    I am trying to reach customer care of tata sbi card from past 5 months but i didn't received any proper information about card
    they issued my card but physical delivery of my card they don't provide
    just want to cancel the card
    even i received sms regarding bill payments
    abhi takkk card mujee mila he nahe hay aur ye lokk muje payment karneko bol rahe hay . bad customer service

      I ordered a bag on Tata cliq 's black friday sale .The price was 50%off .they automatically cancelled the order 5 days after placing the order on the website saying it is out of stock but it is still on the website and is in stock .But now the price has become double of what I bought .They waited for 5 days to cancel the order after the sale ended .
      And didn't even have the decency to inform before hand .They could have atleast cancelled DURING the sale so that I could buy from some other place .

      And now when I checked the website, they have item on store and the price have increased by Rs. ***/- and the new price is Rs. ***/-.

        I have a worst experience with Tata Capital. I have taken a loan against property from Tata Capital. After 3 years, I opted to foreclose the loan but Tata Capital executives have cosses the limit of harrassment. Tata Capital only want to earn interests on the loan but they does not want to maintain relations with the customers.

          Personal Loan fraud in the name of Tata Capital

          Hi,

          I would like to bring your attention towards the fraud going on by few of the fraudsters in the name of Tata Capital.

          On 22-Nov-2022, I received a call from so called Mr. Gopal Gupta (Mob [protected]), mentioning as employee of Tata Capital with id card no. TATA CAPITAL/FNC/891569.

          He said my loan application to Tata Capital was not processed due to not proper credit score, for need to audit...

          So on Oct 6th, Tata Cliq initiated a refund for order id:[protected]. The original payment method was cash on delivery and for refund I gave my Federal bank account details.

          Since i did not get a refund, i raiseda complaint and the response i got was reference number[protected] and also a statement saying that if I don't receive the refund within 3-4 business days, i should raise a chargeback request and dispute the transaction as the refund not processed.

          The bank will then follow up with the payment processor to locate the refund.

          So I called Fed bank to rasie a chargeback request on 18th Nov and they asked me to give a call back on monday.

          Today i called them back and they are telling me no refund has been intiated. In order to raise a charge back request, they need some proof of refund (apart from the reference number as that is apparently useless). Idk what they did on Friday and how they came to the conclusion that refund has not been received to the bank but anyway, I called TataCliq and asked for some proof and all they have is the reference number. Cannot give any more information as everything was handled by the finance teams.

            Have approached customer service on 10th November 2022 for reducing interest rate compare to market rate offered by leading financial institution. On 11.11.2022 have received response from the currently request could not consider since only 6 months only completed from the date of disbursement. Also first one year consider as locking period their is no possibility of foreclosure. Suddenly yesterday have received payment link and foreclosure agreement with high interest. Could not understand and lost reputation with TATA CAPITAL which was having past one decade.
            Now very much panic their could be additional hindrance charges may levied against me which may create conflict in near future

                  My loan EMI was deducted from my account on the regular date. Next day I received a call from Tata Capital that it was not deposited and that I have to pay the same through UPI. They requested extra money also. I immediately transferred the amount requested through UPI.

                  After a couple of days when I checked my bank account, I got to know that the same EMI has been paid TWICE to TATA CAPITAL!! with EXTRA CHARGES without my fault. And as a result, my HOME LOAN EMI has been BOUNCED due to this!!

                  I now demand my extra paid EMI along with extra charges back immediately. I can also show my bank statement for the proof.

                    Daily Calls from Tata Capital even on numbers on DND

                    Hi Team,

                    This is to report that Tata Capital continues to call me for personal loans and credit cards even though my number is on the National Do Not Call for more than around 5 years now.
                    They claim that their DND list does not have my number and their website does not give an option to register the numbers on their DND list.

                          I am not sure why this Post approval data entry comes after green in loan application. System of approval in Tata capital is not properly . All verification done very urgently. But approval is like a tortoise.

                            Dear Team

                            I, Jhuma Chatterjee having Personal Loan with you & last 2 years I am paying regular payment but due to some unavoidable circumstances I left my job & doing freelancing. As per schedule my drop down has been started which is 25500 per month which unbearable for me at this moment. Kindly restructure my EMI amount whithin 16K. I will be able to pay that much of EMI Amount every month.

                            This is my request to you kindly look into this matter as soon as possible because next month EMI will star & not be able to pay. Then my CIBIL will be effected.
