Hello
I was using tata capital consumer durable loan and I've already discussed for settlement.
Buy on 31-may I received from Abhishek mishra personal whats app message and call for harassed me and also abusing and rudely behavior on call.
and also i received call 03-may from your branch again regarding same call and they also force to pay emi right now.
also I've 3 mails for settlement and escalations mail for this 2 person but i didn't receive any response from tata capital.
please settle my amount asap.

    Purchased a TV samsung from TATA cliq on 6 month no cost EMI. But tata cliq convert my EMI transaction for 12 month with13% interest rate. When I complaint to customer care, they gives me random theory and story. Later they said I had made a transaction with 12 months tenure. I have a screenshot while purchasing where I select 6 month tenure, and a payment sms just exact in 1 min. Still they denied as they don't have any information how I paid and how much tenure I select. I have to pay almost 4000 extra rupees now which is a fraud because I was getting better deal in store.

Branch Indore M.P. के द्वारा होम लोन लेकर finance करवाया था उक्त लोन पर मेरे द्वारा प्रधान-मंत्री आवास योजना के तहत सब्सीडी के लिए आवेदन किया था उक्त आवेदन के लिए बैंक की शाखा से मुझे आवेदन शुल्क जमा करने के लिए कहा गया था जो कि मेरे द्वारा दिनांक[protected] को जमा कर दिया गया था। परन्तु आज दिनांक तक भी मुझ प्राथी को सब्सीडी प्राप्त नही हुई हैं।
      मेरा होम लोन खाता क्रमांक 9590465 है। जो कि Tata Capital Housing finance Ltd. Branch Indore M.P. के द्वारा फायनेंस है।
      महोदय से निवेदन है कि मेरे आवेदन पर जल्द से जल्द विचार कर के मुझे प्रधान-मंत्री आवास योजना के तहत सब्सीडी प्रदान करने की कृपा करें।

        नमस्कार टाटा कैपिटल हाउसिंग फाइनेंस लिमिटेड में मेरा अकाउंट नंबर 9843894 जनवरी 2017 से चल रहा है लेकिन पीएमएवाई सब्सिडी के लिए शुरू में कस्टमर केयर और ऑफिस ने लगातार यही बोल कर लेट करते रहे और बिना जानकारी के मुझे बोलते रहे कि इसमें तीन चार महीना लगेगा ऐसा करते हुए उन्होंने मुझे जून 2018 तक ऐसे ही अंधेरे में रखा उसके बाद जून में कंज्यूमर कंप्लेंट पोर्टल पर मैंने कंप्लेंट किया उसके बाद कंपनी ने मुझसे वापस एक फॉर्म भरवाया और मुझे उस समय आश्वस्त किया कि आपका हम सबमिट कर देंगे उसके बाद लगातार कस्टमर केयर मुझे ऑफिस भेजता रहा और कस्टमर केयर ने प्रॉपर जवाब भी नहीं दिया इस काम में अक्टूबर के बाद मुझे लगा कि कंपनी मुझे केवल बहका रही है कोई भी स्टेप नहीं ले रही है और उसके बाद 30 नवंबर को मुझे तेजस कुलकर्णी के द्वारा मेल के द्वारा कंफर्म किया गया आपका फॉर्म सबमिशन के लिए गया है लेकिन आज तक कोई प्रोग्रेस नहीं है और पोर्टल पर कंप्लेन का जवाब में गुमराह कर रहे हैं और वही रिपीट मेल भी कर रहे हैं इस दौरान कंपनी के द्वारा बार-बार हरासमेंट किया जा रहा है जबकि 30 नवंबर को तेजस कुलकर्णी से बात होने के बाद मेरे एक साथी का सब्सिडी उसके खाते में 30/11/2018 को जमा हुआ कंपनी का कहना है कि पिछला लौट क्लियर होने तक नेक्स्ट लौट अपलोड नहीं होता है जबकि 30/11/2018 को मुझे मेल के द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है और उसी दौरान लोगों के अकाउंट में सब्सिडी जमा की जाती है और उसके बाद कई लोगो के अपलोड भी किए गए हैं इसी के मध्य नजर 8 मार्च को समीर जोशी के पास कंप्लेंट करने पर 2 जन में से एक जन का वापिस 13 मार्च को अपलोड का मैसेज दिया जाता है और कंपनी के सीनियर पर्सन मेल द्वारा कंफर्म करते हैं कि नेक्स्ट लौट में अपलोड करेंगे पिछला क्लीयरेंस आने के बाद यह सभी चीजें समझ से बाहर हैं जबकि इस दौरान बहुत से लौट क्लियर हुए हैं और अपलोड भी हुएं हैं क्योंकि 30 नवंबर को कस्टमर के एकाउंट में सब्सिडी जमा होना उसके बाद नेक्स्ट लौट का मेल और उसके बाद 8 मार्च के बाद ऑफिस में समीर जोशी से मिलने पर प्रशांत गोविलकर से बात करके जवाब में मुझे एक मेल करवा देना क्योंकि उनसे जवाब देने को नहीं बनता उनका कहना है कि हमने यहां से (Head. Office) भेज दिया हमारा काम हो गया अब आगे क्यों नहीं हो रहा यह सब चीजें हमारे हाथ में नहीं है और उसके बाद 13 मार्च को अपलोड का मैसेज मेरे साथी को जाना ये सभी चीजें मिलाकर साफ तौर से दिखाई दे रहा है कि कंपनी किसी ना किसी कारण से हर बार मुझे हरासमेंट कर रही है जबकि कंपनी ने इस बारे में अपनी गलती भी स्वीकार की थी लेकिन इस कंप्लेंट पर किसी भी तरह का कोई सलूशन एक्शन नहीं दिया गया और लगातार इस बात को भी मान रही है कि हम से देरी हो गई लेकिन कारण क्या है न हीं तो उसका किसी भी तरह से निदान हुआ और न हीं इसपर कोई एक्शन लिया गया आज भी स्टेटस 2017 से 14 may 2019 तक वैसा का वैसा है इससे क्या अनुमान लगाया जा सकता है आप से आशा है कि आप इस बारे में संज्ञान लेकर मेरी सहायता करेंगे धन्यवाद

