I applied for personal loan and had words with Mr. Vijay Kumar emp id 542021 [protected] from rajendra place new delhi branch. He asked me to give 6k to get my loan approve also he told me to sign the agreement as my loan is approved but my loan was rejected he had taken 6 cheques nd 1 cheque of 6k. Request you to please remove these kind of staff. These kind of staff member r bringing the company's reputation down.

We have taken the home loan from tata capital housing finance. But your company person has included the cost of insurance also without our prior knowledge. He has included the home imsurance policy without our knowledge. His name is manoj. He is not picking our phone and creating problem for us. In other sense he is creating a fraud for us.
We want that quick action must be taken regarding such person. Our problem must be solved as early as possible. I want that insurance policy should be cancelled. So that we can pay our installments without any disturbance and defaults..

I m Sachin Darekar from Nagpur aaplyed for topup on my existing housing loana/c no.9411547.Fees for processing & other of Rs.13000/- paid .But topup case is rejected from u r end.And i requested to u r co.to return my paid fees.But after 1 month i cant get my money back.I m very disaapointed & unsatisfied from tata capiltal services.I doesnt wish to go further with Tata Capital Housing Fin.Co.Ltd.

I would like to address one of the major inconvenience, which I suffered from the TATA Capital. I took a personal loan Account# 5741046 of Rs 150000/-. First thing I would highlight is the incorrect calculation of interest amount & second thing is that, they do not entertain their customer in right manner. They do not provide correct information. So I decided to foreclose this personal loan. As I requested to foreclose the loan. They took 1 month to foreclose it & took one more EMI, even when I placed the request for the cancellation. Now when I requested for the refund, they have again deducted 900/- rupees from the money which they have to refund. please find the attached documents.

I bought LeEco Le 2 4G Dual Sim 64 GB (IMEI No.[protected]) from Tata Cliq on 16.11.16. I have received defective item. i did complaint for return request same day.but costumer care team not solving my problem.they are asking 2-3 days from 16th nov, order id is.[protected].almost 23days have gone.costumer care no is.[protected].I would like to refund.pl help me and solve the problem as early as possible.

Recently we all get SMS from TATA Cards that we can withdraw money from ATM with 0% interest
But in SMS no where is said that min Rs 300 will be levied on us for each transaction
And as we can withdraw 2000 Rs only per card per day they are fooling/looting customers with min. Rs 300 transaction
Please do not use TATA Cards as in cash crunch times they are propagating mislead information to fool customer

Please help me with these cheater in TATACLIQ.com. It appears like they are selling substandard products and cheating customers with advertising one goods and delivering something else.

I'm a victim of such cheating done by TATACLIQ.com

Bought a LE Max 2 phone from this website on 19th Nov 2016 and as per advertisement the phone has LE brand and not the LeTV logo. I also has sent mails and called their customer care to check and confirm the same.

When I had called their customer care, they did mention that it would be possible to return the product if it does not have the LE logo.

As per this statement, I did check the product on 23rd evening and found that it had the old LETV logo and the phone was also not working properly.

I immediately reported the same and filed the return request which was accepted and the delhivery tracking ID was also generated. I have attached the same for reference. In this even the advertised image is available for your reference.

Even after 4 days, nobody came for the pick up. Today, I called their customer care multiple times and have written mails as well.

TATACLIQ.com is now asking me to go to service center ignoring the fact that they have cheated customer by delivering the goods that I had not ordered for and highlighting the non-working part of the defective cell phone they have sold me.

Request you to take strictest action ASAP.

I Mounesh Badiger have taken the loan from Tata finance Ltd in year 2001 in bangalore for two wheeler hero Honda splendor..( vehicle reg no KA 02 ED 515 ). 15 year have been completed .so I have o apply for vehicle fitness certificate...I understand that for two wheeler loan NOC I have to contact Icici back . Icici bank is ready to provide NOC but they need loan account number.. I could not find Tata finance Ltd office in Bangalore. I understand Tata capital is now providing two wheeler loan. Emi are deducted for closed loan accounts.useless company .please do not apply for any loan in tata capital.i have received case 2243676 is resolved but you idiots didn't do anything just cut emi of already closed loan.as per ur useless customer care executive.your sales person is dumb.your back office is full of mental people

The people of tata capital doesnt have that much sense that how to talk with their customer, it was their mistake then they are telling us that 'tumhari aukat kya hai' i mean this is the way you people deal with your customers, i have got all the recordings in my phone of our conversation and now i am gonna file a case against you of abusing your customer, never expected from tata company.

