Tanishq Jewellery — earrings | |
I had purchased a pair of drop earrings (Variant no. 552812dfjaaa00) vide invoice adh/cm/12507 dated 17.11.2017 from tanishq at link road, andheri west. The earrings were represented as being 14 karat gold with the entire earring being gold in color. However, after usage for a few months, i observed that the color of the gold in certain parts of the earring were turning black. On washing the ornament, in an attempt to clean it, the color washed away revealing that the earring had a black stone embedded in it. I was surprised and shocked to find that the gold earring had another stone on it which was camouflaged by painting it yellow in color. I have approached the said branch who have attended to me vide ccaf no. Adh181329 dated 18.08.2018. However, after a lapse of 10 days they have informed me that they are unable to help. As a customer to a tata group company, i feel cheated and that the ornament was misrepresented as a gold ornament. I request that some solution be provided to me. Was this information helpful? | |

Your consumer care always non-responding, non-cooperative, keep the case pending for indefinite time and never keep word of coming back (telephonic call back). Nobody clearly says when the issue can be resolved or when the item would be delivered/handed over. Horrible experience. Customers like us go by the name of Tata's organisation, but it's a cheating crook.
