[Resolved] Tanishq — golden harvest plan | |||||
Sir/ madam I started golden harvest plan monthly scheme of rs.5000/- vide my gh a/c no.[protected] and scheme ends after 10 months to utilize my principle amount along with benefit of rs.3750/- but due to my medical illness i forced to withdraw my principle amount of rs.50, 000/- (Accumulated in 10 months) and issued me benifit voucher no.5068137 of rs.3750/- to utilize till 01-may-2019. I have requested tanishq care since last two months on telephone and e-mail vide request no. [protected] to allow me to utilize benefit voucher with purhcase of rs.10, 000/- instead of rs.50, 000/- their reponse is negetive. It is very difficult for me to accumulate 50, 000/- as saving to purchase in tanishq to utilize my benifit. Hence requested why this condition when i am not in position to purchase for huge amount more then rs.50, 000/- I may be allowed to purchase with rs.10, 000/- to utilize my benefit.
