1st time mujhe 1lac rupia muje manglia hai. Uske bad vi loan disbursement nhi korbahi hai, maine tata customer care mai call kia hu bohot bar, koy vi positive response nhi aya hai, uske bad online complain kia hu, uske 2 din bad muje call aya hai aur bola gaya hai k puja problem 2 dino mai solve kor diya jaega.. To processing chalane ki bahane mujar aur 55 thousand rupia (7500+35440+12500) lelia hai, aur tata capital ki approval later, forum etc sob kothai e hai.. Last mai gst k 388000/-rupia manga hai.. Mai tab samaj gaya hu k etna rupia q mangta hai.. Usne boli k ager up nhi denge to upka dd cancle ho jaye ga... Avi phone nhi utha raha hai... Esob hua hai sirf tata capital company k liye.. Aur uski har karmachario k liya.. Q k sob cheater hai aur cheater o ki sath mila hai.. Mera 1.5 lac rupia cheat korila hai tata capital walo ne.. Aur mujhe bohot bora problem mai fasa dia hai.. Mai kovi usko nhi chorunga.. Sob logogi pass mera nibedon hai k a fake company mai koyi vi karbar mat kore...

    I have due emi of rs 3812 against my loan account 20663747 and i had cardiac arrest in the month of october 2018 and i could not go to job as i was under medication. My salary has been held for the same reason.
    I had requested manager mohan kumar that i will pay the due along with late payment charges by december 15 2018. But i get a serious note by the same person that he will block my pan details so that my future financial services be helded. I am also getting harassment and hate speech conversation by his team mates. I have no other go rather than taking legal steps. My humble request to allow me till december 15th to make repayment and regularise the account without any further delay in repayments.

      I Sanction the Home loan 38 lk from tata capital on Jun 2017. To avail the PMAY against my loan 9993690, TATA charge 40, 000 extra.1 year left but did not received subsidy and also TATA does not given assessment/application id to track application. I follow up multiple time with TATA office in pune but they keep saying they dont have any details on the same.

        I have availed new car loan no [protected] and repaying the loan through ecs up to september 18 and in october 2018 emi was paid through receipt no. Pj 23555 dated 30/10/2018 along with cheque bounce charges. But your company has filed a case and issued summon as accused in secundrabad court. Please immediately response my query and clear the problem as soon as possible.

          We have planned to avail the home load from tata capital bhubaneswar and we were planning to buy a flat located in bangalore, before taking the homeloan tata capital agent (Satya +91 [protected]) has told that processing is faster and he will take care of everything, once the process has started they were delaying it for more than 2 weeks and even we tried to reach out to his manager susima (+91 [protected], bhubaneswar branch) he is not even receiving our call. Our house registration is cancelled because of their delay in process and we are in bhubaneswar, odisha location and we are buying plot in bangalore, karnataka location, to and fro flight tickets also we have booked but the tata capital agents are least bothered about it. Tata capital bhubaneswar agents don’t have proper communications with tata capital bangalore agents because of which process is delayed a lot. They are also charging processing fees.. Yesterday (24th november) was our registration scheduled and also we have informed them before 2 weeks (Around 8th november) because of tata capital we are facing issue and does want to further continue with them.

              I have been obtained the loan from tata capital on 21.11.2012 od rs. 25, 00, 000/- which was fully disbursed on same date, having loan account no as 3420568 (Fan no-601bl0000008) under product code as pl-business loan from nashik-1 branch. I have been attached statement of account of the said loan to with this complaint in the statement i have an outstanding amount of rs 75/- which is firstly a wrong amount they have charged to me without any intimation and without any default from my side. Still we had paid those charges in face of cash on 27.06.2016 the same amount is reflected in their statement which i have attached herewith.

              I want to make it clear that as per the statement they have already deducted all the dues pending including all charges which was due on me prior to 27.06.2016 from my tds amount which was receivable from tata capital, also balance tds amount was received by me from tata capital.

              Now coming back to my concern if i had already paid all the dues in timely manner then why there was a requirement of generating an outstanding of rs 75/- and also additional interest of rs 11, 159/-. All this have been inversely affected to my cibil report, which have led to my bad financial position. So for purpose of clearing my cibil i have paid all unjustified outstanding generated from you as rs 75/- and rs. 11, 159 which comes to total of rs.11, 234/-. I also demand an calculation of additional interest of rs.11, 159/- you have levied on me on outstanding of rs 75/-.

