      I have a payment to be made to Tata capital.
      Due to personal issues, i could not make complete payment. But I made a part payment of 15000 and the rest i promised to pay on 30th.
      Still I am being harassed continuously on phone.

        Dear Tata Capital,
        My self Anusree Dutta i got a call on my no [[protected]] . from ur representative mobile no ([protected]) on 3rd June for personal loan porpouse. He asked me to Send all my documents on their whats app number above mentioned. I forwarded all my documents to their WhatsApp no and they called me and told me that my loan got approved and I recieved an otp from Tata Capital. Same day they told me to pay the health insurance fee of Rs 12105 on account no Account Number - [protected] (3rd june 2022) and said that my loan amount will be credited in 2hrs.

        6th june morning they called me and told that they will be unable to process my loan because my bank rejected it for two times and they asked me to pay Rs 18545 to link my account with RBI.. I paid Rs 18545 to link my account with RBI..on Account-tata capital

        But they were still unable to transfer any account and they told that they issued a cheque..
        Yesterday(24th june) their courier person called me from ([protected]) and told me to pay Rs 12545 for notary fees and said that he was on his way to deliver it me but waiting for the approval.

          Home loan interest rates

          With reference to my Home loan account- 9451148.

          I have my existing home loan with Tata capital since 2015.
          My home loan interest rate is 9.45% whereas several other banks are offering around 7 % interest even with the recent increase in repo rate.

          When requested to reduce the interest rates they refused it.
          Need to know the possible ways to reduce the interest rates....

            Emi over charged without a valid reason

            Loan account no :TCHHL[protected] i have applied for take over hosuing loan from lichfl to tata capital in march 2022 but some documents were pending from my side but even though the sales agent abdul hameed and ganesh fro banjara hills branch had my cheque without my knowledge and kept with them only and on 25/04/2022 they closed my existing loan of lichfl an then released the payment n 03/05/2022 now they people are asking me to pay...

            I have applied for a home loan and it got approved but later I closed the loan, even in the tata capital customer capital portal, it mentions the loan closed but on June 5 EMI amount was debited. I informed the customer care multiple they said the complaint[protected] was raised and highlighted from their side. but nothing happened yet it was over 2 weeks REFUND WAS NOT RECEIVED yet, I don't know why TATA capital was doing this even though RBI says if a customer amount has been credited with the fail status it should be returned within 24hrs. if I miss my payment I will be charged with interest. wasn't they should pay me interest if they have my money. And through the money they debited, I would have made some investment and got some returns, Because of their mistake I'm losing money here.

              I have applied for pre approved personal loan from TATA capital and all the documentation an all the formalities was completed from my end. But From last 12 days my personal loan application status is showing post approval data entry called lot of times to TATA capital customer care but the called never got connected to the customer care executive every time a pre recorder voice is saying that all our executive are busy . Every time when mailed them they ask more time to resolve the query They don't know how much time exact it will take. No one is giving any proper response. This is not expected from TATA group very poor service from TATA Capital. Please Do the needfull.

                I had called to customer care today at around 1 pm from registered mobile number [protected].
                No proper communication and my problem not addressed.

                I had made the payment of Rs 49912, with transaction reference number - 4155426,

                Also bounce charges Rs 2360

                Kindly provide me clarification.. Arrange for refund or deduct in outstanding loan amount.

                  Your executive taken documents for OD processing and login my OD application without taking proper opinion from Credit manager on 26/5/2022 eventhough your executive knows my credit inquiries are more February & March .

                  Then how your executive taken documents for OD processing if your executive knows my credit inquiries are more February & March and how your executive login my OD application without any information. Because of your executive mistake why i have bear loss as inquiry in CIBIL report.

                    I have not seen such a worst company. Tata Cliq is the worst app of century. First sell products in sale to customers, they will order and never send products and they will cancel your every order. They will never send you the product you will order. It's a good app for making people fool. I am never gonna recommend to anyone this app. I want my orders to deliver by 11 June. If product is not in stock, then it's not our problem. Send our product otherwise i will take strict action.

                      I had processed to avail pre-approved loan from Tata Capital on 30th April 2022. All the document and processes were finished successfully from my side.

                      Today it is 6th June 2022 (more than one month) and still have not received any disbursal. Because of this I haven't even applied with other bank.

                      I've contacted customer care number, sent emails multiple times — they saying it is "Under disbursal". I also filed Level 2 complaint at their site. Yet no response.

                      I love Tata, has been its customer for years but this is quite frustrating. Please do the needful guys.

                        From last 10 days my personal loan application status is showing documents submitted. Mailed lot of times to tata capital customer care but they replied telling post approval documents need to given based on which loan disbursal will be done. Their sales representative will give a call regarding it but yet no calls received .also customer care number cannot be connected.

                          There was a sale on tata Cliq, we ordered and it was confirmed. But after a week, they called us and said we can't deliver your order... How stupid.. We ordered because we had trust on them as it is of tata.. but didn't expected this from tata.. we were waiting for our order but then they said we will not deliver... If they don't want to deliver or sell at low price, then why they post such deals on their app and make us fool? take action plz...

                            Dear Sir/Mam,

                            On 28th May 2022 at 15:16 a woman called me from number +91 [protected] and said I am calling Priya from Tata Capital. Before I could say anything, she started talking rudely to me. She talked very dirty and indecently with me. She told me “Jab teri aukat nahi hai to tuney loan kyo liya” . When I said that I did not take any loan from you, then she said that you have taken the guarantee of someone's loan and that person is not repaying the loan. Then I told her to show me my signature, where have I taken the guarantee? Then she did not say on this, continued her misbehaviour, and threatened to me said “Abe sale jab tu bhikari hai to kisi ke loan ke liye guaraanything ntor kyon ban gaya, usko bol kal tak paisa nahi jama hua to dekh lena. While all this was going on, I was traveling in the car with my family, first I stopped my car on the side and I was talking on the speaker via bluetooth, which my family also listened to, due to which I am mentally disturbed a lot. If something happens to me or there is any problem in my job due to this mental harassment, then it will be responsible for that, this female agent who has called me from this number +91 [protected] and intimidated and abused me. I am Requesting you with folded hands that by taking appropriate action on this lady agent, please take the strictest action and get justice for me.

                              I had ordered a watch of 14, 795 and returned the product since it was defective. Return was initiated on 15th may and refund was initiated on 26th may. Till now refund has not been received.. all the customer care says..is to keep waiting. Since when the refund has started taking soooooo long?? I have raised the complaint again and they again say to wait till june 2

                                Dear tata,

                                This complaint related to tata capital harassment collection employee,
                                as my uncle got expired and i was at his funeral, and tata collection agency still harssing for the one emi due there manager, sitting staff and field continlusly calling and visiting late at home. in my abesnece . Just to complete there collection taarget these peoeple can go any extend.
