This bar is totally functioning in a totally residential area and this is at the entrance of the street starting and main road; presently, the business has increased and there is a lot of nuisance in the area and people stand on the road and make a lot of noise.

This nuisance created is until late night; it is difficult for the ladies and children to walk in the street safely.

So far lot is fights & misbehavior happen & till happening

We kindly request the forum to take immediate steps to relocate the bar to another non - residential area, so that the residents of this street can lead a peaceful life.

Please kindly do the needful.

Tasmac is located in kacharapalayam road, fire office..2nd tasmac shop..opposite to water wash...SALES MAN BEHAVIOR IS WORST..WHEN KINGFISHER BEER IS MRP.140 NOW HE ASKING 150... WHY I PAY EXTRA CHARGES...I ready to give Rs.10 extra I have a proper reason...he treating badly... I requesting to you get serious action from the sales man...

I purchased mc dowell v. S. O. P 180ml from a tasmac wine shop (New keeranatham rd, sahara city, saravanampatti, coimbatore) and it is not original one. So since it is duplicate, i purchased royal palace, xo premium brandy, la martin, royal accord all 180ml, seemes to be duplicate ones. Dont know what to do. When i ask them they said dont know. So i went to another tasmac wine shop (Vgp prem nagar, saravanampatti, coimbatore, tamil nadu 641035) and results the same. They too selling the dupliacte ones. Again i went 5km away from saravanampatty and went to tasmac wine shop in bharathi nagar near to annapoorna hotel (Fci rd, prashakthi nagar, ganapathypudur, coimbatore, tamil nadu 641006) and purchased mc dowell vsop 180ml and results the same. Dont know what this guys are doing. We are purchasing for 135rs daily so for a month 4000rs exactly. Total money is waste. Iam from madurai and no issues there. Only in coimbatore, especially the above 3 shops are selling duplicate ones. So i kindly request to take action against them. Thanks

I have purchased liquors in tasmac elite at vijaya forum mall today.. They are openly charging rs 20 extra for 750ml bottles and rs 10 extra for beers bottles.. This activity will totally spoil the existing government's names.. If you don't action we might proceed this complaints to cm cell... I hope you keep respect to government who maintains tasmac now

Hi, I have brought tuborg beer for 150 rs from saidapet wine shop near railway station. It smells very bad and local. Not sure what they have mixed it. However I have one more bottle with me. Could you please take nessesary action? I have seen many complaints have been registered but no action taken. Could you please at least let me know how to raise complaints in person?

Gokul Arcade, Adyar TASMAC employees refused sales to me when I questioned them why they charge more than MRP. All the employees got together and asked me to get out of the place .This is not available he first time, looks like they decide the price not government.They keep saying the customers have to pay for the breakage while unloading, I don't understand the logic.
I request you please put a full stop to this nusence.

This is to draw your attention to one of the most serious matters in our society. pening of a liquor shop.

We are residents of ( pavadi street kalangani namakkal 637014) and all are educated and own families and children as well, a liquor shop was opened in our colony which is like a bolt from the blue for all parents.as per proper rules not following the wine shop and bar owners as per government rules wine shop should open at 12 PM and closed at 10pm but the bars are illegally supply to the customer at any time . Most of time accident at our area for this type of problem

First of all the starting of any commercial activity in a residential colony is banned by law and secondly, this liquor shop has attracted our young children and the customer of this shop are increasing rapidly that is the matter of grave concerns for all parents. Our children are being addicted to alcoholic liquid and wasting their time and health in unethical activities.

Sir, we cannot see the ruining of our children’s future in front of our eyes.

