalment as I
have some urgent expense to meet.
