Tanishq — Regarding fd installment online payment but not in my account

Sir I have a FD in Tanishq company for Rs 3000 pr month from 10/12/2015, my account no. of FD is[protected]. I have paid Rs 3000 online dated on[protected] and it has been detected from my OBC bank account, and my bank account no is [protected]. However I got news that it has not been transferred to my FD account . Sir I request you to check it further.
