[Resolved] Tata Capital — false promises.. no updates.. worst service | |||
I have a home loan with tata capital, i wanted to foreclose the account and requested them to give the fd & lod documents on 4th nov since then the team delaying the process with no update and reason for delay. Team is very clear to take the monthly emi's on time but not concerned about the customer issues. I have raised more than 12+ complaints in last 30 days, but no one has a update on the issue on when will i be getting the foreclose document. They have spoiled my cibil score, where my emi gets deducted every month on time but my cibil says that i am paying 23 days delay. Which is very bad serivce from tata capital, even after many mails, calls no one has a update on the issue. They are playing with customers never go with them Worst service...
