Really pathetic service in terms listening to customers. My PMAY subsidy under MIG-I is still pending due to TCHFL fault as they did not apply it to NHB. As per your customer care it should be credited in customer's account within 9 months and in my case it's more than 1 year now. When I'm raising grievances and escalating to higher authorities (till Managing Director) still you people are not serious about it. In floating rate scheme TCHFL reflects interest rates in next month only whereas other banks in the market do it either quarterly or Yearly.

    I am trying to close my Housing Loan & being misguided repeatedly.

    Last November I wrote an email to customer care requesting LOD & Foreclosure and after some wait time I was told to visit a customer care center to get the same.

    I reached the Thane - Mumbai center towards end of November & was told we cannot take requests until 2nd next month. waiting my entire morning. I would say this is done intentionally so i loose interest of porting my loan.

    Next I went to Thane - Mumbai center again they gave me a form, the executive didn't even know enough, I clearly remember the security was more knowledgeable, where to sign etc. Also they stated you need to collect it from the same center & we will not courier you... Disgusting service..

    After that I received an email to a request was fulfilled, I guessed that my documents are ready hence went to the centre. They had no clue after which they stated do you have a proof ? When I showed them the email, they have me both documents.

    I submitted the same to the porting bank & they started the process, I went to Mumbai - Ghatkopar branch today, they declined to to accept the cheque stating, this cheque needs to be submitted within 30 days. Which frankly nobody told me or any document was signed on the same.

    Your representative stated I will take approval please wait... that was 11 am and now it's 15:17

    You are playing with your customers & inviting trouble. It is logical that what you say you need to document, where is the document ? I am sure RBI has clear guidelines on the same.

    Extremely poor and bad service...

    Your person in Ghatkopar office also provided me a number to call back, [protected], called now she stated, approval pending...

    The point is you have not documented or told me that after issuing foreclosure & LOD letter, I have to payback within 30 days. You now state this was told to me, and honestly no one told me the same. You have cheated me as you are not taking the pay order. Now I am paying interest to both banks. Disguising service.

      Dear sir/mam,

      I am totally frustrated with tata capital. I am so many time raised the complain of regarding to pmay subsidy. My case is loan disbursement.
      I am still waiting for pmay scheme approval because same loan transfer case of my colleagues same day and same time, he has find the benefits of subsidy.

      So why not same role applied in my case.

      If your team has been responded promptly the same has been done for me also

      And your executive also done commitment at the time of loan transfer to your organization that there will be no any issue of taking the subsidy.

      As a tata employee, i feel proud to be part of this company but now i am feeling that i have betrayed by tata capital.

      If your team not resolve my issue, i have no option rather going to consumer forum.

      Please note that i have much evidence, telephonic communication recoding & mail, of your commitment.

      I am also tweet to ratan tata about this issue.

        I brought real me c1 2times but i found a better offer in another site and i cancelled them and ordered it on flipkart but i don't get the refund on my second order but i got the refund of the first order and i had called the customer service but they are telling me that they will connect the complaint to financial department and give the money but still now i didn't receive any information about the refund i ordered on2/11/2018 it had been 3 months i didn't get the refund and i am giving my bank statement also kindly please slove my promblem

          I have taken home loan from Tata Capital in Feb 2017 & then based upon verification of eligibility criteria from their side, i submitted application for availing PMAY credit linked subsidy in their Wakad (Pune) branch in Feb 2018.
          Now even after continuous follow up of more than 11 months thro' personal visits in branch, over calls & mails to their central customer care team, i am yet to receive any concrete information from Tata Capital's side.

          Things doesn't seem to be transparent at their end as neither they are ready to share any details or reference number of my application submitted to NHB by them nor they are crediting subsidy in my account. Moreover the branch officer demanded a sum of approx. 45k while applying for subsidy; for which when i asked them to share details over mail, they stepped back.

          Though i made amount availability on emi day after 4pm they alleged charged check bounce charges.
          when i suppose to make complaint i don't have option(option was disabled before proceed) to raise any compliant/request in website.

            I have requested tata capital customer care to give the breakup for amount deducted during the loan issue and they have partially gave the details but it was only for 1/3of the amount when requested for comprehensive details and they are suggesting to visit branch which raising me some suspects on tata capital. Anyone have any idea whether tata capital is doing genuine business or fraud. I went with the believe on tata company but suspecting on their employees where they are not storing full details.

