I had cancelled this order on 20th of may 2020, and still waiting for refund. I tried to contact with their customer care 7 times but haven't got the refund yet. They just give fake promise on every call. Now the situation is that i had ordered this from my credit card and the refund will come in the same card and now i have to pay my credit card bill in a week because the due date is 12th june. And once i pay the bill then i can't withdraw the amount as cash from credit card so double amount will be there in my card. The one which i will pay and the other which tata will refund. So i request you to please force tata cliq members to refund it before 11th june otherwise i have to pay more 3-499 from my pocket and then i won't be able to withdraw it as cash. Thank you

    My name is minu pania and used to hold the personal loan with you guys
    And i have a serious compliant with you guys.

    I took loan from tata in february 2019 and my emi started from april
    2019. Let me educate you here. This was first and will be my last time
    With you guys.

    There were some issues with the bank and i have had multiple emails
    Exchanged with you guys. I logged complaints saying there was a fraud
    On the account and i had put a stop on the account. I got abusive
    Calls call centre asking to make payments and sometimes some creepy
    People walking up my doorstep threatening my family even after making
    Payment because, your collection team is fraud (This happened twice).

    This is an harassment. I want an apology from them now. I let it go then….

    I have been making payments since august 31, 2019. Here i started
    Assuming that i have my payments going regularly. There was lot of
    Miscommunication here let me remind you… this was my first time.

    My ecs has nothing to do with my cheque book and fraud was educated to
    Me by anup, who claimed to be your sales manager on 5th may 2020.

    Recently after the lockdown, i get a call from a different collections
    Guy and he says i am supposed to pay you for these entire months
    Differed amount and some charges too. I was startled here. As per me i
    Am differing to pay for 3 months only. Approx 32 or 39k.

    Now you are quoting me to pay you for all these days even after paying
    You every month. Also, your collections guy never asked me to pay late
    Payment charges until now. This is because you wanted to cheat me?

    I escalated this matter to your sales manager and my sales guy. It has
    Been more than a week i have no answer and also i am questioned and
    Asked to make payments.

    Very important, my cibil is spoiled because your team member never
    Educated me on this. Your team says we can’t do anything now… why?

    I have been honest and have been making payments every month post my
    Issues. Even now, i am chasing your team and others. Nobody is
    Bothered.

    Plus your team still has the audacity to call me and blame me itself
    For their team faults. I waste my time always to write you guys… this
    Time i want a sensible answer. No copy pate… this time i will escalate
    This on serious note. I have been patient enough.

    I am still been forged again and again. Nobody has contacted me and helped me here. They threaten me on not making the payments and will report me to cibil.

        I was sanctioned loan for 20, 80, 000/- on 30.10.2017. Till now i have paid installment for 31 months of rs 5, 53, 474/-. I have seen in the app that outstanding amount was 19, 67, 352/- against loan nomber 10095402.

        Paid till date[protected]=1526526/-.
        Balance to be paid rs 1526526.

        Pls help me why this huge variations in outstanding amounts compared with tata capital app and installments actual paid till now.

          About personal loan fraud

          Dear tata capital my self rahul bhalerao checking for personal loan on your website i get call on my no [protected] . from ur representative mobile no [protected]. i send all my documents on their whats app no and paid processing fees 3850 rs on account no [protected] au small finance bank ifsc code AUBL0002101 lakshmi nagar delhi branch.

              Hi team,

              Its almost 50 days and nobody from tata capital is helping me, to get out of this situation.

              This is regarding my home loan transfer from tata capital to sbi.

              I have initiated the home loan transfer process in last december 2019 with sbi and it took approx 3 months to get approved.

              I have received the demand draft from sbi on 5th march and went to tata capital, wakad branch to submit and close the loan. But when i reached there i came to know that fore closure letter is not valid and you have to apply new one. (I was not aware and nobody told me this)

              Branch manger told me to apply for new one then only they can close the loan, so i have applied for recent closure letter as guided by branch manager and the manager told me you will get after 11 working days i. E 23rd march 2020 and loan will get close on same day. (I have the signed recipt)

              Since i was waiting for for-closure letter and due to current covid-19 situation everything got lock down from 17-18 march and unfortunately, tata capital was also closed.

              Now the situation is i am paying emi in both the bank which is approx rs 90, 000 and my whole salary is going in paying emi and i have the dd but tata capital is not entertaining me, they are operating i am getting call weather you have paid the emi or not but nobody is helping me to close the loan.

              Already raised multiple ticket but getting standard reply. Call centers are closed.

              Now issue is how i close my account and how will i get my money back.

