I have taken loan from your Tata Capital Financial Service Limited.
I am very thank ful to Tata Capital Finance Limited.
Unfortunately last week i passed from road and made with a small accident. In that case i lost all my original document from my vehicle. so i humble request to provide me all the details...

Even though RBI reduced the home loan, TATA capital housing finance ltd (TCHFL) is not changing the rate of interest for the floating rate customers. If RBI increased the interest rate, it will be reflected immediately. To reduce the rate, TCHFL customer care and banking people are asking the money as a processiing fee to reduce the interest. What is the meaning of floating interest in this sense?

Hi had requested to block my credit card and reissue and it was around 2 weeks ago. Card has been hotlisted but till now I've not revived any confirmation abt my new card. Sent an email twice to customer service team a week ago but no reply till now. What's pathetic service. Plz close my account completely I don't want card anymore now. Sir i am a costmer of tatacapital since one year i fainace bullet from east of kailash new delhi there is some reason my ecs is bounce same day i call your agent to collet ecs money but he is collet money after two days from my home my ecs amount 3240 but he charged 3400 from us after 15 days he saying your ecs not summited he want more money amount 270rs

I contacted tata capital for a topup loan and upendra tiwari contacted me and he explained about the process and also the interest rate as i informed him that i am a old customer and i had got the option for getting the topup loan and he informed that he will be able to get that done by 9.6 %

Then he came to office and collected all my documents and he informed that he needs the processing fees of 5700 as i work for esteemed...

I have booked ticket in red bus on 13/01/2016 and i have cancelled on next day. After some day the status in red bus has changed to the refunded.
Problem is refund not happened to the croma credit card account, i have raised complaint and it is not yet refunded....

And down payment i paid more than half of the full amount, from starting of the first month, ecs transaction as not done.. Due to some technical issue its as been not transaction as the collection agent said. And i have taken 6 months statement, in that from tata capital financial services

I have Tata credit card and i was suppsed to received a gift voucher worth rupees 3000/- after paying my renewable fees. I paid my renewable fees on 2nd January 2016, and called customer care so many times (have call recorded) but i did not get any response yet from their side.

I have closed the top up loan with with TATA Capital on 30th of Jan 16, they have deducted the amount even after loan is closed I have called customer care many times and written to them, they have not refunded the money so far, very unprofessional and unfriendly service.

I advise all the people to stay away from TATA Capital by not taking any loan with them...