              Further my suffering was such huge that due to my bad cibil history due to you unjustified charges and unjustified outstanding i have to obtain the loan at higher rate of interest from other banks and financial institutions. I hereby demand all my unjustified outstanding which you have wrongfully taken from me including all additional interest paid to be refunded. I also demand and penalty from you as i have suffered alot because of your nonsense charges and interests. I demand an penalty of rs 10, 00, 000/- from you for your willful misbehavior regarding charges you have levied on me for the aforesaid loan.

                My name is moideen basha (Mobile: [protected]), one of your agent nisant in coimbatore colluded with one muthusamy, who is the manager of tata capital financial services ltd, office located at supraja towers, 2nd floor, r. S. Puram, coimbatore, tamilnadu, cheated me for their benefits. The fact is the said nisant approached me and assured that he give a second hand shift care with good condition on reasonable rate. I also accepted for it and he introduce the muthusamy and at their request i saw a car no. Tn38bp1397 maruthi shift (Silver colour) at the yard of tata capital at chinna vedapatti. Subsequently at the request of them i paid the amount of rs.3, 55, 030/- to tata capital finance services ltd through rtgs to hdfc account no.[protected] on[protected], apart from that i also paid rs.20, 000/- to the nisant and muthusamy as commission. Subsequently they told me that the car will be delivered within 2 days and will obtain within 15 days, then the car will be registered at my name.in these circumstances the car was never delivered. I contact the manager muthusamy, he told that the car was delivered to nisant all the receipts and challans are in the name of the nisant. After that i enquired about the same and i came to know that the car was betted by nisant in the auction in his name. The same was suppressed by them to me, and received the amount from me and delivered the car in the name of the nisant. This totally a fraud committed by both the agent nisant and the tata capital manager muthusamy. Now they trying to obtain noc from the company. Hence i request ot stpp to issue the noc for the car. If noc furnished i didn't recover my money. Kindly help me

                  Hi, i have ordered the fossil smartwatch through tata cliq app on 27 oct and the same was delivered to me on 29 oct. Upon receipt i found out that the watch was a defective piece and raised the return request same day. And the same was picked up from me on 30 oct. After 10 days of product return i am still struggling to get my money back from tata cliq. I have sent multiple emails and called them several times and unfortunately nobody is helping me to get my refund.in addition to that, i suspect the order which was sent is a possible fake product as the seal was broken and no scratch guards affixed to the watch
                  I have placed few orders in tata cliq however I have raised returns for them . now am tata cliq is taking more time to process my refunds and few are didn't processed I want a person from tatcliq contacting me for the orders below mentioned .

                      I placed this order on 21th october 2018. An ifb professional visited for installation & demo to find out this product was broken. It was not unpacked by us as per the instructions. I have been trying for more than 15 day now to get this returned and get a refund since replacement is not in the company policy. I have called more than 20 times, every time a new representative picks up and i have to start from scratch. I was advised to send pictures of the broken product on several different email ids csmanagement, hello, appliancesupport etc and absolutely nothing has been done about it.
                      I posted about this on twitter, their social media team got in touch only to still do nothing about it.
                      No body calls back, follows up or does anything about it. It's a dead end.
                      Money lost and so much time wasted behind all this.
                      Is this even a legit tata company or a fraud scamming so many customers?
                      I was ordered for Puma shoes 19th Nov 2018 and I have received product on given address but, which colour I was ordered it was totally different.
                      And also duplicate it was very disappointed experience through brand like Tata and also raised this issue on FB that executive not properly replied.

                            First of all the customer care executive is arrogant.
                            Secondly i ordered kent purifier from tata cliq and later i noticed that due to high tds level in water, its not suitable product for me.
                            So i raised return request and they denied to accept return request because only faulty products are return.
                            I'm using tata cliq mobile application, no where it's mentioned about tds level and returns can be accepted only for faulty products.
                            Please look into this issue

                              Refer above complaint i requested you to please go through this case and take serious action, i order Product from tata cliq dated 25th october 2018, and it suppose to be delivered on 31st October 2018 but till now no respond from them in term of when they are going to deliver the product, and when i said to the customer care to cancel this order then they are simply saying we can’t cancel as it is already on the way, but if it is already on the way then why still it has not been delivered. Please take a strict action against them and banned tata cliq. When i am also tried to contact to customer care they always use to say like we can understand your concerns and every time they use to say like today it will deliver or tomorrow it will deliver. I called them many time but they always use to say like this. I don’t know why but like TATA kind of company they are just making fool to the customer. If they are not able to run their business in term of TATA cliq then why they are trying to do so. Just close the business and seat back.

