It is to kind notice that I've cleared all your full payments/ total dues of loan a/c [protected] against etios car no. PB02BM0056 by name of Mandeep Singh. I deposited last and full total amount of Rs. 27000/- for close my loan account on 17.03.2022. And company issue me Closure letter/NOC on 19.03.2022. I have NOC and zero outstanding loan statement. But the problem is that A person from Phar Ganj Police station, Central, Delhi visited my home on 18.06.2022 by 6:00 am with court's notice. It was case registered no. DLCT[protected]is still active in the court of Ms. Preeti Rajoria, Metropolitan Magistrate, Central, THC. It is request you to please withdraw your case immediately as it is like harassment and please inform me about withdrawal of case.

    Dear Sir,

    I am writing this mail after approaching all the levels of grievance redressal provided by TATA Capital Financial Services Ltd where no resolution has been suggested to me for the inconvenience caused to me due to the irresponsible actions of the staff of Tata Capital. I wish to say that I have been constantly facing harassment due to irresponsible actions of staff of TATA Capital Financial Services Ltd, as they had used their rights in wrongful manner causing me financial damages as described below:

    1. That I had applied for a personal loan from TCFSL (Tata Capital) through TATA NEU App, which was successfully granted to me on 9th April 2022 and the funds were credited to my Savings Bank account on 11th April 2022. - Copy of Loan Sanction/Welcome Letter attached.

    2. That thereafter I tried to transact an online financial transaction on 13th April 2022 on my ICICI savings bank account, which failed and I was not able to get through any online transaction. Due to which I contacted my bank branch where I was informed that the Tata Capital has requested the bank to mark Lien to my Savings Bank account and my account is Freezed.

    3. That after knowing this I requested my banker, ICICI bank, to provide me with written information about this so that I can get this issue resolved with TATA Capital. My banker had provided me with a copy of mails received from TATA Capital.- Copy of mail from Tata Capital to ICICI Bank instructing to assign Lien to my Savings A/c is attached for your reference.

    4. That after receiving the copy of mail, I wrote an email on 13th April 2022 to Mr. Dinesh Parkar @dinesh.[protected]@tatacapital.com and [protected]@tatacapital.com, explaining them that the request for Lien given by them to my banker is wrong and I requested them to withdraw their request as soon as possible, since I was in urgent need of funds.- Copy of mails attached.

    5. That after not receiving any response from Tata Capital I wrote follow up emails on 16th April, 19th April, 21st April, 25th April, 26th April, 27th April, 29 April, 3rd May, 5th May and 9th May 2022.

    6. That after all these e-mails I had received a First reply on 29th April 2022, wherein Tata Capital had asked for my PAN Card copy, which I had provided on mail itself. After that I had received a mail on 4th May 2022 having claimed that I possessed multiple PAN Cards therefore I had fraudulently taken this loan.- Copy of mail communication is attached.

    7. That on receiving such mail having allegation of Fraud, I responded back to TATA Capital having all of their escalation authorities in CC twice on that I do not possess multiple PAN Cards and if they have any information regarding the same then kindly provide the same to me so that I can also cancel them and will return the money back to Tata Capital. But no reasonable reply was received from Tata Capital.- Copy of mail communication is attached

    8. That in addition to this my another loan EMI from Bajaj Finance got bounced due to my Freezed bank account, and they have also charged dishonour charges to my loan account as well. Screenshots of EMI Dishonour are attached.

    9. That after all these mail communication I have been receiving constantly threatening phone calls from TATA Capital staff to return the money before the credit period and to pay interest on full principal amount, even when I had not been able to withdraw the full money due to the Lien assigned to my Savings Account. Screenshots of call logs and Messages received are also attached.

    10. That I have attached the Copy of all mail communications that took place between me and the staff of TATA Capital Financial Services Ltd, for your kind perusal and observations.

    I most respectfully request you to kindly take an appropriate action in this regard and issue necessary directives to Tata Capital to make good all the damages suffered by me and also to penalise them for their illegitimate deeds while mentally harassing a bonafide customer on wrong and fake grounds.

