We have purchased a toyata innova & from our tata capital i have taken a loan from tata capital & i am ready to close the loan & we have excepted to pay all the charges but your officers from ghatkopar is talking very rudely like that the i request you to cancell my repo charges so your officer mr. Siddesh khonalkar collection manager was talking rudely that go to the high court & i m going to put your car on auction if you are ready to pay then also we will put your car on auction however if our financial instution also go in loss then also i will put your car on auction

    Tata cliq — regarding cancelling the order without customers approval

    Hi,

    I have placed the order on 10th oct 2017 and order id is[protected] and payment mode was credit card. First of all this order was not updated till 7 days from the date of purchase, when followed up with customer care they said they will keep it on priority and will get it dispatched soon. But again there was no update and when i checked order status one of the sub order got auto cancelled. When followed up again with customer care, they said that the product that i ordered are not available with the seller. Thogh have booked it in seconds when it was shown on their website.

    So my concern are listed below in sequence :
    1. If it's not available then why was it listed in the shopping list?
    2. And if it is not available then why didn't i get update from customer service in max two days and why did i got the update only when i called customer care that too after 5 working days?

    3. Why was order cancelled without asking me as i am the customer?

    4. It didn't seems to me practical. Worst experience with tata cliq..

    The conclusion is these guys wasted my whole time from ordering to waiting to follow up with customer and ended up with auto cancellation after 8 days with no single stuff in my hand giving silly reasons and ending up with just a sorry.

    Don't try to fool customers, value their time and be truthful.

    If you are brand then maintain your standards accordingly.

    There should be penalty as this seems to me the case of cheating.

        I have a personal loan running with tata capital with number tcfpl[protected].in the month of october as we had bank holiday on the first 2 days of this month my emi was bounced as my salary was delayed. Thus, on 9th october i received a call from your collection representative names mr. Sandeep kumar ([protected]) stating that he from tata capital and want to collect the bounced emi.

        I would like to highlight that this person went to the address where i reside which was closed at that moment as i was in office. Thus, he went to my relative house which is few blocks away from my house (By asking neighbors) and asked about me instead of calling me first.

        I would like to bring to you notice that this is really unethical approach and actionable approach against tata capital.

        Coming back to the point, i met mr. Sandeep kumar in the evening and handed him inr 18000 cash in total and took the receipt attached. Later on 13th october again emi of inr 17518 was deducted from my account. Since then i am trying to reach out mr. Sandeep kumar but he is not receiving my phone and i am not getting any help from tata capital.

        I am really saddened with this approach of tata capital and had to bear financial implication and loss due to this mistake. Even i had to pay extra amount several times to you and to the collection agent.

        Please help me out and would appreciate if they can transfer me inr 17518 along with the additional cost which i have catered i. E. Inr 350 + inr 450 = inr 800 making it total inr 18318 to my account.

          I have applied personal loan through tata capital in july17 application no :[protected]. They have rejected my loan as updated in risk profile as negative in credit and comment as "false income document and incorrect residence information.
          While applied personal loan in another bank they have confirmed previous finance i. E. Tata capital updated as risk negative for me" so they declined my proposal.
          My income proof doesnt have mistake and now i am bable to give correct address to tata capital for changing risk as possitive. But they are not accepting my request and not supporting or not providing resolution to change the risk as possitive. Without changing my risk as possitive i will not able go for any loan. But tata capital is not bouther about my risk. They simply we cant to another verfication for changing risk as possitive.

          Its ceviorly affecting my personal life and giving mental stress because of this issue.

          Required your support to change my risk as possitive with my correct supporting documents.

            Good evening.
            This is ap jayalakshmi from chennai, tamil nadu.
            I bought a bike using tata captial finance loan on 25th august 2017.
            The emi plan, to repay the loan amount was 3600 for 23 months.
            And the due date for us to pay the emi was 9th of every month.
            And our first emi falls this month 9th[protected]
            We already deposited rupees 3600 in our bank account i. E before[protected].
            Now the problem is, your company has dropped the cheque on[protected] itself.
            And we paid the bounce amount charges.
            As per the agreement, you have to take the emi amount on the desired date i. E 9th of every month. But what you have done is different. You have returned the emi amount back to our account. And you have collected fine for the late deposit of emi.
            And we contacted one mr. Saravanan ([protected]) (Chennai branch) to find what was the reason behind this.
            But his way of answering was irresponsible too worst and rude.
            He disconnected the call while the conversation is going on.
            We trusted you for your service. But it has been proven that your company is worst.
            I have every proof like bank statement, sms received from your company.
            If the problem is not solved, we will file a legal fraudulent complaint against your company.
            The fraudulent will be exhibited on facebook and other social medias.

