I have purchased a drop earring on date[protected]. After purchasing that product once I returned back to home and used to wear it then that product get damaged. On the very next day I went to the outlet and discussed about that then the retail manager is immediately denied to get that product back or to get this product repair.They conveyed that we can only change if you will pay the making charge with including the GST charged over it, which amount around 4500.This product cost about Rs.20682 and they're telling to refund or repurchase of any product of 16500. So i have a huge loss of 4500 within 2-3days. Kindly look into this because I never expected this from Tata as a brand.