          The refund for the product I had ordered from Tatacliq app. I had ordered a shoes worth Rs. 974 on 19th June with order Id[protected], but I had return it because it's size is not fit to me which I had requested a return. Then I will take over the parcel to delivery guy at 25 june. I will get my 50 neucoin but my rest of amount that was about Rs. 924 is not refunded. And I am wait till 10 day. I'm raise complain many time but my refund is not refunded. So kindly take action on him and help me to get my refund

                I have a payment to be made to Tata capital.
                Due to personal issues, i could not make complete payment. But I made a part payment of 15000 and the rest i promised to pay on 30th.
                Still I am being harassed continuously on phone.

                  My self Anusree Dutta i got a call on my no [[protected]] . from ur representative mobile no ([protected]) on 3rd June for personal loan porpouse. He asked me to Send all my documents on their whats app number above mentioned. I forwarded all my documents to their WhatsApp no and they called me and told me that my loan got approved and I recieved an otp from Tata Capital. Same day they told me to pay the health insurance fee of Rs 12105 on account no Account Number - [protected] (3rd june 2022) and said that my loan amount will be credited in 2hrs.

                  But they were still unable to transfer any account and they told that they issued a cheque..

                    Home loan interest rates

                    With reference to my Home loan account- 9451148.

                    I have my existing home loan with Tata capital since 2015.
                    My home loan interest rate is 9.45% whereas several other banks are offering around 7 % interest even with the recent increase in repo rate.

                    When requested to reduce the interest rates they refused it.
                    Need to know the possible ways to reduce the interest rates....

                      I have applied for a home loan and it got approved but later I closed the loan, even in the tata capital customer capital portal, it mentions the loan closed but on June 5 EMI amount was debited. I informed the customer care multiple they said the complaint[protected] was raised and highlighted from their side. but nothing happened yet it was over 2 weeks REFUND WAS NOT RECEIVED yet, I don't know why TATA capital was doing this even though RBI says if a customer amount has been credited with the fail status it should be returned within 24hrs. if I miss my payment I will be charged with interest. wasn't they should pay me interest if they have my money. And through the money they debited, I would have made some investment and got some returns, Because of their mistake I'm losing money here.

                        I have applied for pre approved personal loan from TATA capital and all the documentation an all the formalities was completed from my end. But From last 12 days my personal loan application status is showing post approval data entry called lot of times to TATA capital customer care but the called never got connected to the customer care executive every time a pre recorder voice is saying that all our executive are busy . Every time when mailed them they ask more time to resolve the query They don't know how much time exact it will take. No one is giving any proper response. This is not expected from TATA group very poor service from TATA Capital. Please Do the needfull.

                            Your executive taken documents for OD processing and login my OD application without taking proper opinion from Credit manager on 26/5/2022 eventhough your executive knows my credit inquiries are more February & March .

                            Then how your executive taken documents for OD processing if your executive knows my credit inquiries are more February & March and how your executive login my OD application without any information. Because of your executive mistake why i have bear loss as inquiry in CIBIL report.

                            I told your executive i need OD through balance transfer of existing personal loans and credit card outstanding balances. But your executive not understand my requirement.

                              I have not seen such a worst company. Tata Cliq is the worst app of century. First sell products in sale to customers, they will order and never send products and they will cancel your every order. They will never send you the product you will order. It's a good app for making people fool. I am never gonna recommend to anyone this app. I want my orders to deliver by 11 June. If product is not in stock, then it's not our problem. Send our product otherwise i will take strict action.

                                I had processed to avail pre-approved loan from Tata Capital on 30th April 2022. All the document and processes were finished successfully from my side.

                                Today it is 6th June 2022 (more than one month) and still have not received any disbursal. Because of this I haven't even applied with other bank.

                                I've contacted customer care number, sent emails multiple times — they saying it is "Under disbursal". I also filed Level 2 complaint at their site. Yet no response.

                                I love Tata, has been its customer for years but this is quite frustrating. Please do the needful guys.

                                  From last 10 days my personal loan application status is showing documents submitted. Mailed lot of times to tata capital customer care but they replied telling post approval documents need to given based on which loan disbursal will be done. Their sales representative will give a call regarding it but yet no calls received .also customer care number cannot be connected.
