Hello

I am receiving too many unsolicited calls regularly from Tata Capital. I have requested the callers again and again to remove my number from their call list and add me to DND but still the calls dont stop. I am tired of answering these calls, sometimes 2 to 3 everyday. Please take some action so these calls can stop

    I have purchased honda shine 2021 model in tata capital finance in keerthi Honda showroom in 2022 by tata capital finance my monthly emi is rs 2798 but i paid full amount rs 68, 621 in 10 june 2022 but till my NOC will not issued i will ask NOC in tata capital office in bangalore but that staffs will block my mobile number they will not response my messages kindly take action against that staffs and that company and kindly issue my NOC

      Receiving too many not-asked-for calls

      Dear Sir(s),

      I want to bring this to your notice that lately, I have been receiving too many unsolicited calls on your behalf (TATA Capital). And by too many, I mean too many calls. I just got 5 calls since the morning and it's just 3 PM. I am too frustrated by this behaviour.

      I am not in need of any loan, any offers, nothing. If I will need something, I will let you know surely, but NOT now. I have already...

      We applied loan on 30th April and we sign e-mandate on the same day. We were told loan will be disbursed on the same day. Loan was not disbursed even after 3 days and agent stopped replying as well. We called customer care and they replied loan has been rejected and today we got call for EMI. This is first time you do not get loan and still company asking for EMI. Looking foe legal options now as this looks a big scam by tata capital. This is not expected from a company who used Tata logo

        I complaint about my loan laye disbursement no one reply me with properly i need urgent money thats why i applied for it but you guys can't understand someone situations if you want to give me loan please disbursed as soon as possible if you don't want to give me loan please reject as soon as possible

            I have done all the process, even e mandate and their agent told me that just after completing process disbursement will happen whitin 24 hours but its day 3 and still tracking shows post approval data entry.

                  I already get loan approval mail with attached documents of KFSDOCPLD, counter signed doc and application form from tata capital. They are promised me that money will transfer within 24hrs. But it’s already more than 6 days now. Until now no response from customer care and already send complaint mail with attached all references to [protected]@tatacapital.com. No reply ☹️

                        To the Consumer Forum,

                        I am writing to register a formal complaint against Tata Capital for fraudulent activity. Tata Capital has opened a personal loan in my name under the guise of insurance against my property loan without my knowledge or consent.

                        I had approached Tata Capital for a property loan, and after completing all the necessary documentation, I received confirmation that the loan was approved. However, I got to know I had been approved for a personal loan as well.

                        I was shocked to learn of this loan as I had never applied for a personal loan with Tata Capital. Upon further investigation, I discovered that Tata Capital had opened this loan under the pretense of insurance against my property loan without my knowledge or consent.

                        This act by Tata Capital is a clear violation of my rights as a consumer, and I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. I request that Tata Capital cancels the personal loan and provide a full refund of any payments made towards it.

                        Furthermore, I request that Tata Capital takes immediate action to prevent such fraudulent activities in the future and implement better protocols to safeguard their customers' personal and financial information.

                        I urge the Consumer Forum to take prompt and appropriate action against Tata Capital for this fraudulent activity and ensure that justice is served.

                        My Home Loan Account No. TCHHL[protected] INR 600000 EMI amount : 3861/-
                        Personal Loan against property: TCHIN[protected] INR 22135/- EMI amount INR 498/-
                        Insurance details: TATA AIG [protected] amounting to INR 11, 257/-

                          I submitted an application for personal loan on 1/4/2023 and the excecutive told that the amount will be credited in 24 hours now 2 days passed no response and amount was not credited we applied for loan on our urgent basis this is so pathetic showing like this

                            I am writing this complain with reference to my pre-approved Personal Loan. I had applied for the loan on 27TH of March 2023 and on the same day document verification was completed, and I was assured that the amount would be disbursed within 24-48hrs, but the amount is still not disbursed, and the status shows under Processing. While I tried to contact with Tata capital via social media and mail I get only one answer its with credit approval team will update you shortly. I don't know whether it would be credited or not . Really disappointing service by Tata capital

                              Hi support i am here complaining against that frequently getting sms from TATACD regarding sbi card rejection while i never applied from here or if i have applied somehow maybe for once but still every month i am getting rejection sms and mail both kindly stop this .

                              Who is applying application while i have not please look into this and stop sending sms and stop applying on my behalf .please take the action against this...

                                Frequently sending sms

                                I am complaining against TATACD here i am getting frequently sms regarding card rejection from sbi but i never applied from here still getiing card rejection sms every month frequently kindly look into this and resolve the issue...

I had applied for the loan on 5th of March 2023 and by last week all the document verification was completed, and I was assured that the amount would be disbursed within 24-48hrs, but the amount is still not disbursed, and the status shows under Processing. Even the executive came to my home for verification still no update . Its like begging against someone for the money for which I have to pay interest . Really disappointing service by Tata capital
