Tata capital personal loan offer to me by sms amount of rs.84000/- as per your process all are done "document submition & addres+ office verification nas been done by your executive. But i dont know whats happen for cancel my loan request, your executive mr. Kunal call back me today and told me confirm that cancel reason because" i am muslim and i live in muslim area, i am very unhappy & not satisfied to khnow the reason & company rules. My all documents is right,, my salary is rs.20, 000/- per month my company name :naskar group" real estate base company, my total job experience with in 10 years. And i have own house g+2 on my own land.. My civil score is above 700+, this loan cancel by credit manager mr. Sarkar palit due to reason was i am muslim & i live in muslim area.. That is not acceptable as a indian rules...

    I have taken car loan from tata capital loan no. [protected] (Komal dhingra).in dec 2018 due to some financial problem i couldn't pay the emi so i surrendered my car. The bank officer who came to take the car assured me that i wouldn't have to pay anything for that car loan and i have no liability against it... Then in feb 2019 i received the mail from tata capital bank that my loan account has been terminated. Then till may 2019 no emi was presented in my account then in june, july, august 2019 emi was again presented in my account and when i called gulshan (Bank officer who was handling my case) he said it was all about technical error. Then in aug 2019 i received call from tata capital that i have to clear my overdue balance and then i called gulshan regarding it he assured me that i don't have to pay any single penny and i don't have any liability regarding that loan. He also told me that he would put the complain regarding it. But till now he is not responding and also not picking my phone and also not meeting me in the branch. Till now my loan is active and showing outstanding balance. So i request you to resolve my case as soon as possible. I have recording of each and every talk which has been done with gulshan (Bank officer) and of people who came to take my car

        Hi, I am B. Hari prasad, from chennai. From tamilnadu one team they doing fraud with name of tata capital finance personal loans.

        I called me and told tata capital finance providing PL. but i told my cibil is low. They said its ok we will manage, but you need to pay processing fee, and loan gst amount prior. They shared loan approval docs. I asked identity. They sent tata capital ID card through whatsup. They shared bank account details which is mumbai DBS bank. So i transfered money. After that they are not lifting my phone. So i realised they cheated me. But Tata capital needs to take care. This fraud happening in so many places. I think tata capital employees doing this.

        Please take action on this.

          Dear cyber crime officer, i have applied for a two lakh personal loan in tata capital in december through their whatsapp application system in their website. They mentioned to me that the agent will contact and will process the loan application further. They messaged me (After taking all the documents and verification) that my loan is approved. I have to pay 4500 (Refundable amount) for loan process fee. They give me the below-mentioned bank...

          Hi,

          I purchased a mobile through tata capital loan on apr'19 (18 installments), on that time itself i told to the executive our salary dates every month 8th so i asked him to change the ecs date from 2nd to 10th of every month, he told me that you can change over it through customer care over by phone. After that i called the cc department to change my ecs date but they not ready to change, in this regard i send the mail to the cc department, i rec the message that as per rbi allowed only us 2nd only. But they attempting ecs to my account every month 4 times. But not ready to change the ecs date. Its really confusing me what is the procedure. All most 12 ecs completed. I have the following compliant to them, please resolve the problem.
          1. Ecs date never change 2nd to any other date means, how they made attempts in my a/c 4 times in a month?
          2. Tata collection agents collecting the money from us but they not issuing the bills, now i stopped and am making online payment.
          3.in this regard i send the mail to tata capital customer care head, nodal officer, md too... Non of them not responding the mails. Instead of that they are doing the regular attempts.? In this atrocious act my sb a/c comes negative. My bankers had mentioned as negative list.
          4. So many request to all to change my ecs and waiver of my overdue amount as well as repayment of cheque bounce charges no reply, no action. I total frustrated and mental agony.
          5. Another one pathetic subject is now a days i marking mail cc to rbi too. But they are also in deep sleeping.
          6.in this atrocious act my sibil totally damaged (440 points).
          7. As mentioned in earlier now am doing the payment through online the receipt default narration shows that "overdue emi and late payment charges". Its not showing which month emi payment like that... They are doing there own convenient, not for customer benefit.

          The same i had applied consumer durable loan with idfc bank in the same period, basically i face the same problem, i made the request to them, they consider the waived of my over due amount and returned the cheque bounces charges too. But tata capital...

          In my present experience the worst service of tata capital customer care, nodal officer and their md also. No one have basic courtesy about their customers. They are think their customers are salves to them.

          Kindly inform to him what to do... One side they regularly attempting ecs to my a/c so that my a/c went negative.
          My sibil score affected very badly, how to construct?

          Please help me as urgent basis.

            Dear mr ratan tata,

            Greetings trust & wish you are fine.

            At the very outset, let me make a lucid & forthright point-"i am veraciously upset with your tata capital housing loan team in the city of mumbai."

            Curt explanation on what has happened with my loan account 9649911

            "in the year 2016, i have availed tata capital housing loan for my first house in pune and the ecs was debited from my savings account with axis bank ltd.