          And also if we ask why ur so rude he just said I am from Mandya I speak like that only and behaviour also like this only.

          It was very worst experience. After so much discussion not bothered...

          I have bought mi band 3 from tata cliq the product is got delivered on 9th may2019. On product page retrun policy mentioned as"easy 7 days return".
          I got the product and found it's defective. Discharging very fast. Not working as mentioned.
          When i asked for return customer care says i have to to service center, they are denying on return.
          This is a new product and it's within 7 days as per site return condition then why they are not taking the product back and returning my money. Instead asking me to go to service center.
          I had purchased a Red Tape Walking shoe worth Rs 2000/- from Tata Cliq.
          It was fine and used firmly But as the days passed usage of the product increased and on one day while tieing the laces, the hole of the shoe teared up.

          Now i am not able to register the complaint on the App/website.

            I have ordered daikin 1.5 ton inverter split ac on 1st of may 2019. The expected time for delivery was 5 to 7 days but today is may 9th still i have not received the product and when i spoke with customer care they raised the compliant on yesterday on which my complaint will be responded in 5 working days.

            But still there is no response received. I am completely disappointed with this response. Also i informed them to cancel the order but they said like i have to inform about that with the delivery guy. I don't how that is possible, because i paid full amount of 44652.00 via credit card with emi option.

              I have a loan with tata capital TCFPL[protected]. I was paying my EMIs timely. I lost my job and from past few months, i somehow managed to pay EMI but now, it will be difficilt for me to arrange the money. I request to please waive off some part of the loan, so that EMI will come down.

                I have applied for a loan from tata capital and they have charged me a total of rs 35, 000 (Incl. Commission for lawyer and processing fees) towards its processing and approval, but its been more than a week and the money has not been credited to my account. I have been constantly trying to follow up with them however neither are they calling me back nor giving my any resolution.

                I've applied for loan in 2015. In Feb 2019 I got call for pending amount with interest and I paid it on[protected] and still it is not updated in there system and they are not replying properly either on customer care number or via mail. I m attaching payment screenshot. My a/c no is 4924586.

