Just to inform you I am not getting any help from SBI.
When I called SBI service desk and asked for escalation matrix, they said we dont have any escalation matrix. If you need any information, please write a mail to service desk ID. I have written n number of mails to SBI service desk but i haven't received single reply from SBI. At last I dropped a mail to CEO but still didn't get any satisfactory response.
Also, I got the call from TATA and the lady who called me said "Let me tell you one thing very clearly and straight forward, TATA is not responsible for your loss and we can not do anything to help you as all TATA confidential information is handled by SBI and if your confidential data is leaked by any means than we can not do anything, you just get in touch with SBI."
I am least concern to know who is handling TATA confidential information or data. For me, I have TATA card and i will reach out to TATA, if I have any issues or concerns.
On phone, I am getting such rude replies from TATA and in mails you are asking me to let you know, if i need any assistance.
I need to know, how my confidential information has been leaked. I also want OMBUDSMAN email ID.
Just for your information, this is not happening for the first time. I have seen same complaints in past as well.
