Tasmac — Deposited 90000 rs in, their account by mistake still no refund.

Also my advocate recieved letter from tasmac retail corporation, godown no.4, warehousing corporation, angeripalayam roadd, tirupur, 641601 asking my account number and details for refund of my amount. I sent my details to them & still haven't got any reply from them neither my refund.

Now the matter is as follows.

I am aman thukral & i deposited rs. 90, 000 (Ninety thousand only) in one of my customer's a/c in icici bank ltd. From bna (Cash deposit machine), but by mistake the amount was deposited in the another a/c, i. E., tasmac retail collection ac ti a/c no.[protected]. I had a word with the official of icici bank (Sadar bazaar, new delhi-110006) where transaction was made & then he talked to the branch manager mr. Teja in which this a/c is operated i. E tirupur branch but the transaction is still pending since that time. Sadar bazaar manager sent numerous mails to mr. Teja on different days but there is no response from his side.

Details of the transaction:

Actual a/c in which the amount was to be deposit : akshiiya fashions[protected] tirupur branch

Wrong a/c in which the cash got deposited : tasmac retail collection ac ti[protected] tirupur branch

I request to you please look in to the matter & your early revert will be really appreciated.

Note: for your reference i am attaching picture of transaction.
2nd transaction picture is the actual account in which amount was to be deposited.
First rs. 2000 was deposited correctly on same day same time & then rs. 90000 was sent again but by mistake went to other a/c because of wrong button being pressed.

Attaching letter sent by advocate to tasmac retail on my behalf.

Also attaching letter recieved by tasmac retail by my lawyer asking for my account number & details which i sent.

TN govt.
While purchasing a liquor bottle, the shopkeeper ask for extra mony than than the MRP.
Not for a single time. All the time the demand extra money, earlier i had submitted complaint, even many people lodge complaint. But the issues are remaining same.
Pls. Let us know. When the proper billing will start?
