[Resolved] Tata Capital — ecs deduction issue | |||
I have been struggling with this issue for quite a while now. Earlier due to signature difference issue, ecs was not taken. I addressed that issue and rectified it. I resubmitted the ecs form again as tata capital requested. Still for last 5 months, i had to pay my emi through online banking as tata capital is failing to take the money. Their customer service claims that the issue is rectified and they have no problem processing the emi. They never take the ecs amount and eventually i have to pay the emi using their online payment portal. They charge me late charges as well and my cibil score also gets effected because of this.