                  I had transferred my housing loan (13, 00, 000 lac) from kotak bank to tchfl (Tata capital housing finance ltd.) said by sales representative as my housing loan eligible for "pradhan mantri awas yojana subsidy",

                  I satisfied all the requirement of this scheme... Still there is no any process done by tchfl staff, because of laziness of staff of tata capital.

                  For that, i make the number of times request over there but there is no response from anyone even not picking my call and not replying on mail... Its looking like i cheated by company of its employees.

                  Please do needfull.

                    My loan account number: 9810948
                    I had taken a housing loan (18, 00, 000 lac) from tchfl (Tata capital housing finance ltd.), and my housing loan eligible for "pradhan mantri awas yojana subsidy",

                    I satisfied all the requirement of this scheme... Still there is no any process done by tchfl staff, because of laziness of staff of tata capital.

                    For that, i make the number of times request over there but they say in the process... And officers/staff member of tchfl says we are not a responsible subsidy and so on...
                    Tchfl officer says we are responsible only for a loan not in subsidy, we are interested in loan only...
                    And behave rudely with client.
                    Subsidy amount is big part of loan to help any middle family, so please help me..

                      I have placed a prepaid order on the tata cliq app on 23rd april 2019.
                      I got a delivery call on 25th april but i coudn't pick it up from my office (Delivery address) that day because i wasn't well.
                      So i told the person to deliver it the next day i. E 26th april and he agreed to do that.
                      Since then, i haven't got any call for the product delivery instead i got a message on 26th that i have cancelled the order when i haven't actually done it.

                      So the same day, i called the tata cliq customer support to look into this issue.
                      They assured me that the order has not been cancelled and it will be delivered to me in the next 2 days.
                      Till now i havent got my product nor any call from tata cliq.
                      Today, when i called the customer support, they told me that the product is out for delivery and it will be delivered by 7 pm.
                      I havent got my product till now.
                      Please help me to cancel this order and get my money back.

                        Regarding our request, reduction of roi (Service request id:[protected] we have mailed to you almost 15 days ago. But no reply from your side.

                        Our associate banker bank of baroda - rajkot deputy general manager continuing forcing us for takeover all these mortgage loan (Loan no.9050087 / 9050112 / 9210689 / 9648827). Which they are offering all loan in roi 9.35%.

                        Our outstanding loan amount almost of rs.200 lacs.

                        So please give reply by your side that your company maintain relation ahead by about mentioned roi 9.35% or we give permission to our associate banker bank of baroda for proceed ahead.

                        They urgent require lod (List of documents) for loan procedure.

                        So you are requested make decision asap.

                          Hi! I do not understand why your recovery agents (Or should i call them goons?) have to resort to harassment and threats to me or my family members illegally, when the loan was provided with legal terms and conditions in place. I skipped my emi this month (April, 2019, loan account number 7026045) and promised to pay 18th of this month, which i failed on. But, your "recovery agents" have somehow (Which is illegal as per my understanding) got hold of my friends and relatives numbers and now audaciously threatening to collect the payment from my father. And this is not the first time the same set of recovery agents have resorted to threatening me by approaching my unsuspecting relatives and friends. This, despite my assurance to another of your collection employee that the payment would be done by 23rd april, 2019 as i am away on a family function that your recovery people don't respect, they either do not know or are audaciously breaching my right to respect and privacy.
                          None of my relatives or friends signed up as co-applicants that your recovery agents are openly telling me they will collect payment from them. Your goons are openly discussing my loans with my relatives and friends over calls and they got it through illegal means or your company actually does that and encourages your recovery goons to do that. Else, they simply shouldn't be threatening me. My irregular payments no doubt a problem to your company. But, illegally procuring my family, relatives and friends numbers, discussing my loan and non-payment with them, threatening to collect payment from them, openly threatening me under the guise of non-payment, like the goons that they proved they are and breaching my right to respect and privacy is simply way out of line against my fault here.
                          This juvenile and brute behaviour of your recovery team is illegal, unlawful and not called for.
                          I am mulling on approaching the banking ombudsman and the court of law because my complaint on the mail has gone unanswered apparently because it's a holiday while your recovery executives are still harassing me despite telling informing them that i agreed to pay by 23rd april, 2019 to another collection department employee.
                          I think i am well within my legal rights to not speak with those recovery agents. I do not wish to be a victim of your recovery agents' threats and harassments.

