[Resolved]  Tata Capital — Emi over charged without a valid reason

Loan account no :TCHHL[protected] i have applied for take over hosuing loan from lichfl to tata capital in march 2022 but some documents were pending from my side but even though the sales agent abdul hameed and ganesh fro banjara hills branch had my cheque without my knowledge and kept with them only and on 25/04/2022 they closed my existing loan of lichfl an then released the payment n 03/05/2022 now they people are asking me to pay interest from march date were as I am liable to pay the same from 25/04/2022 oy, the excess 25days interest to be born by them only as their mistake firstly and secondly i need the compensation form them for mental harassments . i am now fed by complaining in tat capital customer care and head offices also but till today there is no resolution received .i need you to take the action immediately
