Hi, I visited twice to tanishq, ambedkar road, ghaziabad to buy a ring, one of the staff member asked me about the choice of ring and when i told her that i want a sleek ring and my ring size was not available that time, she commented over my face "ki aisi ring loge toh hume kya bachega" (We will not get any profit from sleek ring. Second time, my parents visited the same store to buy a ring (Band kind of) and again the same behavior, they should maintain some courtesy while talking to customers and atleast should not insult them. I gifted Titan Raga watch to my sister purchased on 27/04/2019. it stopped working within a week.if I want to contact the show room, I have to go to the same place where I purchased or I can visit any where near me???
