Dear Sir, This is the complaint regarding bursting of new tyre, not even a month old from your distributor, Vishal Tyre Service, Mukund Nagar, Andheri (EAST) . Tel[protected]. I have narrated the incident to your executives that i had purchased a set of 4 new tyres for my ford endevour and the tyre of rear wheel bursted while driving back from Pune to Mumbai on 14th July 2015. This incident would have lead to a major accident on the express way and to my utter surprise when the complaint was reported, Your executive has given inspection report stating run on flat tyre under low inflation or no inflation which is absolutely baseless and trying to camouflage the incident of bursting of the new tyre and which if was not suddenly stopped would have caused a major accident. I have made 3 visits to your godown in Andheri East, Sakinaka but the response of your executive is is postponing or avoiding to attend to the problem and all the time giving reasons for non replacement. I fail to understand how long i will need to continue calling the executives for replacement of the tyre and in lieu of pending intervention from Sr. Mgmt. Therefore, I am compelled to write this mail of avoidance approach being indulged like Mr. Sunil V M ([protected]) & his superior Mr. Omkar Asnekar ([protected]). kindly note i will under any circumstance accept this excuse for non replacement owing to manufacturing defects which led to bursting of the tyre in the middle of the road and will approach the consumer forum against MRF if the same is not addressed in the next 7 days.