                                To start with let me state that it has not been a very pleasant experience this time shopping with tata cliq. I have mailed the customer team 7 days back and no one is having the courtesy to even respond to the customer or resolve the grievance.in times where e commerce portals are advertising about "no questions asked returns" we at tata cliq are denying to take back the product which has come to me and is of no use to me. After i received the email from tata cliq. I had recievevd an email from tata cliq on 24th oct 12:16 pm from email id [protected]@tatacliq.com.

                                The contents of the email are stated below:

                                Hello amit,

                                We have noted that you want to return product from your last order and have initiated a return request. Your product pick-up will be done in 2-3 working days.

                                Here’s what will happen:

                                Step 1: pick up from your address

                                1.

                                If you have purchased an electronic product, you will receive a call from our returns team within 24-48 hours, to troubleshoot the issue you are facing. A pick up will be arranged if the return is approved by our team.

                                2.

                                For non-electronics category, a pick will be arranged within 2 working days.

                                Please make sure all tags and labels are intact and manuals and original packaging should be returned as well.

                                Step 2: quality check

                                Once we have picked up your returns, we will conduct a quality check to make sure it meets our returns standards.

                                Since the email said that the return has been initiated and also that i would have received the call in 24 to 48 hours which is by 26th oct 12:16 pm. Since there was no call from the portal as per the tat and the email stated that return request initiated i had gone ahead and booked another printer which has a wifi in it.

                                The product is packed and kept as it was delivered since i read about the features on the box and then googled about the product. Since the printer was for my daughter who would give all prints thru mobile i needed a machine that could support wifi printing. I tried explaining the whole thing to the customer care executive who kept on saying that he understands my issue but is only responding as per company policy.

                                Again to reiterate that today every portal is striving hard to differentiate itself from the other and win a customer by providing best service since prices are the same on all the portals.in this kind of scenario getting such cold response after explaining my side of the issue and also telling that the product is in the same condition as delivered the only thing i have been told is company policy.

                                I would request someone to kindly understand my plight and get the refund initiated as this machine will be of no use and it would be an utter waste of money i do not get support from you all. Let me also say that in case there is any issue with the packaging or product your person can very well deny the return which is acceptable. As reiterated earlier the product is kept with the original seal and the box has not been touched as yet

                                  I am surojit kumar chakraborty form kolkata and also one of the victim of tata cliq fraud. After placing order for 3 nos of 01 ton ac, vide order no.[protected] dated 12.10.2018 &[protected] dated 13.10.2018
                                  After lot of f/up and telephone calls out of 3 ac only one ac was delivered on 23.10.2018 against order no.[protected] dated 12.10.2018.
                                  To my dismay another 02 ac's were pending again following up with them every day as their logistic partner gati was holding the items since 18.102018 & 25.102018 at their godown and not bothered to deliver.
                                  At last, after daily f/up gati came with 02 consignment one against order no[protected] dated 12.10.2018 which consists of one indoor & one out door but against order no.[protected] dated 13.10.2018. They brought 02 indoor units instead of one indoor & one outdoor. Same was shocking to me. While inquiry, gati said that's what they have received and came to deliver.
                                  I simply refused to accept two indoor units and asked them to return the same. Since then, i am following up with tata cliq every day. But none of them are giving any concrete answer or solution. No sr person is coming on phone.
                                  If anyone can guide us how to take up the matter legally. Please advice as we have prevent others from being cheated by tata cliq with their hard earned money.

                                    Refer above complaint i requested you to please go through this case and take serious action, i order oppo f9 pro from tata cliq dated 11 th october 2018, but till now no respond from them, neither they are deliver the product nor refund the same, please take a strict action against them and banned tata cliq. It's been one month customer care still saying we are forwarding this case to the concern team, within 2 days they will resolve the issue, but refund not done till date, if tomorrow will not get my refund I will go to court, for this reason I am even not able to book the same product from another e-commerce website also, please don't loot poor people money, God is watching everything, from my heart I am giving you curse your company will face a huge loss and will be banned soon.
