I am getting calls for loan from Tata Capital every day 4 to 5 times from last 2 years despite setting DND. Please block my number [protected] from database and let me live peacefully.

I was informed by the executive that it will take 72 hours for loan approval and disbursement
However there is no update only I am able to see status as post approval data entry
I have also emailed the concern team

I booked a Commercial Studio Apartment at Imperia Elvedor Sector 37C Gurgaon in May 2012.
Flat: Elvedor A-901

I have paid total more than INR 40, 00, 000/- so far.

I availed loan of 25, 00, 000 from Tata Capital Housing Finance in October 2014 and Loan Account No. is[protected].
Out of which 18, 00, 000 has been disbursed and have paid more than 30, 00, 000 to Tata Capital ( including principal and interest)

There is no update on the consturction status.
MD is not reachable nor their employee Abhimanyu.

TATA CAPITAL AND IMPERIA STRUCTURES ARE BOTH IN NEXUS AND LOOTING RETAIL CONSUMERS.
CONSUMER TRUST BANKs and NBFCs, which availing the loan that proper due diligence has been done by these parties of respective builders.

So, when builder has failed to deliver the flat since May 2012, NBFCs like Tata Capital should also be held RESPONSIBLE.

My humble request to fellow consumers, PLEASE DONT AVAIL LOAN FROM TATA CAPITAL.

Please help me to seek REFUND.

My mobile number is registered in DND but still tata capital kept on calling daily many times. I have loan and closed it 5 yrs but still getting calls till date. I make no intrest in taking loan with them as they have no integrity and they charged extra during closing time and when I pointed out as per terms and conditions in their website, they immediately changed it.

How to make them stop from calling me?

I wish to put on record a complaint about receiving calls very often from Tata Capital on my mobile

I had applied for personal loan on 5th Feb 2024 and still it's showing Post approval data entry level at status.
I had marked 5-6 mails to customer care but they aren't responding at all.
I had tried customer care call centre contacts they are also not able to respond properly.
I am existing customer of TATA, earlier they are providing prompt responce but now a days they are getting lethargic approach.

This very shameful for brand like TATA. I will surely not recommend to any of my friends to go for any product of TATA in future.

My Loan was approved, but still it was not disbursed and also am not able to reach them on any given contact numbers. I should not have trusted Tata Capital on this.

With reference to the complaint subject I would like to add that a pre approved personal loan offer has been generated by tata capital towards me and I have been applied for the same on 1st of Feb'2024 and also completed all the verification process (like, kyc verification, e-mandate as well). But from last 2days the executives are only mentioning that loan will be disburse soon as you have completed all the process, but no response received from the credit team. As the e-mandate has been done so I am little worried about the loan process. After writing 2/3 mails to customer care of Tata capital no further response has been received, they also mentioning it required more time and all but as per the executives the loan amount will credit within 48hrs. Kindly, do the needful at the earliest and help me to know the stage of the application as well as disbursement of the loan amount.

Marketing executives keep calling from so many different numbers multiple time throughout day, odd hours and even on holidays.

I am writing this complain with reference to my personal loan application I had applied for the loan and by last week all the document verification was completed and I was assured that the amount would be disbursed, but the amount is still not disbursed and despite calling and texting several times I am not getting any status update on my application. Every time the executive says it will be disbursed today where as the status shows amount disbursed since last few days.
This is a crazy & unethical behavior from your employees, what wrong will happen if you give status update to your customers. I was waiting with a hope that the loan amount will be credited in my account as promised but till now the amount is not credited and my phone calls & messages are being ignored. I am even not able to call the customer care number provided in your website because every time I try to call that number I get a message that my number is not registered with Tata Capital for any loan service. I feel like I have been cheated upon. Its been almost a month if you people don't want to give loans then why do you advertise & promote your services during festival time. Is it some kind of joke for you people to play with people's sentiments, because the loan was approved in Tata Capital and they promised me that the loan will be disbursed before didn't apply for loan in other banks.
I request for a transparency in status update and quick disbursal for my loan amount as promised.

I have been receiving too many calls from Tata Capital. I have also asked not to call me again twice in the call.

This kind of harassment is not expected from a Tata group company. Please add my number (+91-[protected]) to your DND list right away.

Hey kuldeep Kumar Singh this side. Recently I have applied for a personal loan from tata capital. Money has been disbursed by tata capital on 04/01/2024 but credited into my account. And before this mail I have sent several mails for this issue. Yesterday I had received a call from tata capital and he told me that your disbursal failed due to some technical issues and we need your cancelled cheque. Afterward I have provided him a cancelled cheque. Now again it's been 9 days but I do not receive any money regarding my loan amount. My loan account number is TCFPL[protected].

Hy recently I applied a personal loan from tata capital and after it was showing that loan amount is approved and disbursed on 04/01/2024 but I have not received any amount till now it's been 3 days. My loan account number is TCFPL[protected].
Please do appropriate action and resolve my issue.

I have applied personal loan on 26/12/2023 next day I did my kyc and e manadate they said the loan will be disbursed by 27/12/2023 but amount has not been credited.On 28th I got a call they said me do kyc and mandate again.but still the status is showing post approval data entry.i have written mails and contacted customer care it tells that number not registered.i don’t know what to do more.on 29 I visited Tata capital office they said will received on disbursal stage told me to wait till 8.00pm
but today 30th still money is not received.

I have taken loan from Tata capital 2022.. and I have paid mai all instalment on time ..but from last 3 to 4 month I have gone in Financial problem ..due to hospitalized/Job less/ Financial problems...I am a full on financial pressure...I have requested from tata capital for help in giving some time or extand my loan tenure by going there office and also requested on mail ..but no one can helped me ..and collection department continued harrassing me for EMI .. continue visit my home .please help me I am in a cretical situation ..this is my humble Request.
