    I have given two years bill as my professional charge for title clearing certificate and vetting report. I have mail in this regard to concerned authority of ahmedabad office but i have not single reply given by the authority and not received my call. Reply me. What should i do? Or to which authority and which person i should approached.

      I have a tata card which i communicated to their call centre to cancel as i did not want to pay the renewal fee. They have not done so and have been charging me delay interest. The card no is [protected].

      I am very fed up with this response and it is affecting my cibil rating for no fault of mine. They have also wrongly entered the dob so i am unable to also reach thru ivr to call centre.

        I want to know how much of loan sanctioned and EMI details.As I had purchase TV worth 125000/and I had taken loan amount of 85000/only for. 12 months repayment option.Now I feel the loan is over but still amount has been taken from my account.I had bought the TV in reliance world in Rajarajeshwarinagar Bangalore.

        After one year later home loan document not received to me. home insurance by 60, 000 rs. withdraw by you but not any document received after so many time call your customer care or respected officers.

          We were sanctioned/Released a loan of Rs. 1.5 Crore against our property located at Gurgaon. We have returned our complete loan amount with Interest but Tata Capital Housing Finance Ltd. charged us the penalty of 4 % on the loan amount in addition to Interest.We were not aware about this practice. Kindly help us to get back this 4% penalty amount from the Tata Capital Housing Finance Ltd.

            Hello -

            First of all, I would like to mention that even before I have taken the loan amount, I got highly disinterested and demotivated with TATA CAPITAL

            I applied for a loan in April and was sanctioned an amount of 3, 00, 000/- on 30th April, 2016
            However, I cancelled the same instantly and requested for a closure on this loan which is why the amount was never disbursed to my account.

            Got surprised when on 3rd June, 2016, the first instalment was deducted from my account for an amount of 8502/- when actually I did not avail the loan
            I got highly dissatisfied and called up the bank to let them know what they are not aware of (Rajendra Place, New Delhi)

            The bank said they have registered a request to close the account after I intimated them, which never happened again.

            Can anybody now tell me what is going on???

            Being pissed, I logged into the web account today, 18th june and again got a nightmare to find that my web account says 11, 839/- due as outstanding against me with a disbursed amount showing as 7, 522/-. Do not know when and how this was disbursed to me and WHY I owe 11K to TATA CAPITAL?

            IS THIS THE WAY TATA CAPITAL HARASS CUSTOMERS?

            I ALSO SAW ON INTERNET THAT I AM NOT THE FIRST VICTIM, THERE HAVE BEEN OTHERS AS WELL WHERE EMI GOT DEDUCTED EVEN BEFORE DISBURSEMENT OF LOAN. THERE ARE A LOT OF OTHER COMPLAINTS AS WELL. check out: http://www.complaintboard.in/complaints-reviews/tata-capital-l45046.html

            Following this - I called up the customer care officer to get my 3rd shock to hear that the request was registered only on 14th June even when I connected with the office on 7th June. What is this delay for and why?
            Not sure what is going on? Do you guys do not hear from your customers?

            Again, the officer told me that - the system is showing a resolution date of 23rd June. REALLY? You take that long for providing resolution to such matters? Do you not have any prioritisation mechanism and treat your cases based on how CRITICAL they are?

            I want someone from the financial institution to go through the complete email to understand the concern and reply me back with an answer which I can digest

            I want the money back ASAP into my account which has been deducted along with the bank interest for this delay that I could have earned
            And a final confirmation from TATA CAPITAL also required that such things would not happen in future

              I have completely paid my loan amount with tata capital. Even though after my final settlement, There is no confirmation from them, that you loan amount is paid. But when i asked for a sibil score, They have kept a 400 amount due on my payment and never notified me. Because of which I was not able to initiate any loan process. I have contacted their customer support and raised a complaint but they just raised a issue and mentiioned they will call back without any further information.