                I had a two-wheeler financed bu tata capital and there were 3 emi were due. On 1-feb a field emi recovery agent mr. Amit mourya reached my home and asked for the due emis where he shared all the details of my loan and about my loan contract which i had with tata capital so i paid rs.5000 to him on his googlepay because when i tried to pay directly via tata capital's online payment portal, the server was not responding since last 2-3 months.

                I transferred rs.5000 to amit mourya on 1-feb who claimed that he is an employee of company, i asked him for receipt of same so he replied that server is not responding and i'll receive the receipt soon. Then again he visited my home and in my absence he started abusing my mom and shouting to pay him the rest amount, just because of his unprofessional behaviour my mother paid him rs.3600 in case and for receipt of that amount also he replied same as earlier.

                After few days i started receiving calls from tata capital stating that my emis are due so i shared all the details with them, then their response was "amit mourya has left his job in month of december-2019 itself so they don't know anything about the payment and was asking me to pay the whole amount again"

                Now if he had left his job in december-2019 they how did he got my contact and loan dues details, today is 29-april-2020 and still i haven't received any kind of resolution and still receiving texts from company stating that my emis are due and they're charging penalty on me too.

                Kindle look into this matter and do the needful.

                  I recieved lot of applologize mail from tatacapital managers and customer care team but no solution for closure. Information i have received the information from sales team.

                  I want to close my od account due to lot problem facing the issues form last july2019 which is not properly communicated by sales team.
                  Tatacapital sales team not interact with me for explained od loan.
                  Before getting document signature sales executive communicate by telephone foreclosure 4.5% is on outstanding balance.
                  Executive communicated loan bt to axis loan account cheque delayed payment interest will paid by tatacapital (Interest amount paid by her own amount which is not in policy reference attached she is resigned the job and switch off the phone) this is criminal offense.
                  Insurance is also wrongly said for loan security lay off or jobless but i was received the health insurance.)
                  I was trying to cancelled the od loan from last july2019. Your customer care executive communicated dropdown limit is outstanding remaining balance reference which is audio call attached.
                  Now my online disposal transaction is blocked last two month. Customer cant use the loan amount but interest detect 1000rs from my savings account against of loan balance 4335rs.
                  Now foreclosure charges asking for full loan amount rs 53100 drop-down limit is for closure.
                  Now i was paid outstanding balance also. Your sales credit manager rajabalaji and manigandan both are conveying me to go with leagal.
                  I want to close the loan with out foreclosure charges. Please do the needful or what i have to do. You people have to tell us.

                  All executives who was committed OD loan - Sales Team Divya, Balakannan, pradeepkumar, karthikeyan

                  All are resigned with in 3 month and left from tatacapital after i was facing this issues. now tatacapital team blaming which i was put signature but they explaind tatacapital terms are customer favour. after release amount all information are fake and said apologizes. I was cancelled the loan due to vocate the address. but they are done with out my verification. after sending mail for deal confirmation. i was not accepted the deal. but the executive said tatacapital executives explaid their effort for loan process after she explaid the Aggrement which is customer favour.

                  Insurance for Loan Secutiry if IT job less or Lay off customer can claim the insurance. but after 2 weeks i received health insurance. 100% she is said fake.

                  Dropdown limit is outstanding balance we can pay from principle amount. this also fake. cusomer dont no the bank term names.

                  Balance transfer cheque delay ineterest tatacapital will pay for during the days. but she messaged 1 week time for waiwer. after said apologies for this fake and piad her own amount and resign the job.

                  Where is going india all financial team are trapping and threatening the public.

                  I was written lot of mail to tatacapital sales manager Mr balakannan due to wrongly committed by sales executive. He accepted the issues nd blamed the sales executive they are all agencies. After he guided to ask customer care team. 20/08/20219 August customer care team confirmed the Dropdown limit is outstanding balance i can pay the foreclosure charges on outstanding balance after 6 month is over. Again i request to take new loan from Axisbank and repaid the loan 98% to Tatacapital OD account on Nov16th. After Jan6th i received foreclosure letter which was requested in online portal. Foreclosure charges mentioned for full loan amount. after i sent mail to Sales manager mr karthikeyan rearding this issues. he replied sorry about this issues which was wrongly guided by Customer-care team. After send RBL compalint on 2.04.2020 to tatacapital. i recieved the apologies mail and customer care team shared which was signature before loan application empty nonfillng Documents 14th June. I cant take easy this customer care team apologies for guided wrong direction. Now i suffered more with mental torcher given by Chennai Tatacapital Credit Mr Rajabalaji. Plaese close the loan without charges which was guided wrongly. I was paid Full loan amount. Reply as soon as possible. All mail Screens attached.                       They deducted twice emi from my account. The original emi date was 5 th april no money was deducted from my account. I proactively paid 9440 on 6th april. It was reflected on my tata capital app. On 8th april 2020 again 9440 was deducted from my account. This is not fair these people are fraudulent and should be sued in the court.                       My two wheeler loan is with tata capital and the loan account number is (TCFTW[protected]) on 8th march i paid my over due emi 4254 through paytm and now today on 9th march 3084 emi has been deducted again i want my money now i need it.