            We would like to bring our case where officials of tata capitals have in collaboration with builder have cheated us and by passed all procedures to gain disbarment of loan. Never expected from a company of high repute.

            My self shri bidyut biswas and mrs. Papia bidyut biswas, mumbai indian occupants, residing at thane, have following complaints,

            Tata capital are the finance partner in group housing project floated by d s kulkarni developers limited (Hereinafter for the sake of brevity to be referred to as ‘the said developer’), in the project known as ‘dsk dream city’ at pune and advertised scheme in collusion with the said developer known as dsk’s master plan - “adhi ghar paise nantar”

            Tata capital officers introduced me to get flat property financed from you and need not pay any emi/interest on loan amount disbursed in advance to the developer till the possession of flat is delivered in the scheme - dsk’s master plan - “adhi ghar paise nantar”.

            In pursuant to advertisement and representation we agreed to acquire the flat as ‘the said flat’) article of agreement dated 25.04.2016.

            Tata capital officers colluded with the said developer by sanctioning loan amount of rs. 68, 61, 735/- vide your letter dt. 19.05.2016, loan a/c no. 9649911, from your ghatkopar (East) branch.

            We were requested to sign on papers without allowing or explaining the said clauses of loan agreement. Many clauses are vague and not explained but we clients were bound to sign on irrelevant clauses of the said agreement.

            Tata capital officers failed and ignored pre-funding legal due diligence, public disclosures of highly important documents of the project like total search reports, marketable title of the land, credit ratings, and fabricated project by the said developer.

            Tata capital officers clandestinely and deliberately released the advance disbursement facility of aggregate amount of rs. 44, 98, 730/- appx. 53 % of the consideration premium payment to the developer without verifying the ground realities about the progress of construction and without intimation to my clients and thus committed breach of trust and is liable for all consequences therefor. The stage of construction till today is only the foundation level only.

            The circumstances disclosed collusion, fraud and misrepresentation on the part of developer and you, as finance partner. You colluded with fraud accused developers by sanctioning loan illegally and misusing and misrepresenting to disburse credit in the garbs of loan in flagrant violation of rbi guidelines, master circular on housing finance dated 01.07.2015, in disbursal of housing loan and upfront disbursal without closely linked to the stages of construction of housing project in breach of contract agreement.

            Despite the housing project in question being coupled with the fact that the land of the project in question lying hypothecated/mortgaged with sbi & bank of maharashtra, you approved the advance disbursement facility to the developer without any security worth the same, which showed that there had been no proper evaluation of the project in question by any of the technical and legal advisors of you. We further submit that, had such an evaluation really taken place, the fact that the developer was not a builder of repute but that the land of the project was lying mortgaged with sbi & bank of maharashtra, and criminal complaints being c r no. 374 of 2017 lodged with eow and shivaji nagar police stations, etc. Could have been easily ascertained.

            We would further inform you that on request to provide the significant documents named engineers certificate, architect’s certificate for building construction progress, chartered accountant’s certificate and title search report, photographs etc. This was bluntly refused.

            We states that, we approached the mah rera vide complaint bearing no. [protected] of 2018. My client further states that pursuant to the order passed and relief granted therein in favor of my clients, hon’ble real estate regulatory authority dt. 02.11.2018 wherein that articles of agreement dated 25.04.2016 apparently lost its relevance as the hon’ble authority has ordered for its cancellation and asked developer to refund the amount paid by me. Vide order of hon’ble maha rera, dated 2.11.2018.

            We submit that we are seeking cancellation of the loan agreement as apparently lost its relevance on cancellation of sale agreement as per directions of hon’ble maha rera, authority. We further submit that, we hereby seeking stopping of ecs mandate by your service provider to withdraw or stop ecs mandate, and/or cancelling the said ecs mandate effective june, 2019, for criminal breach of trust, violation of banking norms, fraud, collusion and misrepresentation in conspiracy with fraud accused developer and d s kulkarni fraud scams of rs. 2042/- crores. We further inform that we are simultaneously giving instruction to our banker for stop payment to the ecs debit. Please note the same for your needful action in accordance with the said stop payment instruction at ecs debit bank at your end.

            We also state that you are guilty of deficiency in service and unfair trade practices and gross negligence as per the provisions of consumer protection act, 1986. My client further says that all of your’s aforesaid acts and activities come under the category of criminal offences i. E. Cheating and criminal intimidation, misappropriations, conspiracy, and criminal breach of trust under ipc.

            Under the above circumstance, we call upon you, to withdraw your threats of putting our name in the list of defaulters with cibil, cancel a ecs mandate so as to ensure that the said ecs mandate do not continue the ecs debit details in respect of the ecs mandate given to us, which hereby be withdrawn or stopped. Within 15 days from the date of receipt of this notice.
            When i have already asked your team to stop ecs and handed, how come it is still hitting my closed account and showing as bounced with reason"payment stopped by drawer".
            To my shocking, i understood after seeing my cibil that ecs is still hitting the closed account and bounce charges are being added to my loan and my cibil score drastically came down"

            I came to know on this now and trust me mr tata, none of them have responded on this; other than saying you have signed the disbursal letter.

