Sir in erode especially in Annamaar petrol bunk wines shop sales man are selling alcohol in black market they hold the stocks sell in early morning in black market and also non licensed bar owner are selling plastic glasses and food at higher rate this not ethical to customers, we request you to take action against them

I bought 4 360 ml bottle of 1848 Brandy. The shop is charging 20 rs more for each bottle. Which is illegal. This happened in TASMAC shop no 501 in [26, Dasarathapuram Main Rd, Saligrammam, Mathiazhagan Nagar, Shanthi Nagar, Vadapalani, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600026].

This not only happens in this TASMAC but all the shops in TN...

Today i came to tasmac located in Menambedu Ambattur near service road and bought a quarter Morpheus for 250 rupees the actual rate is 240 as per bottle sticker, when i opened the seal and opened the lid of the bottle i could see the broken section of lid area.

When i asked the tasmac rep to change the bottle they asked to filter the bottle and drink and used harsh words.

I bought 2 Amstel beer for 380/- and while checking the label it is mentioned as 170/- MRP for a beer. Not only for beer but I bought 750ml of old Monk rum for 780/- whereas the label it is mentioned as 660/- MRP. In Denkanikotta Tasmac is located near lakkasandram on hogenakal state highway. it's worrying that lakkasandram bus stop, holy cross school, church (place of worship) and government high school is located nearby this tasmac. this path often used by Young school girls, women and public.

I recently purchased 2 bottles of Signature Whisky 1 litre bottles from Tasmac Elite Anna Nagar 2nd Avenue. I opened up one bottle and it tasted very bland...I have been buying this brand regularly from the same shop but only this time it was different.
I am attaching a photo of the batch and details. I still have the 2nd bottle unopened just in case it needs to be tested.

My self Stephen from pallipattu in my hometown there is a only one wine shop allocated whenever I will go buy beer in shop the supervisor advice me to go to bar and buy a beer at Rs.140 MRP they selling in to Rs.200 and also bar people are selling the liquor in bar from night 10 PM to next day 12 PM in block they are selling liquor in this duration kindly take necessary action against to the bar owner if you need...

In Tasmac retail shop situated at kandanchavadi behind princeinfocity at Rajeev Gandhi it highway they are selling liquours more than mrp rate about 20-50% price hike and if anybody ask regarding this the liquor vending person use rubbish words and they say you can give the complaint to tamilnadu cm..no body have the gutts to take action against us.. like that they are saying..so we request you to take necessary action against them.....

I have purchased BOLS XO EXCELLENCY BRANDY from R.S .PURAM, COIMBATORE ELITE SHOP, where they didn't display any price list or price is not printed in the BOTTLE / BOX, and not provided any bills. This is against the consumer rights and against the law. They charged Rs.1030/ for the same which is paid through credit card.

So kindly do needful and do justice to consumers...
