Frequently sending sms

I am complaining against TATACD here i am getting frequently sms regarding card rejection from sbi but i never applied from here still getiing card rejection sms every month frequently kindly look into this and resolve the issue...

I am writing this complain with reference to my pre-approved Personal Loan. I had applied for the loan on 5th of March 2023 and by last week all the document verification was completed, and I was assured that the amount would be disbursed within 24-48hrs, but the amount is still not disbursed, and the status shows under Processing. While I tried to contact with Tata capital via social media and mail I get only one answer its with credit approval team will update you shortly. I don't know whether it would be credited or not . Even the executive came to my home for verification still no update . Its like begging against someone for the money for which I have to pay interest . Really disappointing service by Tata capital

    Personal loan / e-mandate completed

    Dear team,

    I received call from one your executive saying that I have a pre approved personal loan / took my kyc as well as 6 months banking /

    After that they completed e- mandate and told me funds will be in my account in 24 hours . But till now not received and customer service people don’t have any idea about that and simply giving template answers like wait for 24 hours .

    Pathetic part...

    Hi Team,
    My EMI due date was on March 5th and they have not deducted amount from my account 4601/- .I proactively paid the EMI amount that too with interest 5060/-. They have deducted the amount on March 9th . Could you please initiate the refund .Attached the screenshot for the same.Could you please look in to it .

      My two wheeler loan is with tata capital and the loan account number is (TCFTW[protected]) on 8th march i paid my over due emi 4254 through paytm and now today on 9th march 3084 emi has been deducted again i want my money now i need it.

        Loan amount not Disbursed after e-mandate and e-agreement sign

        On[protected] I was told that I am being provided with a pre-approved loan, and the representative asked me to complete formalities including e-mandate and e-sign. Got the confirmation email that it will be disbursed shortly with some internal approvals. They mentioned since it was Saturday it will take 24hours for the loan to be disbursed. 2 days now[protected], it shows the loan is cancelled. Without any intimation.

          It's been a month since I applied for a personal loan at tata capital, first they mentioned that it's approved and the process takes upto 14 days. I did mention about my last experience and finally they ditched me stating that the offer was expired. The executive convinced me saying that this time such a thing would not happen. But this time again my application has been kept as post entry data approval.
          I am tired of calling the customer care to get the same repetitive answer. If they transfer your call to sales department the call is kept on hold for 30 mins and then it is automatically disconnected. I must have lost hundreds of rupees just calling the customer care now. Their applications just bring down our credit score nothing else. There is no proper resolution or answers e even after mailing the customer care. I seriously think it's high time tata capital buckle up on their customer service. I am definately not trusting them or their services anymore. Next time I get a call for a pre approved loan from them I am sure to give them an earful.

          I haven't recieved any response from the team and interestingly, now my calls are not being connected to the customer care. What an irresponsible behavior. Such unprofessional behavior with your customers is highly unprofessional and unethical. Due to you guys now I won't be able to apply for loan elsewhere. Thank you for ruining my credit score.

                I ordered Bond Street by Red Tape Men's Stucco Running Shoes (Product) on 26th January, 2023. The payment was UPI. I was supposed to receive the product by January 31, 2023, but I haven't received it by the delivery date listed on the website, which was also January 31, 2023. So, on February 1st, 2023, I raised a concern/ticket on their platform, and they told me to wait 3 days before checking the complaint. My complaint was resolved on February 3rd, 2023, stating that the order was cancelled by tatacliq (platform) without my knowledge, and they didn't even update the order status until I raised a complaint. It has been 22 days since I placed my order and I haven't received refund nor product and they are just delaying the refund. I want my refund as soon as possible and appropriate compensation for the time wasted in the overall process, which has been 22 days since I placed the order. I am also attaching all possible screenshots for your better understanding.

                      Hi have applied for the loan and all the emandate has been done on 20th Jan 2021 contact person Roop told me it will be disbursed in 1 day as all the process has been done but it been more than a week and there is no proper response and if I check on Tata website it is in post approval data entry why if you don't want to provide loan then why give hope.

                        I have ordered adiko systems chair on 16th january 2023, but wrong item came to delivery on 21st january 2023.                           I have applied for loan on 4th jan2022 through tata customer care executive application ID is[protected] but today more than 3 week no response from customer care executives side as on no. [protected] they message me this no. Is not registered with us but on status post approval data entry, I am in trouble because urgent need for money.

                            I have applied for the personal loan on 3rd January. But from last 10 days, loan application status is showing pending at post approval data entry.
                            On 17th January i got a mail that your loan is approved and confirm by clicking on acknowledgement.
                            I done everything but now 3 days has gone i did not got any money.
                            All verification done very urgently. But approval is like a tortoise.
                            Please check it and clear my pending loan asap.
