Tata Capital — collection harassment

Hi all,

Wanted to raise a complaint about collection activity taken on my tata capital personal loan account and how ruthless and inhuman they are.. I have been paying tata capital personal loan emi for quite sometime however due to being jobless i am not able. To make the payment from.. Last 6months.. Whilst i do agree that i have to make the payment.. I am. Not receiving any support from. Any collection guy to. Come on a sutaibl plan.. I had requested to increase my tenure by 6 more months and revise my 6 emi which were due since i just a job on 13th of this month however they are not willing to do so.. Despite they know the fact that i am unable to make the payment they harass my mother by going to by residence. They are also aware that i don't live there and i gave them my home address too. Yet they still go. To my mother's address asking for money.. Moreover now they has also started calling my relatives and disclosing about my debts which is illegal cause they are disclosing my personal information to others without my authority and i want to take further action in this.. Whilst i do. Intent to make the payment but i cannot pay last 6 emi at one go.. Reschedule those 6 payment and increase my tenure by 6 months and i will be more than. Happy to repay the dues.. I am. Not against making the payment.. But i am definitely against the way you try to take the payment.