                          The worst service, the worst customer service and the worst delivery mechanism. I ordered a laptop and a laptop ram from tata cliq, first of all they took 5-7 days to deliver the package. The laptop was in immaculate packaging though, but the ram package that i received was an empty box only. I complained about this and the customer service took another week to provide a resolution. They blamed me that i should have checked if the package was empty during the delivery, how would i know if the package was empty, the laptop ram weighs around 50-60 gram only. Donot shop from tata cliq ever, they won't take any responsibility of their failures. They've stolen my my money. This is my order id:[protected]

                            I placed an order for an hp laptop (Order id[protected] on 18 mar 2020 on tatacliq app.

                            The delivery date was reflected as 21 mar 2020.

                            On 21 mar, late evening, i received an email stating that the company was unable to contact me. I immediately checked my details. They were absolutely correct.

                            Thereafter i quickly responded to the mail, raised my complaint with tatacliq grievance and called up the care.

                            After several attempts, i was connected to an help executive, a gentleman named abhishek who informed me that the product delivery is delayed as it has not been packed and shipped yet.

                            Hence, the email was completely fraudulent meant to shift the error onto the customer.

                            This delay caused me monetary loss and mental agony as the individual for whom the product was meant, left later that evening.

                            Following the call with the executive, there has been not a single response from the team at tatacliq regarding the fraud mail.

                            Additionally, the back lit keyboard feature was an important aspect for my purchase. I discovered later that even this has been misrepresented as this laptop does not have that feature.

                            I have documented all this information and attached evidence herein for the authorities to take corrective action.

                            To put this case in perspective, i ordered a bag + mouse from amazon on 19 mar with promised delivery on 21 mar. I received it on time.

                            Hence, i request the competent authorities for a prompt resolution and call for a stringent punishment for sellers who indulge in such condemnable malpractices o[censored]sing misinformation for sales.

                              I ordered boult audio probass curve bluetooth headphone (Prepaid) on 18th feb 2020. Order id[protected].
                              I have neither received the order nor the refund. I contacted the customer support 5-6 times still issue not resolved.
                              Today its more than 1 month and i have not received the refund.
                              I have attached the order details as the proof.
                              https://www.tatacliq.com seems to be fraud by cancelling the transit and not refunding on time.

                                Tata Cliq selling old stock to the Customers, have to be very careful in selecting the vendor for purchasing the item.They deny to return the product in such cases saying get job sheet from the service center.Seller is sending old stock and why customer has to get job sheet travelling to the service center.Customer care putting pressure on customer instead they should check with the seller why he sent the old dated product.We doesn't know such products are used ones or new ones.

                                  Pls find my loan account number 82010714 and sent a letter dated 7th march’20 towards my loan account number 82010714.
                                  I wish to inform you that, tata capital has sanction the loan of rs.2500000.00 on 24.01.2020 and disbursed amount of rs.2, 457, 900.00 on 27.01.2020.
                                  My concern is regarding deduction of rs.32651.00 as an interest on 3rd march 2020.
                                  They have deducted this amount as an interest though i have not used a single rupee from their account. They are saying this is charged to you because amount was in your saving account and i briefed them that amount is in my saving account from first day and nobody inform to me that i have to shift this amount somewhere else. I have informed them that non of your executive have informed me about the process and procedure of the same. At the time of document signing they had told me that sir once you will get your money from tata capital then somebody will come from our office to brief you the complete detail o[censored]sage of this product. Since the transfer of money it is in same account but recently i found that rs 32651/- has been deducted from my account then i contacted tata capital team then they have told me above story.
                                  One more thing that if they were suppose to charge this interest than why they have not charged the same in february 2020 for january 2020. This also seems that they have done intentionally.
                                  I never thought that tata group will also start such kind of things with their consumers. This group is known for their ethics and values.
                                  At last i am requesting you pls refund my hard earned money and send somebody to show me the demo of this product.

                                    With due respect, my name is kamal narayan, address - vivekanand nagar, husanpur parnala road near jhoad, bahadurgarh, district jhajjar, hr-124507. I have submit the all documents of property like house property tax, 31 years registery chain, salaried and add the additional property agreement documents etc. Your agent said your loan is will not done and my 5900 rs is deduct to my account. But yet not refund. I am satisfied all the documents still my loan is not done by your agents. Before your agents said if you are loan not done then don't take any charges. Sir please return my fees ya provide loan. If you are not fulfill my loan then
                                    I will take action against your agents.
