I purchased earrings through tanishq online services. However, I returned it after 3 days because they were not comfortable. When I returned it to them they sent a email that your refund is initiated. Unfortunately, it’s been more than 4 months. I did not get that refund yet. I purchased it through my New Zealand credit card(gem visa). I talked to them many times and they always sent me an email that we already refunded the amount into the same account which I did not get back.