                I called up customer care to know my contract number, a lady called “rashmitt” she was able to hear me but pretends as if she cannot hear me, but when i asked her i will write an email, then she says that my voice is low she can’t hear me, atleast she should be polite saying that but she was talking as if i am her slave, illiterate lady, very very poor customer service no courtesy, with this kind of service i just went online to check the feedback on tata capital, looking at you tata capital reputation i am now worried.

                Your services are really degrading the brand tata. Please consider the feedbacks given by the customer.

                  I had closed a loan with tata capital, they deducted a EMI after that, they returned partial money after lots of follow up. a partially money is not given back.

                  The loan is top up money they have said the partial amount deducted is for document returning, but top up do not have any documents, it is extremely bad service, if you call customer service they say they will arrange a call back which they never do it, call center agents are very poorly knowledgeable.

                    The loan of Rs.48.00 Lacs was sanctioned on 21.03.2016. Out of sanctioned amount Rs.13.48 Lacs was disbursed on 27.04.2016. The loan construction based and monthly instalment of Rs.3, 37, 030/- is to be paid to the builder. We sorry to mentioned that Miss Kritika Mehra, who initially sanctioned the loan left the company, the second man Mr. Arun Pandey also left the company and now there is no one to talk. We have tried to contact so many time to third person on phone but it was not picked-up. I understand that there is nobody to look after the affairs of Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited in J.S. Tower, Civil Lines, Kanpur. You will appreciate that the installments for the month of May, 2016 for payment to the builder has already been due for payment. You are very kindly requested to please ask your competent person in the office at Kanpur to contact me in the matter so that disbursement can be taken and paid to the builder.                         I have taken home loan for rs.25 lakhs from tata capital visakhapatnam branch, sankarmatham road. My house loan account number is 9251376. I got number of calls to take the top up. I approached your branch of sankarmatham road, visakhapatnam in the month of march, 2016. I met mr. Subba raju. His response to the customer is disgusting. I approached him number of times with all the documents. Now, he says that he has to confirm the location services. Once i was given house loan for rs.25 lakhs and repaying my emis regularly where is the question of checking once again location services etc., i am totally dissatisfied the way your employees are behaving. Now, i have decided to shift over my loan account to other banks which are charging less interest rates than tata capital @9.25% with best facilities (Customer services).

                          Hi,

                          This month, my ecs got bounced due to insufficient fund. There wqs an issue with transfer from my other bank so it was delayed. I got a call from the collection agent yesterday and he was supposed to collect the payment yesterday. My ecs amount is ₹3519 but i was asked to pay ₹450 extra. When asked for a reason, i was told its esc bounce charges. Are you guys kidding. ₹450 for bounce when alread the bank has charged me for the bounce which was ₹58. Later i checked the tatafinance website and learned that i had to pay my ecs amount with an additional ₹78 for late charges. I asked the collector to check and find out. This time he comes up with a reason is check bounce. Is a person like me crazy to believe this. If so please produce a proof and i need a reason why a huge amount to be paid for bounce.                               Even though RBI reduced the home loan, TATA capital housing finance ltd (TCHFL) is not changing the rate of interest for the floating rate customers. If RBI increased the interest rate, it will be reflected immediately. To reduce the rate, TCHFL customer care and banking people are asking the money as a processiing fee to reduce the interest. What is the meaning of floating interest in this sense?

                              By considering this fact, I wanted to switch the back with takeover option (move to other bank). Then, TCHFL asking 5% preclosure/takeover fee. Even preclosure, why should I pay 5%? As per RBI rule, banks will not be permitted to charge foreclosure charges/pre-payment penalties on home loans on floating interest rate basis, with immediate effect.                               From day one, I requested the list of collected documents for the home loan. Till today, they have not given any hard copy or mailing from TCHFL.
                              In this sense, ICICI kind of banks are more professional.

                              Rathan Tata tells so many stories about ethics. What kind of ethics they are implementing inside their own organisations?!!

                              Avoid this kind of cheating banking sectors. RBI should monitor and give grades for the transparency of each bank.