              Hi,

              I had recently applied for tata credit card. I got my card and after few days i got a call and the person who called me addressed herself as tata executive and said this is a welcome call from tata and please varify all your details through ivr.

              She confirmed my exact credit card number, expiry date of my card, cvv number, phone number and address. After that she confirmed my dob and emailid through ivr which was not correct. I informed her that only dob and email is incorrect and rest all information is accurate. After that she said she is updating the dob which required confirmation from my side. After my confirmation i got a message that multiple transaction has been initiated from my card.

              I have raised police complaint, grievance and informed tata.

              I was shocked to know that my emailid and dob is different from what i had mentioned in credit card application. When i asked credit card form copy, i have been told that we can not share with you as you failed to confirm your identity. I dont know who can updated my dob and email id with my confirmation.

              I am shocked to know that the person who called me have all my confidential details like credit card number, expiry date of my card, cvv number, phone number and address. How could it be possible with any internal help.

              I have been told that merchant has not claimed the amount yet and they have raised dispute[protected] againt the claim, amount will not be transferred to the merchant but sla is 18th nov. And today is 11th oct.

              From last two days i am taking follow up with tata but they are not even replying to mails or call. Even though i have forwarded the mail to ceo and head of tata but they are also not replying.

              I want below information and appropriate information:

              I want you not to transfer the amount to the merchant who has not claimed the amount yet.
              Share the copy of the credit card form that i had filled.
              Want to know how and when you changed my dob and email id with my confirmation.
              From where that person, who called me have all my confidential information.
              Why no one is responding to my mails and calls.

              My card should not be unblocked under any circumstances.

              Please refer interaction id[protected] and dispute number[protected] which have all the details of my credit card.

              Just to inform you I am not getting any help from SBI.

              When I called SBI service desk and asked for escalation matrix, they said we dont have any escalation matrix. If you need any information, please write a mail to service desk ID. I have written n number of mails to SBI service desk but i haven't received single reply from SBI. At last I dropped a mail to CEO but still didn't get any satisfactory response.

              Also, I got the call from TATA and the lady who called me said "Let me tell you one thing very clearly and straight forward, TATA is not responsible for your loss and we can not do anything to help you as all TATA confidential information is handled by SBI and if your confidential data is leaked by any means than we can not do anything, you just get in touch with SBI."

              I am least concern to know who is handling TATA confidential information or data. For me, I have TATA card and i will reach out to TATA, if I have any issues or concerns.

              On phone, I am getting such rude replies from TATA and in mails you are asking me to let you know, if i need any assistance.

              I need to know, how my confidential information has been leaked. I also want OMBUDSMAN email ID.

              Just for your information, this is not happening for the first time. I have seen same complaints in past as well.

                I have availed personal loan where my EMI is getting debited month on month but October month I haven't received any message, but my account is having balance, they have not taken the money in 9th October instead they have taken on 10th October with extra charges
                I am now going to leave this case till they prove it
                I will take to consumer court .
                I am customer of home loan too but I am not facing any issue in home loan department they are gunine sales person. But personal loan are cheaters

                  One of the worst service by tata capital.
                  I have applied for personal loan after receiving call from tata captial and after completion of online eligibility checked by tata captial credit manager. They send me online link to upload documents and taken my net banking user id and password to verify my bank account details than after all completion they send there executive to collect my document document and signature. After all formalities they are keeping me update as " your form is with credit manager and after my strictly follow to tc team reply was apologize only. All audio conversion carrying by my side how they are maintaining quality play/cheating to consumer. But i didn't get anything like that.. I fade up with contacting them. My suggestion to all, please do not go for this kind of service.

                    I had a tata capital car loan, the loan account number is in the subject line. I fore-closed it on 25th september 2017, i paid all charges inclusive of the higher foreclosing charges which tata capital had levied on my account and didn't waive it or decrease it on repeated request, however my cheque for the entire amount as specified in their fore closure letter/ demand note has been cleared since 26th september, but neither the on-call customer service nor the email support has responded to my query as to when i will get my noc. Tata capital is a pathetic company when it comes to customer service. Please help me obtain my noc at the earliest.

                      Dear sir,

                      It is in reference to the above loan a/c for jcb 3dx, i have been made as a guarantor in the above sanctioned loan. I have not given any guaranty to any body on the above mentioned loan. I have never visited vaishali or signed any papers of guaranty.

                      I suspect that somebody has misused my papers for taking this loan.

                      I have come to know about this loan from my cibil report dated 25/07/2017 showing a overdue payment of rs 242825/- (Rupees two lakh forty two thousand eight hundred twenty five only).
                      This overdue is affecting my cibil report.
                      Kindly enquire the above matter on urgent basis, how this fraud has taken place and get back to me.
                      Otherwise i will be forced to lodge a fir against the borrower and tata capital finance services ltd.

