An order was placed with TANISHQ online on 9/08/2023 for Rs. 350, 000 gift Certificates. My credit card was charged but yet to receive any response whatsoever from Tanishq.
Have called the Customer Service Number[protected] four times and the same parroted response is given. " We understand your concern and have sent a message to the concerned team." On the 13th spoke to Mr. Bilap Mandi and on the 14th Spoke to Aeysha. Requested to speak to a manager and was told that there is no manager on duty.
This was supposed to be a gift and now the date has passed and I am being harassed and constant phone calls to know where did my Rs. 350, 000 disappear and absolutely no response from Tanishq.
I am simply amazed at the extremely poor customer service of a Tata Company. I guess they do not care bringing a bad name to the Company or any empathy for the customer. Was this information helpful? |
