Tanishq — Old gold value exchange not provided

Visited saltlake tanishq to excahnge my old gold.where i got 100% echange value on 22 cart gold.however i had few gold with 20 cart and few was below 18 cart .what they did is they melted 20 cart gold along with below q8 cart gold and purity was reduced to 62%.and tanishq is not given proper exchange value on my old gold and i lost almost 9000 rs bcz of this.as a reputated company how tanishq can cheat the customer while they r having a good expectation.i plan to raise my concern to consumer forum as well.
