[Resolved] Tanishq — golden harvest scheme | |||
We invested in golden harvest scheme of yours. 2 plans under the name of same person. Upon maturity we were asked to make a purchase of Min of Rs. 50000 under each plan to get their benefit. If we had invested in 1 plan for double the amount then we could had got benefit of Rs. 6000 on purchase of Rs. 50000... Now to get benefit of 6000 we need to invest 100000. Which is a loss for a consumer. At the time of investment we were told we will adjust all don't worry... Now once they achieved their target they are saying that we can't do anything rules are rules... Then at the time of investment they should had told us that this will be the problem at the time of maturity... No they won't tell us because they had target of numbers and not the value. This is not expected out of such a reputed brand and that too TATA which is famous for its loyalty and customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||
