Customer complaint that rm is not picking up call for last 1 month and she is frightend where is her document, as customer care told her case is not showing in the system. Please visit ghatkolar branch but not helped her and also not given his supervisor no when customer asked. Shivpoojan prajapat ([protected]) for last 6 months who belongs to ghatkopar branch. what i assume, being older age he is now, not able to manage multiple task and he is not fit for this job. Here under mentioned are my work requests which are not executed by your rm. code generation : 1 in 6 months he is not able to generate dsa code due to his lethargic approach. Previously he had tried to open code of my wife after failing this, for last 3 months he is trying to open my code in tata capital. I had given all document but till date i was not aware what is status. file given for login :- 2 i had given him case of ratna desai for home loan 3 months ago. it took 3 months because customer office is in kalbadevi and he wanted that customer will come and deliver the docs to him. He had seen all document and told customer that this case will 100%happen and asked for other docs, which customer did. From day one customer is messaging me about his attitude of not picking or reverting calls , now customer is so much irate and asking me his manager contact number, as he never pick up phone or revert through sms to customer. customer name: ratna desai contact no : [protected] i am giving customer details, just call her you will get all information how he deals with customer and lied to them. not giving supervisor no & wrong attitude 3 i had requested him three months back, please provide supervisor number, as he is not able to pick or even not able to judge weather any case will happen or not. after so many followup and sms, one day i had sms that if he will continue behaving like this i will escalate to tata capital. He called me and said that do what ever i want, nothing happened to him. i accepted this challenge and now i will knock last door of justice. just ask him where is my docs and if he says that there is any rejection in my code than in what way he had informed to me. Why customer is willing to do visit tata capital. please arrange rm for me, who is dynamic and can have multitasking skill. i do not want this lazy guy for further business. regards sanjeev singh k finance [protected] Note : i had paste mail where i had written letter to customer care to your md, but nothing happen, now i am planning to go court.