It is, therefore, requested that necessary action may please be taken against the illegal and we no need the wine shop. Location of bar at kalangani namakkal district 637014

I buy imported liquor from nelson manickam road shop no 422. Every time i go i always have bitter experience while buying the liquor. The person in charge always demands extra on mrp rate which i never paid. This needs to be stopped immediately. Unfortunately in front of me most of the customers were charged extra (Average 10 rs extra per bottle). The most astonished thing is if extra money takes on cash is ok, but i fail to understand how on swiping machine they take extra money.
I took 10 bottles of beer on 13/5/19 around 1pm but the person in charge did not give chilled one as he claims he cannot give as the fridge is his own property.
Unfortunately it is know factor that all the tasmac shops charges extra

Sir i am from thuraiyur, trichy dt. All tasmac liquior shops in thuraiyur are charging more than the mrp. Recently the t n govt. Has rounded off the prices in order to avoid the employess not to take the balance amount which they refuse to pay back to the customers and to increase the revenuve to the govt. All the efforts taken by the tamil nadu govt, is waste and the employees are charging again excess over the mrp.
When i asked the employee he said very cool that the share goes upto the top level.

Will the tn govt, take any action against this day robbery.

Purchased 12 bottles of beer in tasmac 612. Was informed price is rs 150 per bottle and paid by debit card. When i reached home & opened the carton found the mrp is rs 130 per bottle.

Its quite outrageous to charge rs 20 extra per bottle and no rationale behind this overcharging. No bill is provided by the staff of the outlet though it was paid by debit card.

Tasmac in forum vijay mall vadapalani is over hanging in the name service charge almost 20/- for every imported beer than the price mentioned in ten bottle. Even they don’t provide the bill for the purchase even after asking. On top of that just for small cover they charge 20/- rs. We feel tasmac the rate should be mrp rate but not the case. This complaint is about bar owners, where is located opposite top dlf it park chennai and next to the palmshore restaurant. I was asking for the chilled beer in the shop, but the employee asking me to buy it in the bar with an extra charge of 30 rupees, when i questioned him, suddenly that guy is started hitting me with the gang of bar employees as well they used the filthy language, and the worst part is they didn't allow me to buy it in tasmac after that incident, it looks like they are dominating it even they are wrong, being an public i couldn't get a voice for it, i know nobody will take an action about the bar owners for charging the extra amount, tasmac employers for supporting it n not even government

In tirunelveli town all tasmac shops, beer only sale in bar with high cost instead of shop, even sales person routed me to purchase the beer at bar. It is correct? Then what will do by salesmen in the shop. Need to check and give the feed back.

Even high alcohol consumption area chennai is sales the beer in shops. Requested tasmac team will visit any one of shop in tirunelveli town and give the feedback.

Great Day...Here in Little Mount Phenix Bar they are selling Alchohal illegally during Day Time in Morning which makes irregular Day to public on road side walks to office church & children's...And specifically Evening time they sell beer at higher rates inside bar which cost aroud 200 rupees after closing 300 rupees per beer king Fisher hope you take an necessary action Thank You

Daily tasmac they are closing by 9. 45 pm and selling products in black market with 50 rupees highers the price and having gundas if anyone questions it.. Its such an awful thing request you to take an necessary action immediate or else i have to escalate this. Everyday illegally there earning 50k above and for an year they sell 1.5 crores in black sale

We live in thiruvarur district edamelaiyur village south west st. Wine shop is located in south middle street. Our street panchayat officer refused to open shop in our native. But middle street panchayat person allow to open shop in our native and shop is located middle of living area. My house is exactly opposite to wine shop. All the persons who comes to drink are sitting in this street and drinking alcohols and parking their vehicles in this street itself. Since this street is one way road there is no other way to bypass this. Ladies in the home are feeling uncomfortable and couldn't cross the street freely. Many of them who comes to drink alcohol are pissing in this street and using bad words only. Yesterday my mother asking the person so many ladies are here why using bad words and my neighbour come for support why you are behave aged old women like this unexpectedly the guys fighting him and got injured. It's very disgusting to everyone to pass the street. Kindly take any actions on this. Please provide us a solution for this issue. Kindly help to move this tasmac to different location.

Each time and each invidual is getting collected ₹5.00 for each 180ml of alcohol and ₹10.00 for 750ml of beer in tasmac shops. Inspite of asking them to sell according to the mrp (Maximum retail price) mentioned, the person's who's selling it, not bothered to take notice even.
Then one can calculate how much their income per day will be.
Immediate action is required.