                                Hi had requested to block my credit card and reissue and it was around 2 weeks ago. Card has been hotlisted but till now I've not revived any confirmation abt my new card. Sent an email twice to customer service team a week ago but no reply till now. What's pathetic service. Plz close my account completely I don't want card anymore now. My wife called customer service team and they gave [protected] number saying its an international number but when I called it says number not in service. Your team is only not aware about the process.

                                    I contacted tata capital for a topup loan and upendra tiwari contacted me and he explained about the process and also the interest rate as i informed him that i am a old customer and i had got the option for getting the topup loan and he informed that he will be able to get that done by 9.6 %

                                    Then he came to office and collected all my documents and he informed that he needs the processing fees of 5700 as i work for esteemed company

                                    Its unetical and i want to know if i would work for any company why is that they are asking for processing fees when i am already a customer of tata capital.

                                    I went ahead and spoke to sachin who informed that please dont provide the cheque and we will process as you are already a customer.

                                    That day in the evening upendra informed that the application is under process and we will get the loan sanctioned by monday / wednesday

                                    Hence i got a clear information so asked the bajaj people to cancel the process as i am getting the loan from tata capital only

                                    I had accepted the offer as upendra tiwari informed that the percentage or roi will be 9.6% hence i agreed else i would have closed the account by bank transfer to bajaj finance.

                                    I called him today and he informed that he is waiting for the letter to come to him and he informed that he will call me at evening

                                    I called him as i had started the house work as the water was leaking from terrace since the builder cheated us. And this was for renovation i had informed that i need 1.5l as i have 1 l

                                    Now you guys took that as a advantage and now asking me to pay 11.5 %
                                    I will take this to legal as the marketing guy gave me a wrong information and also informed me to go to bajaj finance as he cannot do anything now

                                    Now tata capital has to look into this else will go on legal...

                                    Now your person informs me that he can process the amount at 11.5 % which was not at all communicated to me

                                    He asking me to go to bajaj and may i know how dare he asking me to go back to that bank which i rejected the offer first

                                    He took all my documents and signature as well

                                    I had signed all across the tata capital home loan application form and now tata capital are not holding their tongue.

                                    I will take this to legal as giving me all wrong information and asking me to sign on all documents before giving me the right information, asking me to provide all my sensitive documents for no use, wasting my 5 days period

                                    I would go to court and settle this matter and penalize for the mistake done by marketing team of tata capital.

                                    Worst bank in the world may be TATA CAPITAL HOUSING FINANCE Ltd as per my personal experience too.
                                    No ethics. They attract with high competitive interest rates before you are a customer. Once in as a member, gone case. They will ask so many fees. no reduction of interest rates even though RBI reduced the rates. They are in their own banking rules.

                                      I am D.Deshakumar my Tatacapital Loan No.[protected] my ECS date is every 9th of month i had my sufficient fund till date but i got a message that my Ecs has been bounced i was so upset depressed i paid 5 years ECS in kotak there is no single bounce but i am so upset with Tatacapital and i am so much worried about my BOUNCE wheni hav excess fund..

                                      I want Tatacaoital to do something for my Goodwill i want this to be explained and please help me in my CIBIL SCORE...I am a self employee i depend on my CIBIL SCORE so please help and do something and save me...

                                      I attached my statement from 1st april till date...Please do check and try to protect my CIBIL SCORE...

                                      I even paid my ECS online just now and i will attached that copy too...

                                      i called Tata capital customer care yesterday but that girl never solved my problem and she does not understand english...

                                      Tata capital Ekaduthangal Branch(chennai) gave me a no.[protected] in which that person never picked my call even 1s...i called 27 times

                                        My car loan closure ticket id is 1834387, and my loan account number is [protected], its more than 7 days i have requested for immediate loan closure, they havent provided any information and when raised this concern, still one more week will be taken by the department for foreclosure letter, thats injustice, as i will be paying extra emi with interest, why should i suffer? Why it take more than 2 weeks for foreclosure? Poorest customer service, will never come back to them ever in my life.
