To the Consumer Forum,
I am writing to register a formal complaint against Tata Capital for fraudulent activity. Tata Capital has opened a personal loan in my name under the guise of insurance against my property loan without my knowledge or consent.
I had approached Tata Capital for a property loan, and after completing all the necessary documentation, I received confirmation that the loan was approved. However, I got to know I had been approved for a personal loan as well.
I was shocked to learn of this loan as I had never applied for a personal loan with Tata Capital. Upon further investigation, I discovered that Tata Capital had opened this loan under the pretense of insurance against my property loan without my knowledge or consent.
This act by Tata Capital is a clear violation of my rights as a consumer, and I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. I request that Tata Capital cancels the personal loan and provide a full refund of any payments made towards it.
Furthermore, I request that Tata Capital takes immediate action to prevent such fraudulent activities in the future and implement better protocols to safeguard their customers' personal and financial information.
I urge the Consumer Forum to take prompt and appropriate action against Tata Capital for this fraudulent activity and ensure that justice is served.
