Dear sir, i hv give the home loan and approved pmay benefit in my home loan account (Loan a/c no. 9676365). After all process completion nagpur branch people inform processing fees rs. 9500/- but pmay benefit without any charges govt give the us. Then why this processing fees charge by nagpur branch to me. Pl advice. I m personally visit to nagpur branch for this issue but mr. Manish was not inform properly. So pl advice me my cell no. [protected] & mail id pradeep.
