I submitted an application for personal loan on 1/4/2023 and the excecutive told that the amount will be credited in 24 hours now 2 days passed no response and amount was not credited we applied for loan on our urgent basis this is so pathetic showing like this

    I am writing this complain with reference to my pre-approved Personal Loan. I had applied for the loan on 27TH of March 2023 and on the same day document verification was completed, and I was assured that the amount would be disbursed within 24-48hrs, but the amount is still not disbursed, and the status shows under Processing. While I tried to contact with Tata capital via social media and mail I get only one answer its with credit approval team will update you shortly. I don't know whether it would be credited or not . Really disappointing service by Tata capital

      Hi support i am here complaining against that frequently getting sms from TATACD regarding sbi card rejection while i never applied from here or if i have applied somehow maybe for once but still every month i am getting rejection sms and mail both kindly stop this .

      Who is applying application while i have not please look into this and stop sending sms and stop applying on my behalf .please take the action against this...

        Frequently sending sms

        I am complaining against TATACD here i am getting frequently sms regarding card rejection from sbi but i never applied from here still getiing card rejection sms every month frequently kindly look into this and resolve the issue...

        I am writing this complain with reference to my pre-approved Personal Loan. I had applied for the loan on 5th of March 2023 and by last week all the document verification was completed, and I was assured that the amount would be disbursed within 24-48hrs, but the amount is still not disbursed, and the status shows under Processing. Even the executive came to my home for verification still no update . Its like begging against someone for the money for which I have to pay interest . Really disappointing service by Tata capital

          Dear team,

          I received call from one your executive saying that I have a pre approved personal loan / took my kyc as well as 6 months banking /

          After that they completed e- mandate and told me funds will be in my account in 24 hours . But till now not received and customer service people don’t have any idea about that and simply giving template answers like wait for 24 hours .

          Pathetic part is, application is displaying my next emi date as 05 April 2023/

          Now do I need to start paying emi amount for which the loan is not yet disbursed

            My EMI due date was on March 5th and they have not deducted amount from my account 4601/- .I proactively paid the EMI amount that too with interest 5060/-.                 On[protected] I was told that I am being provided with a pre-approved loan, and the representative asked me to complete formalities including e-mandate and e-sign. Got the confirmation email that it will be disbursed shortly with some internal approvals. They mentioned since it was Saturday it will take 24hours for the loan to be disbursed. 2 days now[protected], it shows the loan is cancelled. Without any intimation.

                  It's been a month since I applied for a personal loan at tata capital, first they mentioned that it's approved and the process takes upto 14 days. I did mention about my last experience and finally they ditched me stating that the offer was expired. The executive convinced me saying that this time such a thing would not happen. But this time again my application has been kept as post entry data approval.
                  I am tired of calling the customer care to get the same repetitive answer. If they transfer your call to sales department the call is kept on hold for 30 mins and then it is automatically disconnected. I must have lost hundreds of rupees just calling the customer care now. Their applications just bring down our credit score nothing else. There is no proper resolution or answers e even after mailing the customer care. I seriously think it's high time tata capital buckle up on their customer service. I am definately not trusting them or their services anymore. Next time I get a call for a pre approved loan from them I am sure to give them an earful.

                  I haven't recieved any response from the team and interestingly, now my calls are not being connected to the customer care. What an irresponsible behavior. Such unprofessional behavior with your customers is highly unprofessional and unethical. Due to you guys now I won't be able to apply for loan elsewhere. Thank you for ruining my credit score.

                        I ordered Bond Street by Red Tape Men's Stucco Running Shoes (Product) on 26th January, 2023. The payment was UPI. I was supposed to receive the product by January 31, 2023, but I haven't received it by the delivery date listed on the website, which was also January 31, 2023. So, on February 1st, 2023, I raised a concern/ticket on their platform, and they told me to wait 3 days before checking the complaint. My complaint was resolved on February 3rd, 2023, stating that the order was cancelled by tatacliq (platform) without my knowledge, and they didn't even update the order status until I raised a complaint. It has been 22 days since I placed my order and I haven't received refund nor product and they are just delaying the refund. I want my refund as soon as possible and appropriate compensation for the time wasted in the overall process, which has been 22 days since I placed the order. I am also attaching all possible screenshots for your better understanding.

                              This to bring to your attention that I had ordered 4 jackets from Tata Neu application on 08th Jan, 2023. Order No.[protected]Woodland Wine Quilted Jacket (₹4, 535), Woodland Dark Green Quilted Jacket (₹4, 251), Woodland Wine Quilted Jacket (₹3, 968) and Woodland Black Quilted Jacket (₹4, 535))

                              I have received 3 products (Woodland Wine Quilted Jacket (₹4, 535), Woodland Dark Green Quilted Jacket (₹4, 251), Woodland Wine Quilted Jacket (₹3, 968)) on 14th Jan, 2023. However, when I had received the products, I was shocked to see that 2 products (Woodland Wine Quilted Jacket (₹4, 535), Woodland Dark Green Quilted Jacket (₹4, 251)) were totally different from what I had ordered.(attached are pictures for your reference). The products that I had received were sweatshirts, which I believe is used by someone because it had a lot of stains and did not have any tag attached to it. Hence, I had immediately raised a return request for jackets. I have kept the 3rd jacket with me, since I have received what I had ordered. The return request was raised on 14th Jan itself, however the person from XpressBees did not return my products since it did not match the picture. As mentioned earlier, I did not receive any tags on these products since these are used products of someone else, and I had told to the same to the person from XpressBees. However, he denied returning my product and told me that Tata Cliq needs to inform XpressBees about this, only then he'll return the product.

                              I have been in continuous touch with the customer care executive and have been explaining from day 1 that the products that I have received are used products and are not the ones that I have ordered.

                              For your reference, I have added images of the products that I had received. For your information, one of the sweatshirt that I had received is of some student from St. John Convent School, Jaipur (blue) and the other black pull over does not have any brand tag. In the front it says 'Be the real you re-generation'. Hoping this description is enough for your investigation.

                              It has been highly disappointing and poor management from Tata Cliq where they are not able to understand the issue that the customer is facing since the product delivery. Everytime, a new representative calls me and I have to present the whole issue again. No action has been taken yet on my issue and I am now getting frustrated with the kind of customer service that I have been facing from such a reputed organisation.

                              The products that I had ordered are worth Rs. 8000+, which is a very high amount. Unfortunately, the way the customer has been treated by the customer care representative is very repulsive. Instead, the customer is been blamed for not taking the video of the unpacking process, when I had received the product.

                              Hence, I would request you to kindly look into this matter personally with immediate effect as this is hampering our daily life activities, dealing with this issue. Below is the email chain that I have been discussing with the customer care representative with attached images. I have added few more images, as requested for better investigation.

                                  Hi have applied for the loan and all the emandate has been done on 20th Jan 2021 contact person Roop told me it will be disbursed in 1 day as all the process has been done but it been more than a week and there is no proper response and if I check on Tata website it is in post approval data entry why if you don't want to provide loan then why give hope.