              I had purchased two shoes one was bond street red tap, second was adidas running shoe worth rupees total rs[protected] and 2578 respectively) on 30th november 2018. Bond street shoe was too big and adidas one was of poor quality. Immediately i had returned these products but i got only one refund of rupees rs 1085 after 10 days and rs 2578 is still haven't received. It has been over 40 days still i haven't got that till date. They are just closing my several complaints by giving arm number and saying we have done transaction which is useless as i had discussed with my bank. Also i shared my bank statement with them. Its like you taken money from somebody and at the time of return you just through it some where and saying that i have done the transaction. Its not my headache if you transferred into wrong account or something else i need my money back.
              I have placed my order for smart phone real me C1 and immediately I cancelled both the order after that the informed that they will refund the cash in five business days But only one refund is till now credited to my account . I informed them about it but till I didn't received the refund

                  I Tried To purchase a Sweatshirt from tatacliq on 15th December 2018 through paypal, but after debiting the money from my paypal account, the tatacliq system gave me an error that my payment was unsuccessful and then i thought that i should try again as, an error might have occured which
                  made the transaction unsuccessful hence i tried one more time and again the money was deducted from my account yet the payment was not successful, after which i was quite worried about my money hence i wrote an email to them, in answer to which they said that they would refund my money in 5-7 working days. But after days went by, and no money was credited in my account I once again wrote to them In response to which they called and assured me that the process will be initiated in few days, and every time i write or call them, their customer executives just say that the refund will be done in few days.
                  And now it's been almost a month and i still haven't recieved any refund.

                    My Loan Account number: 9843894
                    I had taken a housing loan from TCHFL (tata capital housing finance ltd.), and my housing loan eligible for "Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Subsidy",
                    I satisfied all the requirement of this scheme... still there is no any process done by TCHFL staff, because of laziness of staff of tata capital.

                    for that, i make the number of times request over there but they say in the process... and officers/staff member of TCHFL says we are not a responsible subsidy and so on...
                    TCHFL officer says we are responsible only for a loan not in subsidy, we are interested in loan only...
                    and behave rudely with client... please help me

                    मेरा होमलोन अकाउंट टाटा कैपिटल में है और वह मेरे अकाउंट से संबंधित जानकारियां मेरे साथ शेयर नहीं कर रहे हैं बल्कि अभद्र व्यवहार कर रहे हैं और कोई भी जानकारी मुहैया नहीं करवा रहे क्या कारण हो सकता है मुझे नहीं मालूम लेकिन वह बार-बार हर बार मुझे वहां से मायूस लौटना पड़ता है मेरे ही अकाउंट्स रिलेटेड जानकारियां मुझे सही ढंग से नहीं दे रहे हैं बार-बार पूछे जाने पर भी यही कहा गया तीन चार महीने लगेंगे उसके बाद परेशान होकर मैंने जून में कंप्लेंट पोर्टल पर कंप्लेंट लिखी 2 जून 2018 को उसके बाद रिप्लाई आया और मैं वापस वहां गया तो मुझ से प्रधानमंत्री योजना के तहत सब्सिडी का दुबारा फॉर्म भरवाया गया और मेरे से ₹8126 इसकी प्रोसेसिंग फीस के बाबत लिया गया फिर उसके बाद लगातार मैं उनके संपर्क में रहा लेकिन मुझे कोई प्रॉपर जवाब नहीं मिला 6 महीने बाद 1 दिन में टाटा कैपिटल के ऑफिस में गया वहां बुरी तरह से अभद्र व्यवहार करते हुए वहां के स्टाफ ने यहां तक बोला तुम्हारे प्रोसेसिंग फीस के पैसे वापस लो और तुम्हें सब्सिडी नहीं मिलेगी जो करना है कर लो मुझे इसके बाद मेल द्वारा सूचित किया गया कि आप इसके हकदार नहीं है मैं वापस वहां जाता हूं तो वहां से इसके लिए दूसरा मेल मुझे भेज दिया जाता है और मैं वापस पोर्टल पर कंप्लेंट दर्ज करता हूं तो मुझे मेल के द्वारा दिनांक 5 जनवरी 2019 को सुचित किया जाता है की आप इसके हकदार हो और आपको यह 3 से 4 महीने मे मिल जाएगी हम इसे अपने अगले लौट में भेज देंगे जबकि मेरा अकाउंट जनवरी 2017 से टाटा कैपिटल में चल रहा है और आज डेट तक मेरा सब्सिडी फॉर्म एनएचबी को नहीं भेजा गया और न ही इसकेेे बारे में मुझे कोई जानकारी दि गई और इस में देरी किस कारण से हुई इसकी वजह भी नहीं बता रहे टाटा कैपिटल का कस्टमर केयर बोलता है कि हमारे पास यह सब जानकारियां नहीं है आपको ऑफिस ही जाना पड़ेगा और ऑफिस में जानकारी भी नहीं दी जाती है बल्कि अभद्रतापूर्ण व्यवहार करते हैं !

                    आज भी कोई प्रोग्रेस नहीं है केवल कंपनी हरेसमेंट कर रही है कंप्लेंट करने का हर्जाना वसूल रही है शायद कंपनी का इतना अड़ियल रवैया कस्टमर को सर्विस के बदले हरेसमेंट
                    This is my 3rd or 4th EMI
                    Still my EMI during loan against mobile taken on Tata capital loan, till now my EMI was not cutting from Tata capital finance.

