[Resolved] Tata Capital — ForeClosure Letter and List of Documents

Hi Sir/Madam, I have availed a home loan from Tata Capital at ROI 9.90%. However, other banks have reduced the ROI due to reduction in repo rates by RBI. I applied for BT using Axis bank @ 8.50% and got an approval from them in month of February. I applied for Foreclosure Letter and LOD from Tata Capital as that is required for BT. However, Tata Capital is delaying this by changing the resolution dates. I have already called them about 10 times and everytime they revert stating that the case has been escalated and would be looked upon on priority. I am actually clueless on how to approach consumer forums for this unfair trade practice by Tata Capital and seek your help in redressal of this issue. Regards, Manpreet Singh