                      The papers of my cibil report and loan a/c papers are enclosed.

                        Totally waste of tata sbi card and sbi credit card both are cheating

                        Tata sbi card credit limit is 10, 000

                        During card conformation an executive called and told they will reduce 10, 000 from my card limit and i will get limit between 1, 00, 000 - 5, 00, 000

                        My complaints is i have already sbi credit card and credit limit is 95000 - now without information reduced sbi credit card limit is 85000 only to
                        Split the credit limit 10, 000 in tata sbi card - and paid annual fee 499.00 this card and sbi credit card annual fee 499.00 its fraud

                        I don't want tata sbi card - and i am not interest to pay annual fee 499.00 please tell how to cancel the tata sbi card.

                            I have taken a loan against car from tata capital and it got sanctioned and the disbursal amount was rs 7, 44, 000. I have not yet got the amount in my bank account as the cheque i got was of much lesser amount than the sanctioned/disbursement amount. The cheque was of the amount: rs 6, 75, 000 even though i got the emi schedule for 7, 44, 000 which is the actual amount. When i asked the dsa they are not giving answers of the lost balance amount and i think they have consumed it or stolen it. This is urgent and please take appropriate actions otherwise i will not pay any emi and will be going to consumer court as well. Cheque screenshot attached.

                              noc after clearance of car loan

                              I am nabokumar changder from howrah, wb 711409. I had a car load of 1.8 lakhs (Loan number [protected]).

                              For some urgent purpose i have closed the loan and paid all the dues as the organization said. As per the rule i should get the noc with in 15 days of payment. Payment done date 7th of sept 2017.

                              I called at the kolkata branch and they have confirmed today that still this is pending for final settlement from...

                              Tata capital — non tolerable behavior of call center/collection guy

                              I am ram bahadur sahani have taken personal loan no. 6493318 from tata capital almost 09 months back and i always paid my emi thgrough ecs on time, however this month it got bounced due to some personal reasons. Last month some official of bank meet me and i discussed my problem and he assured to forward my case for reschedulement of payment to competent authority.

                              Today i got call at 12.10 pm from amit cel. No. [protected] & [protected] and he asked me to pay the loan in cash today. First he told i am bank executive later he told i am third party engaged by bank for collection of loan. I told him the matter has been discussed with bank official and the bank official has told to pay rs. 20000.00 on 30.08.2017 and agreed to reschedule the repayment and accordingly, i make rs. 20000.00 payment on 30.08.2017. He started abusing me right and left and also told begger. He used abusive words and language over the call.
                              He soughted and told that i am coming at your home and teach you lesson and will show how i will take dues from you and threatened to life. He used abusive language only. After every five minutes he is calling. Please check the call recorded by bank.
                              Rbi does not permit this kind of behavior by the bank with the client and also it is against the norms of rbi.
                              It's the limit of tolerance and now i am not going to accept the same.
                              First i want action against executive and make sure this will not happen again.

                              Waiting for your revert on priority as these kind of behaviours are not acceptable.

                                Kindly note that tata capital is charging high interest to their existing home loan customers inspite of the fact that other institutions have reduced their interest rates. They are not user friendly to their existing.!!

                                They keep pestering their customers with lots o[censored]nsolicited calls & sms causing their mentally embrassed!!

                                You need to take up with tata capital housing finance for not reducing the interest rates, not adopting flexible emi dates. Frequently harass their customers with unsolicited sms and phone calls!! This is unethical on the part of this reputed tata group

                                  But till date i have called pramod yadav asking the status for my housing loan he replied is in process.

                                  I called several times to pramod yadav please returned all documents if loan rejected but till date he not returned my housing loan document.

                                  Request you to please handover all my document on urgent basis.

                                    I have taken a personal loan with tata capital. 3 months emi was cleared/ debited from my account.

                                    My 4th emi was nearing the due date and it was not cleared. I called up the customer care and i was informed they do not see my details regarding personal loan.

                                    Therefore, i was directed to send an email to [protected]@tatacapital.com

                                    I sent it immediately as there should not be any negligence seen from my end.

                                    Later after a week, i got a call from tata capital asking me to pay through online.

                                    I tried making a payment in spite it was failed many times before.

                                    Now i was asked to pay my due + late payment charges.

                                    That was too embarrasing.

                                    All i want to make sure this all should not attract or reflect any negative on my cibil report. As it is very evident that the negligence was not from my end

                                      One of the worst customer care service
                                      I have applied for personal loan through online. After submitting the form, i was informed bank will send online link to upload documents. But i didn't get anything like that.. I fade up with contacting them daily. Even though i am working in one of the tata firms, i am not getting the proper response from tata capital, bangalore. My suggestion, better go with hdfc or some other banks. They will treat you in a proper way than this tata capital guys.