            I am working for a shipping company and can not dedicate my time as and when required, and they are making me to go through tremendous mental torture for mistakes what your team has done.

            "i want the management to look into this matter, wave off the bounce charges and update the same in the cibil at the earliest. And stop my emi immediately. My respect for you & mr jrd tata made me go for the loan."

              Sir. I have taken od loan last june 26th 2019. I am not satisfied the information which is committed. After credit the loan amount i faced lot of issues in insurance, emi also detected double charges every month. I raised the compliance every month. I cancelled the loan due to this issues last 5 august 2019. But no response from tatacapital. Foreclosure 4.5% on outstanding balance which was updated by customer care. I have sent audio proof to tatacapital. Mr karthikeyan reply back some one guided wrongly from customer care. Again issues all information are fake. 6 month over now i want to foreclose the loan due to lot of issues. No one help for this loan closure. Kindly help this issues. My loan no is 82004476. I have sent 1000 mail to tatacapital no one give solution.
              Foreclosure charges asking rs 53100 against of outstanding balance rs4335. I already clarify with customer care team. Audio sent to customer care team. But no response kindly close the loan.

When i complaint to the company. It's never help me regarding the wrong product. Tatacliq representatives are very irresponsible and careless...

                  I have a two wheeler loan and i have facing unnecessary charges problem through a long time. I already contact customer care but they are not helping me. They say this charges for late payment fee, but my bank account have full of money to pay the installment, but the ecs not deduct installment on date for bank weekend off day and some other reason. Thas not my problem to not deduct the money from my account it's tata capital responsibility to deduct the money on time, but they didn't. Solve the problem asap, and also i am not pay any extra money or otherwise i stop pay the installment money.

As my Business going down and I was looking for a loan and I received a call from Mr.Anup (Mob: [protected] from this he called me) the guy introduced me as Tata capital finance executive guy. He told about schemes of TATA CAPITAL LOAN and asked me to send my documents(IT File, Bank Statement, KYC) through whatsapp to the Which I sent him. Then he told me to submit all the hard Copy of documents to his paper collector (His Number is [protected]/[protected]).When he visit in my office I submit all the document to him including with a cancelled cheque for ECS process (as he told me) and a account payee cheque in name of TATA CAPITAL amount of Rs.149 I signed him the both cheques after much conversation. On next day and when I tried contacted them both they switched off there phones and delete there whatsapp. Now I am in a huge tension that what will they do next with my Cheques.
                        Please Help me.

                          The issue that i have experienced was: i have ordered this vu 65inched led tv on 29th oct 2019, the product reached out to me on 04 december but after repeated call no one came down for its installation. So i decided to open it by my own but was very fortunate to film the complete unboxing video. The led screen was completely damaged and the next minute i raise the issue with tata cliq. I got the call from the team lead and they told me nothing can be done as you have opened it. I told him that i have the complete video which clearly show that i have received a damage product but got a reply that nothing can be done now.

                            We deposite money at right time yet without any reason we pay 590 rs as bounce... more over they cut 295 in the bank twice a day.. what is the way to deal with someone.. if they do not listen to us we will complain to high level because without any reason... this company cut charges again and again with in 2 days (590+295+295) cut in my account...last date to pay installment was 5 and i deposite 30 i deposit 5 days before

                                I have a personal loan (Tcfpl[protected]) from tata capital from dec-2018, very month 5th emi was deducted from my bank account but this dec-2019 not deducted emi on 5th even i have maintain sufficient balance for that emi on 4 th of dec-2019. Then i got massage on 6 th of dec -2019, ”dear customer installment payment of rs.9015 /- was not honored and you should pay rs 9465/- immediately (Including over due charges)”what is this i want proper information about this issue other wise i will take an action legally and file a case for 25 lak compensation because your irresponsible action what we done on this month of dec-2019 that will effected on my cibil score and bank cheque bounce charges etc...in future i am unable to take a loan from other financial company.
                                This is my request and order please take quick action up to now i will not pay any due, charges, even emi also. I am ready to face with you in court.

                                      My loan account number: 10540896
                                      I had taken a housing loan from tchfl (Tata capital housing finance ltd.), and my housing loan eligible for "pradhan mantri awas yojana subsidy",
                                      I satisfied all the requirement of this scheme... Still there is no any process done by tchfl staff, because of laziness of staff of tata capital.

                                      For that, i make the number of times request over there but they say in the process... And officers/staff member of tchfl says we are not a responsible subsidy and so on...
                                      Tchfl officer says we are responsible only for a loan not in subsidy, we are interested in loan only...
                                      And behave rudely with client... Please help me
