[Resolved] Tata Capital — consumer durable loan - worst experience from tata capital cc department and nodal. | |||
Ref: consumer durable loan xxx363379 Hi, I purchased a mobile through tata capital loan on apr'19 (18 installments), on that time itself i told to the executive our salary dates every month 8th so i asked him to change the ecs date from 2nd to 10th of every month, he told me that you can change over it through customer care over by phone. After that i called the cc department to change my ecs date but they not ready to change, in this regard i send the mail to the cc department, i rec the message that as per rbi allowed only us 2nd only. But they attempting ecs to my account every month 4 times. But not ready to change the ecs date. Its really confusing me what is the procedure. All most 12 ecs completed. I have the following compliant to them, please resolve the problem. 1. Ecs date never change 2nd to any other date means, how they made attempts in my a/c 4 times in a month? 2. Tata collection agents collecting the money from us but they not issuing the bills, now i stopped and am making online payment. 3.in this regard i send the mail to tata capital customer care head, nodal officer, md too... Non of them not responding the mails. Instead of that they are doing the regular attempts.? In this atrocious act my sb a/c comes negative. My bankers had mentioned as negative list. 4. So many request to all to change my ecs and waiver of my overdue amount as well as repayment of cheque bounce charges no reply, no action. I total frustrated and mental agony. 5. Another one pathetic subject is now a days i marking mail cc to rbi too. But they are also in deep sleeping. 6.in this atrocious act my sibil totally damaged (440 points). 7. As mentioned in earlier now am doing the payment through online the receipt default narration shows that "overdue emi and late payment charges". Its not showing which month emi payment like that... They are doing there own convenient, not for customer benefit. The same i had applied consumer durable loan with idfc bank in the same period, basically i face the same problem, i made the request to them, they consider the waived of my over due amount and returned the cheque bounces charges too. But tata capital... In my present experience the worst service of tata capital customer care, nodal officer and their md also. No one have basic courtesy about their customers. They are think their customers are salves to them. Kindly inform to him what to do... One side they regularly attempting ecs to my a/c so that my a/c went negative.
