I ordered 2kg whey on 24 sept but they didn't delivered yet as of now (Today is 24 oct). I even e-mailed them plenty of time fpr delivery abd refund on [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@tarungillfitness.com, shashank1. [protected]@gmail.com and i had talked to a guy mr. Pavan kumar who used to be on dispatch team of tarun gill products but mr. Pavan informed me that he left tarun gill fitness and tarun gill might have closed delivering products so please ask for refund. But no reply for tarun on gmail, facebook, youtube as well. Fraud team tgf

I have purchased whey protine on 26 oct, 2018 still i didn't get the product and no further information i am getting from tarun gill fitness side or curior partner, i have paid for that also, my order number is #14177 and #14179. This is cheating fron tgf. I am going to complaint about this in customer affairs.

I sent so much mail to tarun gill email address. customer care number of this site is not in use.so i am unable to contact him. No any response from them.
So please help in resolve my problem and refund my money as soon as possible.Please tell me about the process which give me refund money.

I ordered ultimate nutrition pro star whey on 15 april 2018 and i didn't get any order it's 26 may 2018 now. I want my money back. I have ordered whey proteins - 1kg chocolate and caramel worth rs. 1099/- on 10th may 2018, but still did not received any confirmation regarding the order confirmation or dispatch of my order.
I have mailed and texted personally to this bloody hell tarun gill multiple times, but he scares of responding to the customers he is making fool of.
I am just waiting for few more days and then i will be raising a case against him in consumer court, his father infact will have to come and pay my money there.

I ordered xtend bcaa on 5th april, 2018, worth 1870/- (Order #7579)
After that i received my order after 20 days, i was wondering, i received wrong order because i ordered 'fruit punch' flavour of xtend bcaa but i received 'green apple' flavour. Moreover, when i checked my product, i noticed that lot no # & expiry date are not there and there are no hologram & no importer sticker. My product is not authentic. I wrote several mails and texts them but no reply...
I want my money back or replace my product with genuine one.

I have ordered below two products 1. Pre workout and BCAA (815) 2. Pro Star whey protien (3500) i ordered these product on March 9th 2018, My order number is 3601 In some days i got first product, and its been along time I have been dropping them mail posting comments on facebook, youtube to get reply. But they don't reply or give any update. Also when i purchased they haven't given me any receipt but i have payment receipt and mail revert with the order number. attached for reference. I have also seen some of the people posted for same, He took the money and don't deliver products.

I ordered a product from Tarun gill store on 3rd april and I haven't received it yet. 'My account' section on the site is showing 'no order placed' and the contact number on the site is also wrong. The payment was successfully accepted by the payumoney gateway. There is no email id and any other contact number on the site to register my grievance. Its almost above 26 days and i have’nt received any order update from the merchent site..

I buy a protein supplement from website www.tarungillfitness.com on dated 18 march 2018 but the website not able to provide the product till date nor give me any further update about tge product will available or not.
I contact them through email but tge answers are not satisfactory.
Tarun gill also offer me refund on email but not received back in my card.

I made a payment of 3585 inr on 18 march 2018.

I would like to inform that i had ordered a ultimate nutrition prostar whey from tarungillfitness.com on 5th april 2018. I received an autogenerated confirmation message on my phone number of the payment done for my product i. E 3485. I wrote an email informing him to share the product & quickly got a response that i will receive the product within a week. But it has been more than 10 days, i have not received any response about the product. I wrote a reminder email, also texted him directly on his instagram & even tried calling on the customer care number but no revert as such. I live in the same city from where the product has to be dispatched.

I ordered whey protein worth Rs3995 from tarun gill fitness. I made a prepaid payment of RS 3995 through payumoney and the amount was deducted from my bank. Even i received successful transaction message from payumoney.
On complaining to payumoney, they said that contact merchant but tarun gill fitness don't have their customer care number, neither he is replying to emails and messages on instagram. I have also attached the copy of my payment.
IT IS FAKE SITE.. PLEASE DON'T BUY...

I have ordered trail whey from tarungill fitness website as which he was selling at 249 rs after 50% off.. While ordering the product i have payed the payment via debit card because cash on delivery is not available, even after payment is deducted from my account and my order didnt place and i have got mail from the payment company that my payment is successful but order didnt placed... They just sent a mail for order confirmation which was a system generated mail.

Annoying thing is just 2 days back they again sent a mail saying your order is complete.
However it has not yet been delivered!

I need help.
