Dear sir,
We have applied to close our home equity loan account no. 3767612 as we have sold mortgaged property.in the mean time we need property documents but your office told us that they had linked another busines as loan accoount no. 6767733 and we have to close this loan too to get property docs cleared from your office. This is really a wrong practice as we had never requested to link this loan with home eqquity loan at an interest of 17.92%.

We want to continue this loan further as per schedule of 24 months. Or tata capital should waive off pre closure charges of this business loan as we are forcely closing this loan as per your advice.

Looking forward to be heard on priority
And get reply within 24 hrs.

    Dear sir,

    I am naveen kumar and i have taken pl of rs.300000 from tata capital against my loan account no.6282681.
    Your regional officer name mr. Mahesh singh from the branch of rajendra nager new delhi provide me this loan with fake commitment he has offered this loan amount to me on the benefits of "no forecloser charges".
    He commit me that there were no forecloser charges at the time of closing this loan amount after 6 month and misguied me to say documents are old so you need not to worry about the rates of 4.5% foreclosurer charges. He sent me some email to regarding the foreclosure charges.
    Now i am ready to close this loan amount but he is not picking my phone nor replying my email too.

    Kindly help me to waive off foreclauser charges and take very strong action against fake commitment.

      Your recovery team don't have any manners to talk with customer...They come with a very attitude and speak with very arrogantly...like we have taken there money...

      The loan which I availed is forced me to take by your team with lot of request that time no one gave the information regarding payment recovery..."that our recovery team will come at any time and you will get calls continuous in a day..."

      Inspite provided details regarding payment from online mode (pls upgrade your mode of payment via online) still that recovery person was doing argument to us and even he was not try to listen also...
      And i[censored]r consumer care is close on Sunday how can the person can come on Sunday without asking...

      Very bad treatment and please educate your recovery team to how to speak with customer and not to insult them...

      Will not give reference of Tata capital to anyone...

        Currently i am having one auto loan from tata capital.
        I take loan for honda activa 3g

        Loan emi - 1820
        Total emi - 30
        Loan start in the month of nov, 2015
        I paid total 14emi's without missing a single emi.

        I checked my cibil report in the month of jul, 2016
        But i didn't get any kind of information about tata capital loan.
        They didn't update about loan to my cibil.

          Hi!

          I would like to say that, i took a Car Loan from TATA CAPITAL and my Loan File Number is [protected]. Today on 18th March 2017, I received a call from Tata Capital Recovery Agent from this number 49090746. My two EMI's are due, i had a word with TATA CAPITAL agent on 15th March 2017 and i said that i will Deposit my EMI on 20th March 2017.

          Today on 18th March 2017 at 15:13 when i answered his call, he was like "kaha milega apne ghar par ya apni bhen ke ghar par" i was like how come can anyone talk to me like this. Then he said " mein itni himat rakhta hu ki tera loan abhi ke abhi close karwa sakta hun, tu fukra hai ek number ka", this was his wordings. My name is Karamjeet Singh, then he said "TU NAKLI SARDAR HAI". At that point i lost my temper and i told to him "tu mere ghar par hi aja or tujhe btaunga ki mein nakli sardar hun ya asli, tu case ab close hi karde".

          This kind of wordings and this kind of behaviour is not at all accepted. I need a written Apologies from TATA CAPITAL then only i will pay my EMI. Otherwise, i will register a complaint against that person on pointing on my RELIGION.

            I have requested for LOD for my reference on 02/21/2017 and they told me to wait until 03/16/2017. That means 25 days for a single document. Until 03/16/2017 i did many calls to customer care and same answer i got that document will be provided on 03/16/2017. But on last date simply they sent email stating my mobile is not reachable and closing this case. This situation is really frustrating me as i didn't get the document, and blamed that mobile is not reachable. iam not sitting in isolated area, i received many calls and from same number i communicated to customer care may times. This is not the right way to treat a customer.

              I bought a product in january and i returned that product, after returning my product i got a sms from tata cliq that your refund is initiated but till now (11 march 2017) my amount is not credited .When called customer support they asked me to send my bank statement, i sent 6 times to tata cliq but till now amount is not refunded .Every time when i call they are telling stories like your problem will be solved within 48 hrs but 2months over.What i have to do now

                i had applied a personal loan around 3 lakh rupees, i had sumitted the rental agreement with own signature by the name of owner who is aware of that, that time Tata capital people didnt check and when the loan is approved and got the DD now they cancelled the loan from there end and asking me for Cancellation charges around 10k, is it not possible to give 10 k any circumstances .

                they should inform me first before processing the loan its there end problem not my end why should i give 10 k rupees, now the people are threatening me.

                  Hi Sir/Madam, I have availed a home loan from Tata Capital at ROI 9.90%. However, other banks have reduced the ROI due to reduction in repo rates by RBI. I applied for BT using Axis bank @ 8.50% and got an approval from them in month of February. I applied for Foreclosure Letter and LOD from Tata Capital as that is required for BT. However, Tata Capital is delaying this by changing the resolution dates. I have already called them about 10...

