I had bought a ring worth INR 47893 Ref Doc No. 1870/2021/HDR.
The ring was loose in size and i went to the store to get a smaller size. The store person took my ring and returned it and created a credit note without informing me that the new ring that will be ordered on the order day gold rate and not in the rate in which i had originally purchased the ring.
After a week i get a call from the store saying the ring you have ordered is not available and that you can pick any other ring.
Now they are neither responding to my email, nor is the store manager doing anything. I have called & emailed their customer care team numerous times, (TKT - [protected])
but their consumer care always non-responding, non-cooperative, keep the case pending for indefinite time and never keep word of coming back (telephonic call back). Nobody clearly says when the issue can be resolved or when the item would be delivered/handed over. Horrible experience. Customers like us go by the name of Tata's organisation, but it's a cheating crook. Pls check my complaint no TKT[protected] and call me on [protected]. Was this information helpful? |