                            Purchased item and it is a defective piece and sound quality is not at all good. When asked for return they were not accepting return and replacement. Item is faulty. I raised immediately after getting item without any delay after testing. Service people also not at all helpful to the customer. And they ar asking me to goto product service center and do repairing. This is not fair as i purchased online and they also have 7day return policy.

                              I have been chasing this issue with Tata Capital since 4 months now but the issue is still not resolved.Case id_10582432, Case Id 10917460, Case ID 10831278, Case Id 10906750 and Case Id 10911216 are the different case ids since then.They are unable to update my NACH and have not updated my CIBIL report as promised till 28th March.I had changed bank account and had informed their excecutive to update the NACH accordingly.They did not care to update the NACH and their executive advised to pay each month by NEFT before the end of the month.

                              Payments were being made each month via NEFT to them.In October 2018 we came to know that our CIBIL was being hampered by Tata Capital.We checked our Tata Capital loan statement and found that they have not credited our October payment to our account and have also levied late payment charges.

                              We contacted their office in Rajendra Place personally and they promised to update the payment.But this was not done in November and December.It was finally done in February.We had also given them new cheques for November and December as advised by their executive.But they did not present the cheque on the installment date .They took new cheques in January for next 3 months and promised that things will be sorted.Same issue followed and this month again they have not debited on the installment date.I complained to them and they waived off late payment charges till January and promised that CIBIL will be updated by 28th March.But this has not happened and they are not responding appropriately to the emails.

Account no.9974452 tata capital me hi leken pmay ke tahat abhi tak subsidi nahi aye jab bhi pata karo 1mahene me ayegi abhi nhb se fund ki probalam hi yahi batate hi sahi bat. Koi nahi batata hi mai bahut. Paresan hu plese help me jab ki nhb se approved ho chuka hi leken fund nahi aya.                                   एक बार फिर सेम चीज वापस रिपीट करके मुझे मेल भेजा है जबकि पोर्टल पर यह इतना ही अपडेट कर रहे हैंकि जल्दी कर देंगे बाकी आज तक कोई रिजल्ट कंपनी ने मेरे को नहीं दिया है मेरा अकाउंट जनवरी 2017 से है और 6 जून को पहली कंप्लेंट पोर्टल पर उसके बावजूद कंपनी का इतना अड़ियल रवैया केवल हरासमेंट कर रहे हैं कोई सोल्यूशन प्रॉपर ढंग से नहीं दे रहे हैं आज फिर उन्होंने रिपीटेड मेल मेरे को वापस कर दिया है और कुछ भी नहीं इस दौरान उन्होंने कितने ही अपलोड किए हैं आज फिर मुझे नेक्स्ट प्लॉट का हवाला देकर मेल कर दिया और अपने जिम्मेदारी से पल्ला झाड़ लिया कंपनी किस हद तक कस्टमर को परेशान कर सकती है उसकी एकदम हद हो गई है आप से मेरा निवेदन की इस पर गौर करें

                                      I'm writing this inspite of reaching you customer service agent and manager this is important for me to bring to your notice harresment I had gone through
                                      1. Tried reaching customer service unable to reach due to long wait time
                                      2.agent place request for foreclosure and confirms tat as 5working days and when I plead to transfer call to manager to share my concern refused to transfer
                                      3.another agent who attends my call lack of active listening though I said I'm calling for emergency help whr my is hospitalized and need to close loan so I'll get BT amount credit from another bank
                                      4.when I lost my temper explaining 5 times requested to connect with manager, call got transferred to IVR (good I have auto record option to play tat poor call handling in social media to share how effective ur call centre work)
                                      5.finally after multiple attempts there was one soul spoke with concern transfferd call to manager again came with TAT OF 48 HOURS though explaining this is from 3 aprmy mom has medical emergency pls help

                                      My loan account no[protected], i got loan in June its been 9 months but i haven't received any update on pmay. I was told 6 months and also tata capital is not giving details so i can track on pmay website.