I have had the worst shopping experience with this site! I had to return my product due to some size issue.I placed the return request the day i had got it.But they didn't initiate it until I contacted for 4 to 5 times.At first they were saying that the product would be picked up by themselves and that's why i kept on waiting.But even after a span of 1 week i didn't see any sign of it so i contacted them again via phone call and then only they said that being a non serviceable area, I have to self ship the product.So I self shipped it and did every formalities regarding my return and refund.I provided my bank details too as asked.But it's been more than a month, I have not yet got the refund.I have been mailing them for many times but I have not got any response to them, so I have contacted them via phone call for like 9-10 times after the product had been delivered to them(confirmed by the delivery service), everyday they keep on saying that the refund would be initiated on that day only and it would be reflected in my account by 5-6 business days.But I have not got any refund till now.This is the worst experience with any online shopping site ever!

On 6 October I bought a Vivo v3 32gb gold of Rs12000, received it on 15 October. I have discovered that the Vivo v3 has the following problem:
1. Seal is broken
2.Faulty item
I complain for refund my money to tata cliq but company are saying that I will arrrange for the vivo v3 phone to be collected or pickup
or will reimburse you for the cost of returning it
But not taken any action & not refund my money

I am having durable loan accounts as mentioned in subject. I purchased two TVs of same price and brand.Each cost was Rs 32078 i.e total Rs 64155 for two TVs
I converted it into EMI for that your customer representative explained me calculation for 32078 I had to pay Rs 7129 Downpayment and he explained me 1783 X 14 EMIs for remaining amount that was rs 24949 for each loan.
However in your account statement and repayment schedule given by tele executive the disburse amount is showing Rs 26042 for loan account number 6527112 and rs 25588 for loan account number 6527134 which cannot be possible at all. Also in your statement EMI of two loan differs which is really [censored] (Rs 1861 and rs 1828).Same products with same down payment purchased on same date how can differ in emi and down payment?
Attached herewith EMI schedule given by your representative at croma store, Invoice of Croma, Statements given by your tele executive.
Solve this as soon as possible

Fraud return policy of TATA CLIQ
I have ordered a REDME NOTE3 ON 18th aug, but after using 2 days I got sevre heating of phone and the charger also not charging the phone. I raised a return request for the phone but till now no action has been taken. I called them 20 times but no solution telling irresponsible replays and my money got blocked there.

So please take action against TATA CLIQ, so that not only me all will get rid of this.

I have requested you guys many times to close my credit card by sending email Dec 2015. I have also commumnicated with your customer care executive they are saying the card is closed. If this is done then why I am getting Due payment SMS from Tata Card. I have closed that card within 15 days when I received. I have all the email communication reference for furhter action. This is last time I am writing here. I don't want effect on my CIBIL record by TATA Card.

Hi, this is sanjeev Kumar Rath. Recently I have applied for Tata credit card.i have existing credit card from sbi simply save credit card. I applied for card to card.the executive who collected documents told me there is no connection between sbi and tata and I will get 150000 limit in Tata card based on limit of 94000 from sbi card.they took almost a month for application process. But they have done fraud with me.without my consent they reduce my sbi limit from 94000 to 84000. When I enquired about it, on 11/10/16 I got a call from sbi customer care that it has been made my tata card limit that is 10000. This is total fraud. I want my tata card to be cancelled. And as soon as I am done with sbi bill I am gonna close it soon. Sbi, the India most trusted and oldest bank has become the most worst bank I have ever noticed. Also I am nt gonna pay any charges levied on me cause you have tricked me. My contact [protected].

Sir i purchased a cell phone on 9th aug from tatacliq by paying with my credit card i rejected product immediately because i found same product for less price already 2 months over they not refunding my amount (rs 11999) in fact i spoke to the executives of customer care of tatacliq they were keep telling wait for 48 hours nearly i spoke to them 25 times but no use even i sent a mail also no response. date of purchasal was 9 th aug order no is[protected] tatacliq is the online site name plz consider me and help me in getting refund

I have purchased wd hard disk and paid by debit card. Money deducted from account. but in tata cliq website there is no order seen. and no response. I have tried many times to contact through toll free number and tried to chat. But there is no response till today. It is fraud company. and in bank deduction merchant name shown TATA CLIQCOM.

I registered my mail in www.tatacliq.com website . Basically I know this site through www.mysmarprice.com. I ordered wd passport hard disk 1tb at the rate 4199 rs through debit card. Money deducted but thare is no order seen in www. tatacliq.com.

Loan has been paid long time back please see the attached file. But the status for the same loan is not be resolved by the bank. I'm getting threatning call from the bank inspite me paying the ousting amount long time back.

I have given my file before four months in TATA Capital Karnal Branch through MR. Jagmohan(Sales Officer) and Mr. Ajay but four months have passed out they have not taken any action and fooling me they have taken all my original documents fr the purpose of loan they said the sanctioned loan amount is Rs 35, 00, 000 and now they said only Rs. 15, 00, 000 have sanctioned against my Rs. 90, 00, 000 lakh property they have taken from me 12 cheques in favour of Tata Capital and some amount in cash for the purpose of Loan processing fees. Sir please look into this matter and take action at the earliest
