Tanishq — Returning the product | |||
Respected sir/ma'am I "sanchita koley" have brought a nose pin from tanishq (Branch indirapuram) i dont want to take the nose pin because it was not ajusting my nose properly and just after an hour i want to give it back, firstly they said you can exchange now. Than i told i dont want to buy anything i want the money back. They said you can get the money back but we cant say how much days will the process take i said its ok but i need my money back. Than they said we cant give you the money back you have to exchange it within 7 days. I have not worn that nose pin for 1 hour even still i have to struggle a lot for getting my money back. It is really too rude regarding the customer. We are the frequent customer of tanishq still you are behaveing like this that we have done a crime for asking ti give the money back. I just need my money back nothing else. Secondly, they never used to allow to wear and check whether it looks nice or not.
