Tarun Gill Fitness — Whey protein ordered online not delivered and no customer care to contact them

I have been using tarun gill whey protein since 5 months. I received my third whey protein yesterday and i got shocked while unboxing it. Firstly there were no lab test report, secondly there were no foiled seal, thirdly the sticker above the container is upside down and the container is very much different from the previous two container that i have used. I want to know that is it fake or real. I have been blindly trusting tarun gill product but this shocked me.

There is no customer care contact number available on website to follow up.

They just sent a mail for order confirmation which was a system generated mail.

Annoying thing is just 2 days back they again sent a mail saying your order is complete.
However it has not yet been delivered!

I need help.

same as other two reviews ordered from website but no tentative date given, nobody responds on the chat support pathetic customer service will definitely register complain so that online payment option from his website should be blocked

I paid using UPI on PayU ..But as the payment went thru, PayU crashed .. Even though the money was debited from my account(3340 Rs.), I haven't received any sort of confirmation mail... And no info about cash refund.
None of your support services are working or replying. Really disappointed.

I have recenly placed the order and payment went through successfully, got confirmation email but didnt get any delivery tat or any other update on processing order, live chat is not working, no body is replying, domestic contact number is not working as well. Gurumann products and delivery is far better even he lives in california, Very disappointing tarun

I had order value added combo and paid d amount by card 3665 rs n it on 20/03/2018 but product has nt yet delivered to me and the phone number which are given on websit are not in service and no replay on mails as well dis is very discussing its been 22 days till nw i will attach the order pic as well.

I ordered 2kg whey on 24 Sept but they didn't delivered yet as of now (today is 24 Oct). I even e-mailed them plenty of time fpr delivery abd refund on [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@tarungillfitness.com, shashank1.[protected]@gmail.com and I had talked to a guy Mr. Pavan Kumar who used to be on dispatch team of Tarun gill products but Mr. Pavan informed me that he left tarun gill fitness and tarun gill might have closed delivering products so please ask for refund. But no reply for Tarun on gmail, Facebook, YouTube as well. Fraud team TGF