                      I am totally frustated with tata capital. Multiple times i have raised request for increase of my roi. Every 2nd month i get message that plr has been increased and my roi will get increase and this happened fourth time. I am not sure on what policies and ethics tata is working on. As a tata employee i feel proud to be part of this company but now i am feeling that i have betrayed by tata capital. You guys keep on increasing my roi and when i call you, you ask to decrease roi you have to pay fee for it. You guys have made a business on one hand you guys keep on increasing roi and on other hand you are fooling customer by asking money from them. This is not how tata work. If you guys are not able to provide any solution then tell me i will search for other options

                        Tata capital home loan - when ever there is a change in plr rate there should be options for customers to which one to choose, like 1) to increase their emi or 2) to increase tenure..                         Again the same the thing happen the senior team is not contacting me the junior one calling me only.
                        They don't have any proper knowledge and details regarding concern.
                        They are not aware of my issue they are not aware of concern even they don't know their own process and rules.
                        Some one is saying six months some one is saying 1 year
                        Whom do I believe this harassment.
                        I'll file a case against you all for the harassment and manipulating the customer with wrong information.

                        Forcefully you guys tooke the sign of our for the insurance loan we clearly said at time we don't want the insurance but you guys made us believe that the bank hai its own rule for it that if will not go for the insurance bank won't offer us loan and they will increase our ROI and you guys never told me or informed me that my ROI is floating or fixed and now you saying that it's written on the sention letter.

                        You guys cheated me and trying to manipulating giving wrong information and wrong pdf for my issue.

                        If you guys won't listen I'll file the case again you all for this mental toucher and harassment and manipulations I have all the proof and recording of you all.

                        I know you are a big company i have 1% chance to win against you all but I'll definitely try my best and file a compliment against you as you all the people who are working there are cheater for their target and incentives you guys forcefully manipulating us and giving wrong information's.

                        Please take some actions against it otherwise I'll stop paying the EMI and file the complaint also.

                          I took loan of 75, 000 from TATA Capital on[protected], Whole of the amount was paid about a year ago with all the penalty charges, and they said I will be receiving the NOC from the Company. But I am still wondering where did the NOC go. Costumer care are unable to find my Loan Application no. Last Amount I paid was Rs. 262/- as per their Site stating pending amount.

                          I have been trying to reach Tata Capital. But aren't receiving my call on several attempts. They said they will give me NOC today. But haven't heard anything from them yet.

                          As per their given time I have been trying to reach the office on the given number. They are not answering the call either and disconnecting my call. I hope this issue gets solved ASAP. I would really request Consumer Support to escalate this issue. I am all alone depended on you now.

                            My Loan account no is 9930855. My name is Pradeep Yadav. I was applied home loan in April 2017. My loan amount 1769000 disbursement done in May 2017.
                            At the same time applied for Pmay subsidy scheme also for home loan.
                            But till not not received Pmay.
                            Executive was telling we send and you will get. But not received till time.
                            Now, he is telling that you transfer your home loan . apply in other bank you will get Pmay there.
                            What is foolish thing.
                            Kindly do needful on urgent basis.

                              I have order one fastrack watch on 16 dec. 2018 in next 3 day got msg that my shipments delay due to some reason. And on 20 dec i got msg saying that we have cancel your order and refund initial to your account. Same day self check on application status show refund complain. But not get refund. Self raise may complain. Also written in review. But not get post. Than i check all web site/ app of tata cliq you don't find any product review/ user review option, because they know well the people will bang them in reviews. As well there is no refund or return options actually options are there but they only guide to nothing. So friends don't buy any product from them.

                                We had taken loan from TATA capital Financial services ltd in the year 2015 and loan was preclosed in the year 2018. NOC was issued to clear HP . post HP clearence vehicle was sold .

                                To my surprise, CIBIL reports claims that the loan from TaTa capital account is uncleared and there is pending payment of 450 which is due by 100 days.

                                we have tried all possibile ways to get this shorted out, we have spoken . written mails to concern person, we have got promised mail and replies .

                                I had never Knew TATA capital Financial services ltd has Irresposible team and board members.
                                Due to this my CIBIL points have gone low and banks have charged High We had taken loan from TATA capital Financial services ltd in the year 2015 and loan was preclosed in the year 2018. NOC was issued to clear HP . post HP clearence vehicle was sold .

                                  Received call from tata capital regarding a loan taken by an acquaintance where my name is given for reference. It seems the loan is overdue.
                                  But this lady would not give proper credentials and just kept on insisting for the payment of the loan.
                                  I kept on telling her that i am not aware about the loan and not aware that my name is given for reference but she went on asking me when the money will be paid.
                                  She was very rude and kept on constantly calling and harassing me on my mobile and office number.

                                    Took home loan from tata capital in jan 2018. Asked tata capital to apply for pmay scheme. But because of the worst service from them, this was delayed till july 2018. As per the pmay govt site info, applying for this scheme is free of cost. But these guys charged me 1160 in the form of processing fee. Since i am a tata employee, the processing fee is a little less. Otherwise it will be around some 15k. I agreed to that also and gave a cheque for 1160 and the amount was debited from my account in july 2018. Till date i have no update about the subsidy status and not even sure whether they have applied for it or not. No proper response for the complaints / mails that i raised / sent to them. If your service is like this for tata employee itself, then what will be the situation for other people. Please look into it and revert