                  I am writing this email to let you guys know what pathetic service you are giving to your customers on Name of Tata ( Leading Indian Brand ) . You Just demolishing the branding of Tata in market

                  I Applied for home loan from tata capitals and was some queries and issue regarding my loan. Whenever I tried to call your executive who is assigned to me he is so busy he never pick the call and never call me back . And as per my personal and professional limitations i was not able to reach bank directly, so I raised one request against it for asking to decrease rate of interest as per current market rates and assign some other executive to me . And as per my awareness there is a response SLA to my request was 2nd of march 2017 but still bank is not bother to call me or try to communicate me over call and keep going with their pathetic attitude towards customer.

                  This point of time I want to ask one question .If customer is not able to pay premium on time so he has to pay some interest or fine as a late payment fee so what procedure you guy follow if you are not able to resolve customer query on time.or don't follow anything if you do mistakes ?

                  Please share escalation matrix with me as earliest else i compel to keep Indian regulatory authorities who are governing on banks for the grievance against bank pathetic behavior

                    You can see this picture . It's already return from other customer and that item parcel for me . That's why you not accept this order return . So now this issue is very clear for us.
                    Also you can see on picture that Month & Year of import is August 2013 (meance before 4 years), As you have sold out dated stock.

                    previously i have humble request for easy return, But you guys are not supportive, and may be you decided to lost your popularity before it create.
                    For viral this issue is biased on outdated item shipped and bad packaging still you are avoid product return.I think this is demo Pcs which is put in croma retailer's show room.
                    For this all, Only responsible person who have call me on Date[protected] At 5:39Pm And still not resolve this issue.

                      Hi Concern team Not getting details about emi's details on every month through the email and text messages.
                      I have purchased LED TV 55 LHS 43 Inch on october 2016, i had given request for ECS facility, but my concern is i am not aware which date ecs will be deduct from my account. 2 months before funds are available at my account, but even though ECS not sent from TATA CAPITAL, this is not my issue right, i should not be keep balance for that.
                      So kindly send me details of EMI details and ECS date also

                            Car loan availed from Tata capital & car was not delivered by the dealer. Informed the finance team of the car being not delivered, post which collection team has started harassing me & my fly.
                            Collection team has gone to the extend of abusing then threatening me to pay the emi, in spite of repeatedly informing every 1 in the auto team.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I have housing loan from TATA CAPITAL and my account no. is 9023008.
                              In my provisional income tax certificate interest rate is showing 11.25% and now interest is reduced at 8.65% w.e.f. 24th nov. 2016 but no effect is showing in my side.
                              From last three months viz. nov., dec., and jan. my EMI is 10189/- as per old interest rate.
                              Last 15 days I have complaining regarding my housing loan interest rate regularly but no response from TATA CAPITAL side.

                              Complaint no. is as follows:-

                              1. 2447254 in January
                              2. 2490453 in February
                              3. 2500968 in march
                              After giving regular complaints still I have not received any reply from your side.

                              Kindly go through the above details and revert back and also check my track record for last 5 yrs..
                              I am a loyal customer of TATA CAPITAL.

                                I had ordered a pair of red tape formal shoes and paid online on the 13th of Jan 2017 an amount of 1700 but the product didn't get delivered for over a month and I called Tata cliq for 15 times regarding the status of the product and asked for the refund. But they are not even refunding the amount.

                                Tata cliq does not have any update on the product as their logistic team and shipping team are unable to find the product status due to their carelessness.

                                Kindly help me get the refund back as its been more than a month

                                  when will you solve the issue?

                                  I registered request for homeloan foreclosure of contract no-9585604
                                  25 days ago and I was given 10th of feb-2017 to get required documents or foreclose statement and I did not get any doc or response from your side
                                  So I had to register complain and complain no was 2519771 and again I was given 16th of Feb 2017 as last date to be resolved
                                  Yet I did not get resolution
                                  Again I called on today morning and I was requested 24-48 hrs to wait

                                  You are making people full and just give time and make to wait

                                  Very shamful service

                                  What should I do?
                                  When will it be resolved??

                                    I had taken a home loan from Tata Capital in the month of may'2016.

                                    My loan account number is 9651691 and with the name of Sandhya Jayaswal.

                                    My loan was floating.

                                    Home loan interest rate is reduced to 8.6 since month of nov'2016 but still it is not reduced for my loan account.

                                    Please reduce my loan interest rate from 9.45 to 8.6 and also provide the waiver for the period of nov'2016 onwards..

                                      While taking documents i was told will approve for 9 lakh bt with 8.80 % and 4 lakh top up with 9.80%
                                      But when i got sanction letter thats was 6 lakh bt with 8.[protected]@ and 7 lakh top up with 10.80%
                                      8625 processing fees got deducted from my account and after this still executive mr rohit kamble ([protected]) from kalyan branch is asking 10300 rs for govt and notary charges.
