I received a message on my mobile regarding the price drop of Telecast T30 Android Tablet 10.1" on Aug 14, 2020. I went to the website mentioned and had placed the order for the same and paid INR 2999/- through net banking on that same day (Aug 14, 2020). I received an acknowledgment email from "[protected]@gmail.com" confirming the purchase and with Order no. MS1752. It said that the delivery would happen in 7 business days. When I checked this morning to track the progress, the website had been taken off and there is nowhere I could go to track the order. I have sent an email to them at [protected]@gmail.com asking for an update but haven't received a response back. I'm sure this is some fraud that happened and would like to place a complaint in this regard. Kindly help in resolving the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
