Our golden harvest investment for 10 months was completed and we raised a request for refund on 7th may 2023. After multiple calls and multiple promises that we will receive a call in next 24 hours, nothing happened and here we are writing it on consumer forum. Irony is, we have received a general/automated email from titan saying that we need to mandatorily get the refund for our golden harvest scheme by 6th June. We dont have any email, SMS updates for our request but every time it is just a verbal promise.
