Tata Capital — Cheating me

My name is minu pania and used to hold the personal loan with you guys
And i have a serious compliant with you guys.

I took loan from tata in february 2019 and my emi started from april
2019. Let me educate you here. This was first and will be my last time
With you guys.

There were some issues with the bank and i have had multiple emails
Exchanged with you guys. I logged complaints saying there was a fraud
On the account and i had put a stop on the account. I got abusive
Calls call centre asking to make payments and sometimes some creepy
People walking up my doorstep threatening my family even after making
Payment because, your collection team is fraud (This happened twice).

This is an harassment. I want an apology from them now. I let it go then….

I have been making payments since august 31, 2019. Here i started
Assuming that i have my payments going regularly. There was lot of
Miscommunication here let me remind you… this was my first time.

My ecs has nothing to do with my cheque book and fraud was educated to
Me by anup, who claimed to be your sales manager on 5th may 2020.

Recently after the lockdown, i get a call from a different collections
Guy and he says i am supposed to pay you for these entire months
Differed amount and some charges too. I was startled here. As per me i
Am differing to pay for 3 months only. Approx 32 or 39k.

Now you are quoting me to pay you for all these days even after paying
You every month. Also, your collections guy never asked me to pay late
Payment charges until now. This is because you wanted to cheat me?

I escalated this matter to your sales manager and my sales guy. It has
Been more than a week i have no answer and also i am questioned and
Asked to make payments.

Very important, my cibil is spoiled because your team member never
Educated me on this. Your team says we can’t do anything now… why?

I have been honest and have been making payments every month post my
Issues. Even now, i am chasing your team and others. Nobody is
Bothered.

Plus your team still has the audacity to call me and blame me itself
For their team faults. I waste my time always to write you guys… this
Time i want a sensible answer. No copy pate… this time i will escalate
This on serious note. I have been patient enough.

I am still been forged again and again. Nobody has contacted me and helped me here. They threaten me on not making the payments and will report me to cibil.
