Tasmac in forum vijay mall vadapalani is over hanging in the name service charge almost 20/- for every imported beer than the price mentioned in ten bottle. Even they don’t provide the bill for the purchase even after asking. On top of that just for small cover they charge 20/- rs. We feel tasmac the rate should be mrp rate but not the case. Kindly address

Hi sir,
This complaint is about bar owners, where is located opposite top dlf it park chennai and next to the palmshore restaurant. I was asking for the chilled beer in the shop, but the employee asking me to buy it in the bar with an extra charge of 30 rupees, when i questioned him, suddenly that guy is started hitting me with the gang of bar employees as well they used the filthy language, and the worst part is they didn't allow me to buy it in tasmac after that incident, it looks like they are dominating it even they are wrong, being an public i couldn't get a voice for it, i know nobody will take an action about the bar owners for charging the extra amount, tasmac employers for supporting it n not even government

I'm prasad a resident of porur chennai. Today i visited tasmac arcot road virugambakkam, opp to american american eye care centre. I asked for a beer in tasmac shop, the shop person asked me to take the beer from the next potti snacks shop. I went there n asked him for a beer and he charged ₹.160 for a tuborg beer for which printed mrp is only ₹140. When questioned the same, he says that...

In tirunelveli town all tasmac shops, beer only sale in bar with high cost instead of shop, even sales person routed me to purchase the beer at bar. It is correct? Then what will do by salesmen in the shop. Need to check and give the feed back.

Even high alcohol consumption area chennai is sales the beer in shops. Requested tasmac team will visit any one of shop in tirunelveli town and give the feedback.

Great Day...Here in Little Mount Phenix Bar they are selling Alchohal illegally during Day Time in Morning which makes irregular Day to public on road side walks to office church & children's...And specifically Evening time they sell beer at higher rates inside bar which cost aroud 200 rupees after closing 300 rupees per beer king Fisher hope you take an necessary action Thank You

Daily tasmac they are closing by 9. 45 pm and selling products in black market with 50 rupees highers the price and having gundas if anyone questions it.. Its such an awful thing request you to take an necessary action immediate or else i have to escalate this. Everyday illegally there earning 50k above and for an year they sell 1.5 crores in black sale

This bar is totally functioning in a totally residential area and this is at the entrance of the street starting; presently, the business has increased and there is a lot of nuisance in the area and people stand on the road and make a lot of noise.
This nuisance created is until late night and this bar is open even after the normal working hours of 10pm; it is difficult for the ladies and children to
Walk in the street safely.

So far lot is fights & misbehavior happen & till happening

We kindly request the forum to take immediate steps to relocate the bar to another non - residential area, so that the residents of this street can lead a peaceful life.

We live in thiruvarur district edamelaiyur village south west st. Wine shop is located in south middle street. Our street panchayat officer refused to open shop in our native. But middle street panchayat person allow to open shop in our native and shop is located middle of living area. My house is exactly opposite to wine shop. All the persons who comes to drink are sitting in this street and drinking alcohols and parking their vehicles in this street itself. Since this street is one way road there is no other way to bypass this. Ladies in the home are feeling uncomfortable and couldn't cross the street freely. Many of them who comes to drink alcohol are pissing in this street and using bad words only. Yesterday my mother asking the person so many ladies are here why using bad words and my neighbour come for support why you are behave aged old women like this unexpectedly the guys fighting him and got injured. It's very disgusting to everyone to pass the street. Kindly take any actions on this. Please provide us a solution for this issue. Kindly help to move this tasmac to different location.

Each time and each invidual is getting collected ₹5.00 for each 180ml of alcohol and ₹10.00 for 750ml of beer in tasmac shops. Inspite of asking them to sell according to the mrp (Maximum retail price) mentioned, the person's who's selling it, not bothered to take notice even.
Then one can calculate how much their income per day will be.
Immediate action is required.

Respected sir/mam,

It is to brought your kind notice that, tn government is planning to open a new tasmac shop in alangulam - ambasamudram road nearby kalathimadam village (Tirunelveli district), which threatens the peaceful existence of people in kalathimadam, kuthalingapuram, parambu and anaiappapuram villages. I strongly oppose this shop establishment due to following reasons:-

1. Lot of women and girl students travel alone daily through this road, where shop will be opened and safety of women will be big issue.

2. Lot of townships/ commercial complexes are established in this area, like marraige mahal, commercial complexes and lodge. 1000+ familes live peacefully in kalathimadam, kuthalingapuram, anaiappapuram and parumbu. Safety of people living in these villages who use the road regularly for city (Alangulam) connectivity will be compromised if tasmac is opened as per current plan.

3. There is a 100+ years old temple (Nochiyadi sudalai madaswamy temple) in less than 100 meters from the proposed tasmac outlet.

4. There is a panchayat union primary school in less than 150 mtrs from the proposed tasmac outlet.

5. Also the proposed tasmac outlet is lies just 75 mtrs away from alangulam-kalathimadam highways which is one of the immense violation of supreme court of india.

I humble request, you may passed necessary directions to concerned authorities to immediately take steps to stop opening of tasmac shop and help people live peacefully in the area.

And no bill is given.

And when I asked for bill and balance amount they misbehaved. Said that if you want take the bottle or leave the place.

This happened at Tasmac location as follows.
"Anna Nagar, Taramani, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600113."

Guys, what's the point of MRP if a Beer is quoted as 120 Rs and these guys charge 10 for cooling, 10 just because and another 10 for card payment? A beer is 150 Rs now as against Rs.120 as sticker price?

Everytime this happens and before I register a consumer court case, I thought of writing here to see if you guys can take any action. This is corruption of the minimal level but frustrating to each and every person who visits the place. Atrocity.
