[Resolved] Tata Capital — company not providing facility to make foreclosure payment online | |||||
Hi, I raised following concerns: 1. Why did company raised a query with more than double the requested loan's amount to CIBIL. This has impacted my CIBIL score. 2. I asked them to provide online Foreclosure facility (case id[protected] TATA Capital is adamant and wants my physical presence for foreclosing Account. When they gave loan, I did not had to visit them. Hence, why should I visit them now? They do whatever suits their business best. Also they are off on weekends. I want either their executive to visit me free of cost and help with Account Foreclosure or otherwise provide me an online Payment Gateway Link. I am not going to visit them at any cost. THEY JUST WANT TO TROUBLE PEOPLE AND DO NOT WANT TO ALLOW SNYONE TO CLOSE THE LOAN ACCOUNT.
