[Resolved] Tanishq — old gold exchange | |||||
I visited the nearest tanishq store today and i was not satisfied with the services. I wanted to exchange my old gold ring of 4.790 gm which was 22k gold when it was bought and first checked at your respective store. But when it was melted and checked again it was found to be 18k gold inspite of me having a receipt of its 22k purity. Moreover this situation was told to us after we purchased a new gold ring and a pendant which proved to be a great loss as we were bound to purchase the ring and the pendant. Therefore i feel that i may have been cheated. So i request you to please check into this matter and provide me with the details. Was this information helpful? | |||||
