Tanishq — Order making delayed for nearly 2 months // promised for 21 days

I placed my order at Tanishq hsr layout for 2 earrings around mid October .In the terms I paid the amount as mentioned in the agreement and the receive date was around 11 or 12 nov and today it is 2nd dec still the branch doesn’t give a concrete date to deliver my product.No proactive efforts was done from them to inform me the order status . I have to call them everytime and even to the extent I visited their branch. Regret my purchase from the concerned branch.
